Reasonable and competitive rates. Unfortunately, I had a claim for an auto accident with multiple vehicles. I used the Ohio Mutual app to file the claims. They were relatively easy to file. Also, Ohio Mutual arranged rental car pickup close to my house so convenient. Overall, the process was fair and handled quickly. Since then, I have renewed for another year as satisfied with the service and can trust it to effectively handle any claims filed.

We had a crazy hail storm hit our small town that caused widespread damage. I have talked with others who do not have Ohio Mutual and they are having a hard time getting what they need from their insurance. Ohio Mutual made our claim process extremely easy and worked for us, not against us. I am very grateful that we have insurance through them and that we are able to get our house back to the way it was before the storm.

Ohio Mutual Insurance group is one of the easiest Insurance companies to work with. I love the fact you can either access your account online or just give them a call. They made the process of switching our auto and home insurance really easy and at a cheaper rate. These guys and gals are always there when you need them. 100% satisfied customer.

I had wind damage to my roof. The adjuster explained the process, worked with my roofing contractor and payments were made quickly, with plenty of communication along the way. I previously had a similar experience on an auto claim when my car was hit from behind while parked on the street. My premiums seem fair and the claims handling is outstanding.

The team at Ohio Mutual Insurance Group were TREMENDOUS in handling a recent home owners claim. They kept me informed every step of the process, worked extremely quickly and efficiently with my contractor and had the job completed at a high level. My adjuster Kelly Techentin performed at a VERY HIGH LEVEL, certainly one of the best people I've ever dealt with for any situation in years. Major kudos to Ohio Mutual!

I had a tree fall onto my home during a devastating wind storm in my area. I received very prompt and professional service- the adjuster even came to my home on Christmas Eve, which surprised me.My claim was handled quickly and I received a check for the estimated damages minus my deductible within a few weeks.It was scary and upsetting to have this incident occur, but I feel like I was treated very fairly and in a timely manner. I've seen a lot of people have terrible luck with various companies, but my experience with Ohio Mutual was nothing short of great, considering the circumstances.

From start to finish OMIG exceeded my expectations! Samantha Z answered all of my questions not only promptly but thoroughly! Great communication and by the time I got off the phone with her, the rental car company was calling to set up my reservation. The total loss adjuster Bradly S was very prompt with his responses, friendly, had great communication and from start to finish the process of getting paid for my total loss was within a few days! Thank you OMIG for making this stressful situation a little easier!

I've had OM home/auto coverage for about a year. (So far) everything is great. VERY competitive rates/coverage. (The Main reason I switched from Nationwide coverage after over 50 years)I also like that my (independent) agent is local, and that I can call/visit her at any time with whatever my "problem" might be. (She is another reason I went with OM) (So far) VERY satisfied with OM in all aspects of being insured.

They took care of us when we had a storm come through the neighborhood and a tree fell through our roof. It also totaled our van. They were fast, efficient and caring. I know they were very busy, but it felt like we were their only client. Very grateful for Ohio Mutual.

Took them forever to do anything. 5 weeks still have not gotten a check. Will not answer phone. Had to get lawyer involved. Took their rental car away have no transportation for going on three weeks. Had to get Better Business involved. Will not pay for a doctor visit for my back

Tuscarawas Insurance Agency takes time to make sure you have the best policy for your needs. Being an agricultural business, there are liabilities we need to be covered for, and they have made sure we have what is needed for our business. It gives us peace of mind, we know they "have our back". Our agent has suggested for us to upgrade our insurance, when they see the need. They have always given us the "most bang for our buck", looking out for every aspect of insurance, coverage as well as premiums.We have been with the Strasburg team for over 15 years. We highly recommend them!

My wife was involved in an accident with an uninsured person. We had to pay our deductible and Ohio Mutual has done absolutely nothing to recover our deductible from the at fault party. Extremely dissatisfied with Ohio Mutual.

Have been with them for many years, decided to drop auto coverage with them after it was apparent they stalked you in your vehicle to make sure you were not using your vehicle for business purposes. Was doing some home improvements and was hauling material in my pickup and was told I was seen at the gas station hauling what looked like building materials, I guess they don t know if you have a pickup truck you might be hauling material for your own use. Now they are complaining about a few shingles that came off my garage during strong winds that I haven t got around to replacing yet and now will not insure it. There is no exposed wood and the garage is in perfect condition. I would suggest if you want to get insurance from them be warned they will probably stalk you in your vehicle, especially if you work in the construction trades and your property will be under a huge microscope for any little imperfection so they can deny any claims, most definitely will be moving my property insurance to another provider.

Worst experience ever. They tried to steer us to take a fraction of what repairs would cost then dragged their feet approving the repairs. Afterwards they sent us a certified letter informing us they were raising our deductibles and cutting our coverage. Would never recommend these people.

We have had the best experience with Ohio Mutual. We have great farm coverage and filing a claim on our barn was so easy and everyone was super nice to work with. The claim got taken care of in a timely manor and well done. We will continue to recommend them to all of our friends and family. I can't say enough how pleased we are with Ohio Mutual!!

We operate an automotive repair shop, and had an expensive piece of equipment get damaged by accident. Ohio Mutual made the turn around time very quick and without all the hoops. We had a brand new alignment machine in less than 2 weeks. Great Job !

I've had absolutely no complaints with them at all! When I did have a claim, they took care of everything, and when I had a problem with the rental agency, they took care of that too. Lovely people to deal with.

I could not be happier with an insurance company. Their rates are excellent, website is a breeze and customer service is top notch. I submitted a claim online, the agent contacted me within 2 hours and I had my claim approved immediately. The money was in my account a day later! Easy to work with and extremely efficient company.

Very courteous and prompt when I filed a difficult claim. They worked very well with my contractor when I needed extensive repair on a building. Very prompt and fair payment of my claim. I have not worked with a better fair and courteous insurance company.
