DO NOT take your car to Randy s you will be ripped off!My wife took her car to Randy s Tire and Auto Repair (Bucyrus, OH) because the check engine light came on and the car was losing power. Randy replaced sensors ($300), claiming that was the problem. It was not. No change whatsoever. We take it back and now it needs a new PCV valve assembly ($600+). No fix. Over $900 and did not fix a thing. We take it back and he then admits that he does not know how to fix it and will not refund any of the $900+ for repairs that were not needed. He is incompetent, a crook and totally oblivious to how to run a business. Stay away!

This is February 28th 2024 I had my 2015 dodge ram service for plugs, coil packs, front differential fluid exchange and the manifolds gaskets had to be replaced when doing plugs and it runs fantastic. On my way home I stopped at Walmart and the back door hinge popped the spring and I took it back and they took the time to look and the hinge wheel was shot so I need to replace the whole hinge so I will be taking it back after I get the hinge painted to get it put on.These guys are good people and have always been good to me and I ve been coming here for about 5 years now .

Quick and kind service. I think I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes to replace one tire. They were honest with me about my aluminum rim being slightly bent but balanced it accordingly. I will be a repeat customer and recommend them to anyone else needing tire repair/replacement.

The place is clean and we'll organized. The employees are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It's all about customer service here. They looked my vehicle over and addressed my concerns. They askede questions and gave me honest answers to my questions. I was pleased and surprised with the diagnosis and the cost of the solution. I will be bringing all of my vehicles back here for service. A good and trustworthy mechanic is hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone who believes customer service is the most important thing and you want your vehicle repaired right the first time.

Quick, Cheap & Efficient. Staff is awesome, super friendly, helpful, and informative, clean store, and the most costly place to have your tires mounted, rotated and aligned. 95% of the services we compared, charged between $20 - $90. Randy's has the absolute best price thanks

Highly recommend this tire shop. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I'm a young woman and I was not pressured to make any purchases I did not see fit, truly appreciate that because it has happened at every other place of business I've went to!

This is a good one stop shop for auto repairs. The missing star is for cost, BUT you get what you pay for. Service is always friendly, and whether it's a drive in flat repair or new brakes all the way around, the job will be done well, and done quickly.

Blew a tire on dad's livestock trailer and they let us borrow a battery impact and socket to dismount and mount the tire which he purchased from them very quick service too and friendly people that work there

Didn't even go in. Called in to ask if he worked on fuel injectors (some shops around here don't) and was given a cocky answer. Wish I could do lower than one star, but sadly it's not possible.

We thought we would try them out, I took 2 of our vehicles there for service. Both leaked oil badly out of loose oil filters after just a few days. They forgot to relearn the tire pressure sensors after rotation, even though i asked them to make sure they did. When I went back I showed him pictures of our oiled down garage floor. And even after I told him I had to stop and buy 1 quart of oil to put in just to get it back on the dipstick, he never even offered to reimburse me for it. So 2 vehicles, 5 trips to get everything taken care of, never again....

I recently took my car to a different shop in Columbus because the brakes were very noisy. That shop in Columbus quoted me over $3000 total to fix the brakes, get 4 new tires, and to replace the radiator which they said was leaking. I am glad I chose to bring my car the Randy's instead. Randy's fixed my brakes and got me 4 new tires for $1200 total. And they checked the radiator/cooling system and did not find any leaks! It is nice to have a trustworthy shop like Randy's to rely on. I am very satisfied with the service I received, and I will probably go out of my way to bring my car here for future repairs/maintenance.

I found Randy's by chance it was the closest place near where I just moved to in bucyrus and actually the first one that popped up on my search. I've gone there three times , for brakes tires and alignment on my envoy and each time the price was lower than what I expected . They do great work and very courteous

After having only bad experiences locally, decided to try Randy's despite the long drive from Barberton because my FIL recommended them. Needed a new front driver's wheel bearing and the a/c fixed. Did a bunch of research online and found out that my 07 Ford Freestyle has a known issue with a valve on the compressor that gets stuck. Telltale symptom is that a/c is cold at high speeds, but not when stopped. The part (scroll control valve) is only $15 and I could have fixed it myself in 10 minutes if I would have been willing to just vent the refrigerant into the air, but 1. it's illegal, 2. it's bad for the environment. Mechanic said there's no such thing as a replaceable valve like that (even though I brought one purchased from a local parts store) and insisted that the compressor needed to be replaced. Couldn't afford $600+, so had him top off the R134a (he said it was leaking) and do the bearing. After getting car back, it was still noisy. Brought it back, mechanic said rear bearings were both worn and needed replaced. Should've listened to my gut at this point, but reviews of this place are better than most so was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. New rear bearings didn't fix it, so had them check it again. New front bearing "defective", so replaced again under warranty. Tried again with the a/c and managed to convince him to try my part this time. Surprise! The a/c works great now! SMDH. Then, right after getting the car back, the traction control light came on. GRRR! Did research and found that there's a sensor ring built into the bearing that can cause problems if it is obscured by debris or damaged during install. There are other parts it could've been, but this was too coincidental. Took back and had them check it; of course they didn't find any problem with the bearing and wanted me to spend hundreds of dollars on parts for the rear end. Noise back now, even worse. Took a chance on a different local mechanic in Barberton (Butch & Karen's Auto Repair) who said front bearing was overtightened and ruined and (without me mentioning my research!) that the traction control light was probably because the bearing was damaged on install. It's now fixed. No more noise, traction control light is off, no thanks to Randy's. I know they have mostly good reviews, but they wasted a bunch of my time and money. Don't come here if you have a Freestyle, or any other vehicle IMHO.

Had a tire I plugged but wasn't sure it was holding and wanted them to check it and go with a better plug patch combination if need be. He checked it in there water tank and couldn't find any bubbles and didn't think it needed anything and I didn't get charged for it.
