We drove about an hour away with our three little ones to purchase a vehicle and we would do it again. Mike and Angela were amazing. They understood we were on "limited" time with our 3 children who were under the age of 4. Mike had the vehicle ready to go when we arrived and Angela worked her magic quickly to get the finances in place. They were kind and patient with my family. All-in-all a great experience; as well as, great pricing for newer vehicles.

Excellent customer service. Angela in financing is a superstar. Austin and Justin did a great job as well. I could've bought from many other places, but I'm glad I bought here. It was worth the drive.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the team at Valley Dodge Bryan. We picked up our new vehicle on Saturday. We drove all the way from Cleveland. Jim the GM worked out a great price for us. Paige our sales rep was great. Greeted us with a smile and had the vehicle pulled up front so we saw it as soon as we pulled in. Angela in finance wrapped up the day with a smooth signing. zero pressure sales!!! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Dodge check them out.

Found this truck online and called the dealership, I spoke with Paige and decided to drive over to Bryan, and take a look . Very friendly staff the truck was waiting for me . I drove it and the rest is history! I have zero regrets and or complaints . Great people that know the value of a relationship! Thanks Paige and the rest of the team!!!

My husband Tom bought a beautiful used 2022 Ford F-150 from Justin/Paige. The experience on his behalf over the phone prior to going was very transparent, this was great because he had to drive 2.5 hours to dealership and it was nice to see a vehicle purchase go smoothly for a change. We would highly recommend this dealership for a purchase, they all are truly great people to work with. Thanks again all at Valley CJDR!

Just a heads up about this dealership, if you don t live 15 minutes away from this place do not travel to go look at a vehicle. Drove many hours to find out the van we were there to purchase was obviously in a large wreck. (Maybe hit by a dump truck). The worst repair job I think I ve ever seen. Sales lady said it was in really good shape. This dealership cannot be trusted.

Truly great experience! I was recommended to come to this dealership from a friend of mine and they did not disappoint. I had the pleasure of working with Justin and he was absolutely amazing! He helped me right away even though it was a busy day, he made sure I was taken care of. Justin was very kind and knowledgeable! If you are looking for a new car I highly recommend coming here and asking for Justin. You will not be disappointed!

I would actually give a 0 if it was allowed. I went there to have my transmission checked. Was told all I needed was transmission fluid and a filter. Went back 2 days later as my car was doing the exact same thing. The. Was told I needed a new transmission. If they would have checked everything that should have been done, they would have known that I needed a new transmission. Instead they charged me $600 for something that they knew would not help fix my car. Nit they won't offer a refund. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Drove 3 hrs each way to look at a truck that had been obviously badly wrecked then repainted. Even after I specifically asked if it had been repaired. Saleswomen said no repairs in great shape . Huge dents everywhere and a fender held up by a piece of wire. They told me to look up Carfax. It showed no damage.

Jake was a great salesman! Very kind, responsive and helpful.However, vehicle detailing was AWFUL! We scheduled a appointment ahead and asked for the van to be detailed and service before our appointment. When arrival for our appointment, there was mud on the ceiling, dust/mud/pet hair in the seats and compartments. Tons of paint chips/scratches on the outside(as to be expected with a used vehicle). We asked if it was detailed and was told yes. We asked for it to be re-detailed and discussed the mud on the ceiling/compartment cleanup, scratch s buffed out and paint chips cleaned up. We arrived again 6 hours later to a second detail job but nothing was addressed as asked.It was an hour and half drive one way to get this van. We had spent 6 hours in drive time to/from the dealership. We brought the van home and scheduled a local detail shop to address our concerns. RECOMMEND having a real detailing shop clean your new vehicle.

I highly recommend Valley. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. We were very well taken care of and we are greatly enjoying our new Durango. Thank you Jake, Justin, and Angela. The worst service department I have ever dealt with! Bought a brand new van less than 2 years ago and have has nothing but problems. Basically was told sorry about your luck, you are over warranty. Charged me diagnostics fee the 2nd time, when they couldn t diagnose it the 1st time correctly. Will never buy from this dealership again.
