Towed my truck to this shop they charged me $1,062 to for taking down my truck bumper to diagnose the problem of my truck. Was hard to get a hold of someone there. I refused further tear down because it would cost us more thousands asked to put my truck back together to pick up and tow and they didn t but back together my bumper on my way of towing my truck back to Illinois bumper fell of on the road and caused more damage thanks a lot

Joshua Gehrke, could not have been a bigger help, he was able to expedite the red tape and get my truck in promptly. He was immensely helpful and informative as to the progress being made on my Ford F6 50. He came in below the best case scenario number which was immensely helpful also. Moving forward I have put WW Williams and Joshua s number on speed dial on my phone if I ever need them again. I highly recommend them and there are not enough stars to rate the quality of service and prompt fullness. Again thank you WW Williams and Joshua.Services: Transmission, Electrical

I mow there with Larry's landscaping and do plowing as well for them they are constantly busy and one of the only places around that deal with Allison transmission as far as I know. Any work needing done contact them.

I was a pull-up I had an APU problem I had to wait for a little bit before they can get me in they got me in they looked at my Apu fix what they could to come to find out the bottom part of my Apu where my generator is has to be replaced they did not have one in stock but they ordered one for us we're just waiting for it to come in so it can be put on to my APU they were very polite they're respectful and they listen to what my questions were and my concerns

Very poor diagnosis and handling of my Allison transmission issues. They replaced parts that did not need it, problem persisted. I took it elsewhere and they fixed what was a wiring issue. Problem free for 3 months now. WW Williams cost me a few grand mis-diagnosing and guessing at repairs. Disappointed in them as the "Allison transmission experts."

W. W. Williams provides fast, professional, and reliable service. We had a worst-case-scenario breakdown in a 2013 RV with a MaxxForce 10 Diesel Regen issue early on a Sunday morning of 4th of July week. Not only did WW Williams enable us to get towed and sleep in the parking lot, they were able to squeeze us in to assess the damage first thing on Monday, and they had us back on the road before the holiday weekend! The two mechanics who worked on our rig (Kate and Steve) are knowledgable, personable, and most-importantly, extremely competent diesel mechanics. Joe at the front desk was great and super helpful when trying to navigate the politics of our repair costs from the RV Dealership as well as working around the restrictions of COVID19 and enabling us to stay in our RV rather than a hotel. If you're having diesel or truck trouble in Ohio, W.W. Williams is definitely the place to go! I would 100% bring my diesel to them for any maintenance or repair.

A great transmission shop! They do other work here too but I've only use them for transmissions, I'm sure there is good with all engine work as they are with the transmission that I had rebuilt and repaired here.

This place is a diamond in the rough, excellent people, quality work, Western Star in Parma Ohio wouldn't give me the time of day, they were very unprofessional, on the other hand W.W.Williams staff were courteous and accommodating, they went beyond being professional, Thankyou so much for getting me in for the repair, I will be using this company again, many locations available, thx

This place is bad news watch out one of thier employees was using one of thier pick up trucks to help someone move and was doing well over 70mpr in a 50mprzone on ridge rd. Then tried cutting me off when he tried passing me. Beware of Brian that works for this company he's a very unstable and unsafe driver and shouldn't be on the road at all.

I tried calling 6X to get an Allison issue resolved and was told that the only person on staff in Service is busy. Left several messages for a call back and received none.

I went there to check my truck because it was losing power.they exam the truck for almost two days and didn t call me to let me know so I called them and they gave me an estimate cost &7200.00 after everything done it could go over 10k.I took my truck to my old Macanic and they fix it in $400.00
