Over 30 years of repairing motorcycle...l'm super happy to finally have gotten Rick's business after many years of trying, and after picking up my motorcycle, I'm happy to say i have it back running...

I have been getting parts from rick here for a couple years now and i always get what i need even if it has to be ordered. Very friendly well knowledgeable of what he is doing. Has let me use tools to fit parts for my bike and when my battery was low with acid was kind enough to fill it for no cost when i bought other parts. 4/5 stars only because the organization is a bit of a mess

I dropped in to quiz Rick about tires. He told me they had already taken a couple price hikes and he could see it happening again soon. I made a decision to buy a front and rear before they went up again. He felt he'd have the one in by the next week, but the other might be delayed. I arrived about a week later to find both had arrived. He gave me a fair deal and I took them home. Noting price increases all over, I was pleased to have been able to get them prior to the riding season.

Dropped off my motorcycle to have the Carburetors gone through and a new jet kit put in. The shop had my motorcycle for 2 years.... That's correct, 2 YEARS! Called the owner regularly who continuously told me he'd have it done soon. The owner blocked my phone number so I called on another phone and told him I'd be there that day to pick up my bike. When I got there he charged me $590 to take it home stating he completed the work I originally requested. Bike broke down on my way home. Literally runs worse now than when I dropped it off with him. I wouldn't trust this shop with anything. Horrible customer service and zero integrity.Service: Carburetor cleaning

I bought a vintage 1978 Suzuki enduro 185 from Rick on eBay. When I went to pick it up the bike was even nicer in person than on line. Rick is a straight shooter and a super nice guy that knows motorcycles really well I would definitely refer Cycle Tech to anyone!!!

Terrible customer service! Would not recommend doing business here whatsoever.....shop had stuff laying everywhere in piles, looked like a junkyard when I walked inside. They were open and would not allow me to drop off my cycle even though they told me to drop it off, but since it was Saturday they would not allow me to leave it there

Hard to find an honest person who is good on his word these days. Rick is a straight shooter and very informal! Rebuilt carb made the quad run like new. Thanks Rick!

One of the worst shops I have ever dealt with. When you are setting up an appointment, they will promise you the world to get your business. Once they get your bike be ready to wait twice as long as they promise and pay substantially more than what they quote you. The quality of the shop is a joke. It reminded me of a junk yard with all of the filth they have spread everywhere. Not to mention when I got my bike back they didn't even put it back together properly. Bolts were missing, wires were ran in inappropriate positions, and their negligence actually led to more damage being done to my bike. Trust me when I say Cycle Tech is not worth the head ache. I wouldn't trust them to change a tire let alone work on engine components ever again.

Now this place is not the cleanest place to get your motorcycle fixed. If a clean waiting room, coffee, and a vending machine are on the list of things you need to have while you wait to pick up your bike, you won t be happy here. If you want to be over charged and not have a four legged friend meet you at the door, you won t be happy here. Now if you re looking for a place that has a few people hanging out talking to the owner, reasonable prices, a four legged furry friend, and a friendly attitude, then this is your place.Replaced my sportster tires with Dunlop s I purchased off Amazon for 40$ a tire. The total including buying the tires of Amazon was less than half of what Harley would ve charged me. They were also lower than other shops around.Try them out and let yourself be impressed.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Dropped my kids quad off there 6 weeks ago for them to not have touched it. Called in multiple times and was told by the owner it would be soon. Horrible customer service. Would NOT recommend taking anything there. Very unprofessional!!

Wouldn't recommend unless you'd like your bike taken for 2 years and your number blocked. Very unprofessional!
