It's one thing to have your vehicle serviced both professionally and properly, but is another thing entirely to be treated with kindness respect and overall thoughtfulness. The staff at Monro in Bryan are the reason I continue to return there. They do excellent work, keep you updated appropriately and are mindful in how they greet and treat people.

Got 4 new tires and alignment. Was there for maybe an hour and half. I was impressed. Fast affordable work, friendly customer service

Steve was horrible to deal with I went in for and alignment on my truck and when I picked up my truck they had put it in 4wd for getting it in and out of the shop so when I go to leave my tire catch the dry pavement and snap my cv axle bc they failed to tell me it was in 4wd. And now they will not cover the cost of the damages. Steve was very rude and should not be in the position for customer service he told me that I needed to pick up my junk vehicle bc they would not fix it. I myself will not be returning to this place for any work as they are dishonest and the customer service skills are poor.

I went in asking about an wheel alignment and they put it on the tester and showed me before I gave them the ok to the wheel alignment. I appreciate their honesty.

Writing in regard to an ongoing experience that my elderly friend/co-worker is experiencing with the Bryan, OH location. Want to share honest insight for others. A vehicle with no prior issues needing a simple oil change service is brought to this location on August 1, 2023. Immediately following service an issue is noticed by the vehicle owner that there is significant oil leak coming from the oil pan. The oil pan is now stated to have a crack in it near where the drain plug is located and needs replaced. The company at first show no desire to assume responsibility for the damage or willingness fix. After speaking with claims of Monroe Muffler, and getting in touch with Travelers they stated that they will be in contact with this location to correct the issue at no cost to the owner of the vehicle. Following this conversation and now being a week later the vehicle is still sitting at this location and the owner continues to try to get some resolution or even correspondence from the company. It is now Aug. 7th and still does not have his vehicle returned and in non leaking condition. My personal thought, any technician who initially performs work conducts an analysis and documents any known issues which would normally be brought to the owners attention as need of repair. If there had been any sign of leakage or prior concern, it would have been informed to the owner prior to work being performed. The realistic truth behind the matter is that a poorly skilled and unsupervised employee likely over torqued the drain plug when tightening causing the crack in the pan. Why wasn't a final inspection of work performed to confirm no leaks? I hope that this review helps others understand the level of customer service that can be expected by this specific location and consideration of how these days without transportation has affected a hard-working and honest individual. He cannot even seem to get a phone call from this company. Already makes me weary about taking any of my vehicles here.

I brought in my car for an oil change months ago and my car was too new they didn t have the parts. I normally do my own oil change at home but I have a 2023 car that has warranty so I can t let s just say I called again they told me they had the filter and I made an appointment for the next day. Some kids were working on my car arguing about why they shouldn t have to rotate my tires etc. this was 2 weeks ago! Now I have oil all over my bottom of the car, on my concrete that I have to pay to get fixed or I m evicted, and I m low by a quart. I only checked because my oil light came on. I don t even have 10k miles on my car and it s the seal the seal is pinched off. Glad I can spend hundreds of dollars for my car a month to have it covered an oil and be destroyed!!!

I only used these guys once for a leaky gas line. Customer service was great and car was done the same day. I always do my own car repairs but because of a busy schedule I had to hand it off. I thought the repair was pricey but all in all a good experience. I have given 5 stars for customer service and on time repair.Monroe is my go to place for all my car needs.

Bunch of damn crooks..taking advantage of an elderly woman...almost 800.00 worth of work and she has gone back to them twice to the Bryan location to fix issues because they didn't do the job correctly...now she has to go back again... it's ridiculous how this poor elderly woman has been screwed...you guys should be ashamed of yourselves...

Went in for an oil change and asked if they could check it out a little for me, it didn't drive right.... They were great! Jamie had no problem checking on my concerns. Turns out my rotors needed replaced and he had gotten me set up to get it done! Highly recommend Monroe in Bryan! Best service I've seen around yet!

Jamie does a amazing job accommodating my needs which can be difficult at time as i live hour away. many times its very short notice i have to give him and he has always worked me in.in two cases Jamie has been able to fix a brake problem other service places were not able too.i have recommended many of my employees to to use you guys.keep up the great work, Dan Schultz

This review is only based on an over-the-phone interaction as I did not take my car into the shop due to personal circumstances: Quick to pick up the phone, consistently friendly even though I was taking time to make up my mind and kept calling back. They were willing to squeeze me in early for an emergency muffler issue. They couldn t give me any quotes or estimates over the phone for my particular issue without getting the car up and seeing the issue for themselves, which makes sense. I appreciated their straightforwardness on that matter. I had to cancel the appointment due to personal circumstances unrelated to Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers. The response to my cancelling the appointment soon after making it was kind, understanding, and they wished me well on my travels.

I definitely recommend Monro. I've recently moved back to the north after having the same mechanic for the duration of having my car and was nervous about finding a new, trustworthy servicer. Monro has definitely met my expectations with timing, pricing, and customer service. Earl at the front counter is always friendly.

Will not return. Old man at counter wasn't listening to what I was asking for tried telling me I need a sub or small 4X4 tire for my 2 wd pickup. It's all good got better tires way cheaper at another place. Infact give me my one star back!!

Jamie is the best! As is the many mechanics working with him. He never treats me like I'm just a "dumb woman," which, trust me, happens. I always have the best service, prompt and done right! I've been going to Monro for many, many years, and will continue to do so! Thanks, Jamie, and all the guys out there!

Store 247 in Bryan Ohio is truly a great store. They were very professional and helped my Significant other out when I couldn't be there. She needed a tire and she had our infant with her. They stayed after hours to ensure she was taken care of! I am so fortunate that they were there to help her in our time of need! Not only did they stay over to help they were exceptionally quick in completing the job and very courteous with my significant other which helped to calm her down during this stressful time. Thank you all at Store 247! You guys are amazing! I will definitely recommend you to any in need!

In and out quick. Work done right the first time. Got tires for the wife's car. Was able to schedule for the next day, not next week. Second set of tires bought from them. Definitely recommend!!

My car was taken in the bay at the scheduled appointment time with no waiting. The issue with the muffler was addressed and repaired within the time limited anticipated. I was happy with the estimate, which was $200.00 less then the quote I received from the Chevrolet Dealership the week before. The service attendant was direct, pleasant , and knowledgeable about my car. I will return for other services and would recommend them to a friend for automotive services!

Been bringing my vehicles to this location for 10+ years. Gary and Matt are both friendly, courteous and honest. Have received great service for many years. Always straightforward in their repair recommendations and advice. Truly trust them with my vehicles.
