I've taken my vehicle and my daughter's vehicles here with great service. But my daughter just took her car there on here own for the first time and either the tech didn't know what they were doing or trying to scam her. Wanted to say she needed a whole new fuse box to get her rear hatch to open for $900. I took a look at it and all it needed is a$20 new button that opens the rear hatch. I can't recommend them any more.

Replaced my two front tires within 45 minutes. Gave me advice about my car after they were done. Very comfortable and friendly environment and staff. Will be returning for more services in the future!

Have been going to them for years. They don't complain when it comes backing up their work and making things right, which is rare that they need to redo something. A lot of the staff has been there since I started going to them so it is easy to get to know them wether it is for routine maintenance or larger issues.

They are quick and reasonably priced . I like that they have a night drop . I drop my car off the night before and once finished or if they have questions we can respond via phone. I pay over the phone and pick my car up after hours.Anytime I need help with my cars they are sure to help and answer all questions.Great people to work with .. From the front desk to the service techs as well as the owner.Would recommend to anyone needing quality work at a reasonable price.

Needed a starter replacement in a tight spot dropped it off, done the next morning. Fast friendly service the front desk lady was very nice. I would recommend their services.

Brought my car in for replacement of front brake discs and the mechanic found a 'frozen' rear cylinder and a badly failing ball joint. As usual, I was impressed and grateful for the quality of the work done, the expertise of the mechanic, his clear explanation of what was needed to be done and the flexibility of the front office staff in scheduling the work so that we could embark on our planned road trip. Many, many thanks to a terrific auto center.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

I LOVE this place! Phenomenal service that's professional, affordable and reliable; AMAZING staff that's always friendly, helpful and on point. Regardless of what may or may not be wrong with my vehicle, I know I will get a straight up answer that I can trust without additional nonsense. Being that I don't know a whole lot about vehicles, I have been scammed plenty of times by mechanics, but I know I would never have to worry about that here.

Very friendly, knowledgable staff. This is the best repair facility in Williams county. They are very fair priced and WILL NOT try to steer you wrong just to make an extra dollar. There is an amazing waiting area where you can brew yourself a cup of coffee and watch television on the big screen. They offer everything from tire repair to compete overhaul service. I will never trust my vehicle to another facility. These guys offer not only the best service but also very competitive rates. I would ask you try this place. You will definitely be pleased by the service provided and the knowledge the staff will share with you so that you have the most informed decision going forward.

This place was awesome! We were here visiting family for the weekend, and we needed new tires for our vehicle that was in storage for some time. We went in on Friday and come Monday, we were able to get in to get them all changed. Prices were good and the service was really fast. Under 45 mins for all 4 tires and an alignment. Would recommend again to anyone!

They always get my father and me in whenever we stop in. Living in Toledo and working in Bryan they have been a very convenient place to take our vehicles. They have always given us a fair evaluation of the work that needs to be done, and the pricing as always been fair.

If you're looking to get ripped off due to their inability to perform diagnostics, look no further. A 1/10th of an hour job does not merit a 400$ labor charge, diagnostics included, and a +100% overpriced remanufactured sensor instead of a new one. My bet is that after screwing up and throwing a fuel pump at the car and it not working, it was chalked up to cover their costs on what should've been a 150$ job. It's illegal and unethical. I don't appreciate my family being ripped off. You could've done a fuel flow test instead of dropping the tank and passing that buck, jack-wagon.Sincerely,an old master tech that would've ripped you a new one if I were present.

Went in for a tie rod end replacement. Told them to inspect and replace any steering problem they find. Ended up needing a wheel bearing replaced which I was charged $290 plus labor for. I found one on the internet for $140 and called a few parts stores in the area. The most expensive brand name bearing they had was only $200. I paid them in full regardless. I went to pick up my truck, pulled out of their driveway way and heard a loud clunk. Got home to find my front shock not connected at the bottom and my sway bar link broke in half. After relaying a conversation through their very nice and polite woman who works in the office. I was told to drop off the truck so they could check it out. I wrote a note in stating the inconvenience it was to me and that I wanted the shock checked for being bent and that I wasn t paying for any new repairs, being that the sway bar link only costs $25/ pair I figured they might cover that to keep a customer. They said they just overlooked these problems on their inspection. They said they would cover the price of the missing shock bolt but wanted $130 to replace one sway bar link. I fixed it myself in my driveway in 15 minutes. I was never able to speak with a mechanic, just relaying info through the secretary. I found my note crumpled up and thrown on my dash. I was given no option for buying a cheaper brand of parts. I don t know if these more than obvious problems were caused by their disassembly or just missed somehow. They didn t test drive it after the repairs or it shouldn t have left their shop in that shape regardless of the reason. The fact is they still were trying to make premium profit off me even on the second trip there.Another time I had an exhaust issue that I was looking for a rough idea on what it would take to fix. I was told that I had to make an appointment to drop off my truck to get an estimate. I went down the street to Another repair shop the mechanic went out right then and had me a rough price estimate within 1 minute. I would recommend HC Auto repair only a few blocks away.

This place is a joke... Driving my car I hit a high water area... Car stalled out looked under my hood it was drenched. Had my car towed to D&M after having my car over 2 weeks I finally get a call saying my starter was out. I asked so the water didn't damage my engine, at first they had no clue what I was even talkin about. So I politely explained , she placed me Onn hold 3 mins later comes back and says my tech see no water damage, and your car is still under warranty so I had it towed to my dealer. They call me same day, and tell me I need new engine, that it was SEIZED up and FULL of SLUDGE!!!
