Chad was great to work with. For example, he held the car for us while we waited a couple days for our credit union to approve our loan since they were short staffed. He had an offer on it while he was waiting on us but he kept his word and held it for us. A customer in the showroom even took the time to tell us how much she appreciated the way they do business. I will be returning the next time we need a vehicle.
