Came in to get a simple oil change, the guy under the bay stripped my plug and couldn t get it off. Had another employee come down while the owner yelled down it s always lefty lossy righty righty, you keep doing that. In the mean time the other employee that went down to assist started beating on the plug to knock it loose. Was unsuccessful and even took out my old oil filter and replaced it with a new one without even completing the oil change. A build up of cars was beginning to wait on a empty bay so the owner said he s sorry he can t keep trying to get the plug out we will have to go somewhere else.Owner had to add a quart of oil from where they replaced the oil filter.

My first time experience was excellent. Guys, get you in and out without taking shortcuts and are highly skilled at their job! That is why I went home, jumped in my 2nd vehicle, and went back to service it!

I get my car serviced here every six months. Excellent service. I never feel like I m being over-sold or up-sold on items that I don t need. I trust them to do me right. I would recommend without reservation.

They make you feel so comfortable and go the extra mile! Super service! So polite and trustworthy which is hard to find. My husband used to change my oil but fell I'll to cancer. I was super stressed out finding a place as you always hear bad things. I am so glad I found these guys! Randy and his team will take care of your car. I've been using their services for years for both my personal and company vehicles. Quick and friendly service is what you'll get. If you're not interested in product upgrades, additives or cleaners, just say no, they wont be offended.

Randy was amazing. Out of all the oil changes i have experienced over the last 4 years this one in bucyrus ohio was the best experience. He went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and understood my options. i will be using the loyalty program they have in place.

It is an absolute joy to bring my autos here. Full service oil change, optional wipers,filters, light bulbs ect. Pricing is excellent and the staff are always polite and swift. You can not go wrong going here.

FAST, FAST FAST! And a bargain. Great service with a smile, knowledgeable staff, and a thorough inspection. It cost me $20 less than a comparable oil change at Jiffy Lube and they did it in under 9 minutes. So fast I didn't have to leave my car. Great guys. If I stop back in Bucyrus, or anywhere near, I'm going here. Wish I still lived close.

They were really cool guys. All of them worked as an efficient team. Haha, my own little pit crew. Now they will suggest getting this filter changed or that light bulb. If you dont want it just say no thanks. Some may think its annoying and even pushy up selling, but honestly they are just doing a job. Quick and Efficent gets 5 stars for you. Thanks Guys

Great friendly service. Fast and efficient . The worker could've charged me for synthetic bc that's what I thought I needed but he informed me a high milage oil would be better and saved me 20$. I m going there everytime from now on.

I love the service you get from these guys they are the best oil change and filter repair shop . Check them out in and out with basic synthetic or regular oil 20 mins tops depending on time of day you go
