I had such a good experience that I'm basically writing a review immediately after finishing up with them I worked with Laurie and Andrea to trade-in my Honda and buy a "used" Honda (only 1500 miles). They were both super cool, fun to hang out with, and very efficient. They sent me on a solo test drive, got me an even slightly better deal than I came in wanting, got my new car all ready to go, said they'd get my old car to a good buyer, and I was on my way within 90 minutes! This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. No pressure, no discomfort, just clicked with them and got it done. I love my new car and would highly recommend working with them!

Gives you a list of things that needs fixed, you fix it, take it back to get aligned and then they tell you more stuff that apparently needs fixed that they didn't previously tell you about. Will not take any of my families cars back there. Places like this are why it's so hard to find a mechanic you feel like you can trust.

Horrible experience. Bought a certified pre owned vehicle from them two weeks ago and currently have the vehicle in shop for full brake replacements (pads and rotors). I did not even drive 300 miles and the car they sold me required repair. Not even a partial refund offered. Do not fall for their corny small town dealer you can trust pitch. Shady business tactics to say the least, and I regret doing business with them.EDIT: Jacob Shirkey (^^recent review ) is literally the salesman who sold me my car. Having your employees front as authentic customers to boost your online ratings is dishonest and beyond pathetic.@Estle: My Google review has been viewed by over 1000 different people in just 6 months.

What a GREAT EXPERIENCE! My vehicle broke down on a 12-hr road trip and even though at was almost closing time, the team at Estle was able to have the part on order before the tow truck arrived. I was on the road the next day and to add icing on the "car", they even called to make sure i got home safely! WOW! I wish I lived closer to make this my new Auto Shop.

Drew was fantastic! We had gone to three other dealerships and no one wanted to sell us a car. We pulled into the lot and he came right out to meet us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. When we decided to purchase a 2021 Trailblazer, he filled the gas tank and ran it through the car wash for us. He took the time, an hour after they closed, to make sure we understood all of the features and intricacies of the vehicle before we left. We could not have been more pleased to deal with him and we are very happy with our purchase! Andrea was also fantastic when signing the papers. She was tons of fun and very personal. We would recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a car! Drew definitely deserves a raise!

I went there to get my car worked on and i dont just let anybody work on my cars but these guys are really careful with your stuff i had my 2013 buick verano checked out my side detecting sensors wasn't working plus my tire pressure sensors were not working at all. they gave me a rental And i let them know I'm very picky with my cars i just got it plus i put 20" rims on it new and told them don't scratch the outter rims and the center caps when they lay them down and they did not scratch anything it was just like they were when i left it they are real pros go to these guys there cheap and do good work thank you estle chevrolet Buick of Bryan Ohio. We were traveling through Ohio on our way home to Virginia when our truck broke down. Jeff Binder was able to work my vehicle into the busy service schedule and fix it so we could get back to Virginia. We were really impressed with the care Jeff takes with his clients, even an out of state client passing through. We highly recommend the service center for all repair and maintenance needs.

Well worth the hour drive to Bryan Ohio from Fort Wayne. The very friendly and knowledgeable staff made the buying experience quick and easy. Doug, our Salesmen, and Andrea, finance manager, were professional, honest, low pressure and very accommodating. I would definitely purchase a car from them again.

The mechanic that worked on my car called me ahead of time to verify a few things about the work being done. Was very kind and helpful. Also was cheaper to get 4 oem tires with alignment than anyone else in the area. On top of that they filled out paperwork to get me a $100 rebate. Will totally be going there again.

So I have a 2017 Chevy Malibu that broke down after purchasing it 6 months ago. I called Estle to see if the car still had a Factory Warranty and it does. Customer Service is spot on, told me to bring my vehicle in for service. Customer service exactly told me when my car could be looked at and gave me a reasonable timeline when my car could be fixed. Estle Chevrolet exceeded my expectations with their customer service. Very friendly service with exceptional customer care. Thank you Estle Chevrolet Bryan. I would highly recommend for car service.

I do not have my vehicle serviced regularly at this location, but nonetheless Jeff was extremely helpful when I called! He had the parts to fix my vehicle and worked it in the same day. I am very appreciative for the great service I received from him and the department.

The salesman I talked to was nice but the lady doing the financial stuff never got ahold of me. I called every day for a week straight in the morning said she would call back in an hour and never once did. I have 7 hard inquiries now from them. Anybody looking for a vehicle and want outstanding service visit Snyder Chevrolet in napoleon and ask for David Wells!

Andrea (general manager) conducts shady business practices. Tried selling a car that has the odometer rolled back. They got called out on it, and still relisted the vehicle. Way to try screwing military members over. Please don't do business here.

Estle chevy is a great dealership. Drew worked hard and quickly to get me a great deal on my trade and on my colorado. When there was a qustion about the gm certified paper work Andrea was on top of it and explained it to me. I will definitely look to your dealership when it comes time for a different vehicle

My wife and I purchased a certified pre owned Chevy Equinox 2017 from Estle Chevrolet-Buick located in Bryan Ohio. We live in southeast Michigan.We had some reservations as this was our first certified pre owned purchased vehicle and a complete online purchase where the car was delivered to us directly from the dealership without a test drive or on site viewing. We weren t sure if spending the extra price for certified pre owned was absolutely necessary and not being able to test drive the car was a leap of faith considering any mechanical issues. We also were down casted because a used Subaru Outback 2012 we purchased from another dealership exactly one year ago just tanked on us with a bad transmission repair of $8k.Despite our fears and personal challenges, Broc Evans our salesman went above and beyond with transparency, professionalism, and attentive service to ensure this was the right and best choice for us. Team Estle Chevrolet-Buick not only met our expectations but exceeded them. We needed this car fast and hassle free due to our other car repair needs...they did exactly just that!I want to thank Broc, Andrea, and everyone at Estle Chevrolet-Buick in Bryan Ohio for the best car buying experience yet. Now driving in this Equinox- we will only ever buy certified pre owned for the comfort of knowing we are completely covered. Also because our experience was so great with the purchase of this vehicle- our emotions of defeat over our Subaru loss was dissolved by our new found love and excitement with this purchase/experience! We just love driving our new car everywhere now.I look forward to working with Broc and his team exclusively again on our next purchase!

Very dissatisfied. I'm sure this was just a bad experience and not all are bad but we had a deal worked out to buy a vehicle and never heard back from them so we called a week later to find out when we could pick up and pay and they sold it the same day. I assume it was because someone offered full list but that is bad business..

They had my car for 3 months. They didn't fix it or clean it. They used the power stearing fluids from my back seat to fill my power stearing. I took it somewhere else in town they fixed it in a week AND the warrenty covered it. Estle told me the warrenty wouldnt cover ANY of it. I will NEVER go back.

Service was very good. They had the parts on hand so no waiting for those to come in I wasn't planning on spending the amount of money I had to spend but thankful that my car was fixed very quickly

25000 Buick and have nothing but trouble. Empty promises galore. Stay away! They don t take responsibility nor do they hold up to their word. I ve purchaed several different cars since the age of 18, THIS transaction with Estle was by far the worst!

Friendly staff, quick service, free coffee(Keurig) free WiFi. I use this location for service. Not your typical location 1 block off the square, it does not look like a dealership in till you look in the windows.Service, parts and vehicles.
