Tony & staff are Awesome! Very Helpful!!! Bought 4 New Tires! You got questions they have Answers, or will find them!! They paved a big part of the parking lot, looks Awesome !!! Tony very helpful, put a Good battery in my truck, took the wife's car for a diagnostic drive, fixed the problem, they are the best!!!

Tony and staff do great work at affordable pricing. Honest diagnosis of troubles. Has handled jobs for me as simple as unsticking a bolt, to swapping an entire engine. Great work.

You couldn't meet a more personable, caring, pleasant, kind, understanding, patient, thoughtful, diligent and hardworking group of people!!! Tony bends over backwards for you...... even though he doesn't need to. He's just that kind of guy. His whole outfit are just those kinds of folks!!! You want people to look up to, there they are! His receptionist is just the kindest.....and very attentive, engaging and accommodating. She's very easy to strike up a conversation with while you're waiting and passing the time. I like that. I enjoy talking to and interacting with people. Some say they fair prices, great prices, reasonable prices, it is every bit the absolute truth! Tony strives and goes out of his way to get you the BEST parts at the BEST prices........and he succeeds. They have a sign in their business that says something to the effect of: "We will treat your vehicle as if it is our own." Those aren't just words to them. They aren't simply a "nicety"...... posted on their business's wall. They mean it! They live those words! And it doesn't just apply to our vehicles. It also applies to ourselves as well. They treat US as though we ourselves are theirs, as though WE are their loved ones! Tony, his staff, Fair Auto ........ are a prized gem, an asset, to the Bryan community, to Williams County, to Northwest, Ohio!

Great company. Very honest mechanic. Takes a couple weeks to get in but it is worth the wait. I don't trust anyone else with my vehicles.

Lots of beautiful pottery.The prices were very reasonable.Also the owners shared lots if interesting information when asked. I cant wait to go back.

They did not do the repairs but they said it was done and they charged me...all he'd did was reset my fault light.....booo they suck took my car to a different shop because the check engine light came back on 24hours after I got my car back and the diagnostic said the same issue as before I took it to fair and was charger for a repair that never happened
