Went in to get wiper blades for my husband s truck, associates were helpful and had extensive knowledge. They helped me put them on because they noticed I couldn t reach. Josh L was amazing!

Ordered my parts online and they were ready within 15 minutes. Even helped me carry out the parts to my truck. I like this location much better. Easy parking compared to the old location. I do not know if ownership/management changed or what happened but everything about this Napa seems better.

It irritates me to have to make the star rating before I'm able to make these comments. I'm not a frequent customer of auto parts stores, but I needed a battery and was surprised to discover they had a lower price than any of the other places sharing that stretch of street. I'm getting old enough, I hark back too far on remembered prices; makes it difficult to appreciate today's.

The guy at the parts counter, Jim, was very helpful with suggesting parts to fix the rattle on my wife s car. He explained how much more heavy duty these sway bar links are then factory, and he was very right!

I would like to say the guys who helped me out were awesome! No, Napa did not have the parts I needed, but neither did anyone else. But the guys helped me to fix the parts I had and make them useable again. They offered great advice on how to remedy the situation and the perfect tools I would need to do it. Two thumbs up! Job well done!

I called and talked to Jodi and what a disappointment that was. I am a NAPA Autocare owner attempting to make a purchase from out of town and was completely blown off....as in he hung up in my face! And the second phone call wasn't much better. Luckily I called their local competitor Advance Auto Parts and they were happy I spent several hundred dollars with them instead.

Larry and crew do a great job and go the extra mile to get the parts you need. It is like going to "Cheers" everybody knows your name. George was a great help with a carb kit number.

This place should be called NAPA no-mask. Neither the associates nor customers had masks on. I was the only one with a mask and was told by an employee that I didn't have to wear a mask there. There is a state ordered mandate that says that we are to wear masks. I thought we were trying to slow the spread.
