We were very happy with the honesty and kindness that was shown to us! Chase was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The car needed a little work done on it and Mitch was helpful and accommodating to our needs also! We took our RV for wheels to be balanced bc we felt comfortable and trusted them. Highly recommend this dealership, did I mention how nice the cars are, they detail each one! You don't find that often @ used car lots nowadays! If u want a good car, try them u won't be disappointed...

First of all I wanna give this place a 5 stars. So the reason I'm giving 5 stars is my wife and I bought a 2014 Chrysler town and country van. Now we was informed that it did have a check engine light on. Check engine light was on due to cylinder 2 misfire. I did tell him I was going to put it in the shop to get it fixed. We had it in the shop and came to find out it needed a while new engine I contact Mitch the owner and he did indeed make it right with us he actually gave us 2 other options with cars or our money back. Mitch is a up front guy about everything! I highly recommend red star auto sales!!

We bought a vehicle from Mitch at Red Star and had a great experience! We test drove the car with no hassle and by the end of the day, we moved forward with the purchase. Mitch was professional, easy going and made the final paperwork fit within our schedule. It was an easy process!

I can t say enough good things about this dealership! We just purchased a pickup for our son and we couldn t have found a better deal and a more honest salesman in Kyle! The owner was super kind as well and worked with us and our financing company with ease! Can t wait to come back to buy a car for our daughter when she starts driving this winter. Mitchell and Kyle where very helpful the vehicle that we bought is a great running car they went out of there way to replace a switch that just happened to go bad but they fixed it for me I recommend u go out there and check out what they got u won't be disappointed thanks Mitchell and Kyle the car is running great

I called Mitch around 9, then again around 1 to make an appointment at 5, he didn t hesitate to agree to meet me. I had to drive quite a ways so I asked him is there anything I should know or you want to tell me so I m not disappointed? He told me about some of the minor issues with the car and was very honest and upfront. He let me take the car on a test drive, he got my paperwork and temp tag done, the test drive, and showing me the car in exactly 58 minutes. Would HIGHLY recommend him!!!

Do NOT trust him. I bought a car from him 5 months ago and the day after I bought it I brought a concern up to him about some noises the car was making. All he said was when he drove it he did not hear the noise so I let it go. The noise worsened so I took the car to be looked at turns out this great business man sold me a flood car that s now deemed unsafe to drive because of how badly damaged it is. I ve tried reaching out to him multiple times and he refuses to answer. I work for a bank and I will never send any business his way and I have let everyone in our area know so they can hopefully never send any more victims his way.
