Was buying a 2015 GMC Terrain from them and was a day late due to me working 3rd shift and they tried to repo it. I made them aware of issues I was having and got ignored. Now they expect me to finish paying off the car AFTER it was totaled because it accelerated on its own while I was leaving millers new market on Sunday and it hit a pole and rolled on its side. I am never going back to them and do not recommend them to anyone. Al was the only one who tried to help me.

When I first walked in I didn't know what to expect but Al made me feel so very comfortable. We talked and I needed alot of help and he pulled through for me. Thank you Al. I'll recommend Superior Auto to anyone, they are one of the best.

I have been dealing with Bryan Superior Auto for many years. The staff has always been great. So has been the manager since I've been going in there. Al has always went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the car I was buying. Al always makes sure that all my questions are answered. I recommend Bryan Superior Auto to anyone that is looking for a car. Keep up with the great work team!

Everyone at the bryan location are great. They always have a smile on their face when you walk in the door. They all know me and my family by name and make us feel like family to them. We have now purchased 4 cars from this location and will continue to be customers.

Test drove a car , took it to someone who isnt a mechanic but knows a little something about cars . Seems fine. As soon as the deal was signed wasnt even off the lot check engine lot was on. Wasnt on the test drive . You're only allowed to be gone 15 min on the test drive. Already put money into it only had it 3 hrs. Had the codes reset after replaced 1 thing we shall see what happens next. Last name is Waymire not Rash which shows here.i do give Al credit for getting me approved with help of a family member because otherwise I wouldn't have. But should have brought my car in also to trade.

They are the worst business I've ever seen when it comes to caring about their customers! They are definitely not compassionate at all, I was in the hospital having a baby and they called wanting my payment, my boyfriend explained I was having a baby and they still came and clubbed my car! 3 weeks later my newborn unexpectedly stopped breathing, they called when I was following the EMS to the hospital and I told them what happened and they were rude and said they wanted their payment A/S/A/P! If they showed more loyalty to their customers and showed that they cared even a little bit people would probably buy more cars from them.

First vehicle I got was great. The 2nd vehicle on the other hand, not so great. The 2nd vehicle originally came from the Auburn lot, and I have had nothing but problems with it. Never again, will I ever get another vehicle from the Auburn lot. Also, I will always take someone with me that knows about vehicles.

Worst place to go to. Won't work with you. I was off work for a week due to having a seizure and they wouldn't work with me. Only had 3 payments left and it was paid off.
