Look no further, this place is great, great service, financing, and sales help have always been great. All the sales staff are knowledgeable about products and all aspects of the process. At Bryan Ford, their passion is the car industry and it shows. They don t mess around with cars that have any red flags or cut corners when it comes to selling high-quality, solid cars at a good price.Highly recommend!

I've purchased 12 new vehicles from Chip Wood at Bryan Ford. Our relationship started in 2000 and I keep coming back, even though I live 100 miles away. I've had service, aftermarket installs and loaners through Bryan Ford and they've always done impeccable work. I refer many of my friends and they end up becoming Bryan Ford customers as well. They truly earn your business!!

Excellent Customer Service in the Service Department. Showed up out of the blue with a bad axle seal during a long road trip and they knocked it out fast and were super helpful. Even though they had a busy day, they helped relieve the stress of a long trip back to Louisiana. This place makes you feel like you are the most important person. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks guys!

When shopping for a different vehicle, I gave Bryan Ford, Inc a list of what I was looking for that was pretty specific and something I wasn't willing to compromise on. They were able to find a vehicle that meant all of my wishes. I'm very happy with my purchase. I love that they take care of all of the title paperwork and all you have to do is stop by and pick it up. I also love being able to have my vehicle serviced locally that includes a loaner car if needed. Great Job!

Great service. Braden Hicks was the best. He was knowledgable and helpful, not pushy. He truly wanted to get me into the car I wanted and fit my needs and budget. Chip who worked with me to do the paperwork was respectful and worked to answer all of my questions. The staff even took Braden and my picture with my new-to-me car and programmed the car to link with my phone. My experience could not have been better. Above and beyond what was expected.

Extremely helpful in the time of need. I can not thank these people enough for what they did for me. I was passing through when my car broke down, repairs would have been over $3000 (Transmisson) so I decided to look at purchasing another vehicle. Bob and his other coworkers were extremely patient and very polite. They were fantastic and helped me continue on my way.

I put a lot of miles on vehicles and have to trade in every two years or so. This year was my first experience with Bryan Ford Lincoln and it was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Beautiful facility, staff was not only professional but warm and fun to work with. I had very specific needs all which we're met. My expectations we're exceeded not only in pricing but also in service and I don't foresee me shopping anywhere else for my next vehicle.

Chip and his staff are willing to help their customer. They communicate well and want to make sure you are happy with the service. Prices are typical for a dealer repair shop. Repair time is reasonable and getting your vehicle scheduled in for work isn't an issue.

EDIT - since my original 2008 review (below) we have bought a few more vehicles here and each time are please with the whole experience. Highly recommend.(original review) - We purchased a van from this dealership in 2008 and were very pleased with the laid-back and easy to deal with sales staff. We also got a very competitive price on a very nice vehicle. Any time we take the vehicle to the service department for repair or maintenance, the staff is very helpful and always accomodating. Additionally, the owner of the dealership calls us a few days after each and every service appointment (even if just an oil change) to personally make sure everything is okay. I wish all car dealers could be like this one.

I had a 2007 Prius totaled and looked around the state for a quality dealer that I could trust who would deliver a great car, and Chip (owner) did just that. Chip had a great price on the car and it was clean, exactly as stated online, and he even delivered the car to me on the other side of the state. His drivers were courteous and even filled the tank before handing it over.Absolutely fantastic service, I highly recommend these guys!

My mom had a problem with her car which she did not purchase here. The service dept. Took very good care of her with reasonable, competitive pricing( I looked into after she had it fixed) Thanks guys for NOT taking my mom "for a ride".

Just finishing the purchase of my fifth vehicle from Bryan Ford. They always work through all the details with you to ensure you'll be happy with your purchase. And you cannot beat their level of support and service following the sale either. Have always felt taken care of.

Not impressed with the service department. I went in for "the works" service. Were supposed to rotate tires which they did not. Nor did they fill out the info on the tire pressure/ brake pad depth. Makes me question whether they even inspected the tires/brakes like they were supposed to. Definitely beware and check them out if you plan on going here. UPDATE: 2 days later now my low tire pressure warning light is on. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I came in thinking I needed a new set of tires on my 2018 Traverse due to the wear on the front tires. The Service Tech, Joey Dohner, looked at them & said if we rotate them, it should get you another 8,000 miles.You always get fantastic service at Bryan Ford!
