Most reasonably priced in the area. When we were stranded Jim was able to get not only our vehicle home but also our whole family. We can't thank you enough. I highly recommend.also a very nice person.

I recently had the need to use this company, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. The team was prompt, professional, and handled my vehicle with care. The driver was courteous and made sure everything was secure before transporting my car. Additionally, the pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees. Our car would not start while we were out on New Years night, and Jacob came out to see if he could get it started. When it did not start, he offered to take my fiancee, our children and me home on his way to the shop to pick up the flatbed. We greatly appreciate that! Then he let me know once he had dropped our vehicle at the intended location. Thank you for the awesome service Jacob and all of you!

Second time dealing with these ignorant people. First time, 3 years ago, they left my impala sitting in water which rusted out the bottom of it, sent me all over the place trying to get the car out of impound, and then acted like me expecting them to honor their word was offensive. Now they were called to get my friends car from an accident and refuse to let him get my stuff out of the car until he signs the title over to them. Questionable business practices and not knowing their trade, if you need a vehicle towed for any reason, call ANYONE else but these ignorant people.

Used these folks this evening to pull my husband's truck out of the ditch. Called and they were there fast considering the weather and holiday. These guys went above and beyond. Came out during a snow storm in subzero temps on Christmas Eve. Pulled the truck out and even delivered it to our house. Highly recommend. I called Hensley towing and they were there in less than 25 minutes! That's impeccable since the drive is 20 minutes alone! It's like I called and they came straight to me! The driver was knowledgeable and very professional. Appreciate the help and hope that anyone else in need....please use them! Amazing service!

Hensley Towing did a great job for me! Took a little bit given how busy they were and an accident that occurred nearby but when they got to me they were courteous, professional, and affordable! Very thankful they were located in Bucyrus and had the tool I needed to get back on the road!

I am just so happy with this company I can't stop talking about it. My car went completely dead without warning so I called to have it towed to my mechanic. They came and were actually early. I told them what happened and he immediately said to pop the hood. It took him not even a min to tell me my wires were loose on my battery. He tightened them and viola car started no problem. He could have taken advantage of the situation. But was very honest and trustworthy. I am so glad I found them. Also very affordable quote for what it would have been to tow.

I had a miracle this morning at 3:30am I was stuck on side of the road , and had Hensley towing come out and wow the service I was provided was unmatched! My car was in accident two weeks ago, and Hensley Towing and Recovery provided me the service to tow my car back home. The service provided was GREAT. Jim ( the driver) showed before the scheduled time, he was Courteous, Gentle, Friendly and the price was very Affordable compare to other towing companies I had called.Thanks Jim!!!

The owner seems to be a really nice guy. I've had to use their towing service a few times in the past few days and their prices by far are the best around! He did a great job and my husband and I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!!

Absolutely great service!! Jacob was my tow truck operator and he was very friendly, reassuring, and professional. If you are in a jam and need help Hensley Towing and Recovery LLC would be my number one choice. Jacob was even nice enough to unload my car and park it in the repair shop parking lot in the pouring rain for me. This was my first time getting mycar towed but I honestly couldn't have imagined a smoother experience. Thank you Hensley Towing!!!

Hensley's towing is a great company. They were there when I needed a tow. They were fast, very kind, and very good at what they do. Jim is a great guy. I would recommend him to anyone needing a tow, I know I will only be calling him for now on if I need a tow.

I got a flat tire on my way to work. I was really upset because I was missing work. My battery ended up dying because I had my hazard lights on. When my car battery died I had my windows rolled down. Of course it looked like rain was coming. My day was turning out to be super great (sarcasm). I called AAA to get a tow. Jim Hensley showed up to save the day. I'm sure he could tell I was upset. He was so super nice. I wanted to race back to town because the tire shop closed at 5pm and I wanted to see if someone could help me because the tire shop had just put that tire on earlier in the day. Jim said to just give him my keys and he'd take care of everything. He charged my battery enough to get the windows up. He got it to the tire shop really fast. Once he had my car off of the tow truck he asked me if I wanted him to jump it again. He wanted to make sure he didn't leave me with a dead battery. I really needed his kindness as I was having just a sh*tty day. He was the MPV of the day.Services: Battery service, Car towing
