They sabotage vehicles! I've been going to this one for some time, but last time I was there my engine light came on right after I got my oil changed (and this is right before my E-Check being due for good measure). So, no problem, I figure I just check the codes when I get home, only to find that my sensor had been cut at the cable and hammered into the tailpipe! So much for saving time, they actually vandalized my car right when I'm due for E-Check! You're lucky I don't have the time to sue you!

I went a couple weeks ago. It was kind of busy, but I was very impressed with how Joey and his team kept things organized. He initiated his team to do the inspections before you pull into the garage as there was a long line for each port. I always recommend family and friends to come here. Always quick and super nice staff!

Well I was there for awhile then I had 2 mechanics beating on my top cover that goes on the 3.6 jeep wrangler and tore it up, even after I told them don't beat on it, that I can get out and put it on with 1 hand. There are oily hand prints all over my jeep. They told me all my lights are good and I said wow you guy are amazing, you know that all my lights are good without ever telling me to turn any of them on. But I was charged for it and definitely set there long enough for it. Some of the workers probably need some more training. This was probably my 3rd time there with no issues but this one will me not go back.

I recently came for an oil change for the first time. I must thank Wade and Patrick for outstanding service! They were very professional and explained everything step by step. They never tried talking me into anything. I felt comfortable and service was quick, smooth, and stress free. I had no issues with my car. My husband took it up to Valvoline for an oil change and it was leaking by the time he got home. We took it back up and they claimed they wiped it down and that it was just a messy pour. It continued to drip oil and then it started pouring a lot. It cost over $1000 to fix their damage and they claim they are not at fault. We will never recommend or return. Awful customer service.

Don t go here. They told my son they didn t change oil filter. Then lied about it.they took advantage of a young kid. Then charged 40 dollars more than what was supposed to be charged.said he told them one thing while I was on the phone because he was nervous never got his oil changed before. They will go out of their way to fight with you lie and over charge people!!! Manager was a total jerk!

Took my kid for a oil change since their never that long, usually it's a little 45 min wait right? Wrong after waiting 15 maybe 20 minutes notice my child was missing, ask the person at the desk if they seen him. They told me his probably out on the floor since some of the guys like showing kids what its like to work as a detailer. I rushed, slamming the door open to then see my child blacker then a coal miner after their 8 hour shift. I yelled at the current detailer told them "never take my kid ever again and im making sure your boss knows about this". Long story short not only did I get my oil changed but also got my whole car detailed.

A BIG THANK YOU to the workers at Valvoline, Brunswick. My truck broke down a few days after an oil change and I called them right away. They sent a manager out at my convenience to helped me figure out the situation. They did not have to do this but their extra efforts really helped us out!

They are conn artists here. Horrible service and liars I do not suggest going here unless you are ok with getting over charged and charged for stuff they didn t do.

My go to for oil changes and more! They are always so professional and have never made me feel bad or stupid when I ask questions or don't understand something. They also are truly so efficient and always offer me the use of coupons if I don't bring it up first, which is helpful and generous.

Overall was a very good experience. David was extremely friendly and explained each step clearly. As someone who is not that knowledgeable on the technical side of cars, David made me feel involved and I learned a couple things during my visit. He juggled doing the topside work while answering any questions and even printed out the info I requested! Props to my guy David, thank you.Service: Oil change

I went in today to have my headlights replaced. River got the unfortunate job. It took about an hour and I know it was an annoying job to do. He was patient and really cool about it. I ve always had really nice service here, they re good guys!

Always my go to spot for an oil change! My husband and I came through with our daughter who was sleeping at the time .. we told Jonathon the manager that she was napping and he shushed his crew. So considerate and thoughtful.

Braden the assistant manager went above and beyond the call of duty. On a very rainy morning with busted wipers was not how I expected my work day to start. Braden greeted me 10 min. before they opened with kindness and care. He sold me new wipers and installed them in the rainy parking lot. Braden is what being a great neighbor is all about. I wouldn't take my car in for care anywhere else. Thank you.

Got an oil change and they didn't top off any of my fluids.My coolant level was alarmingly low, as well as my brake fluidIf they did a thorough inspection, they would've noticed that everything was low; it makes me hesitant to go to any Valvoline now because I'm not getting what I pay for and they seem a bit negligent.Service: Oil change

I was in desperate need of an oil change - and did not have the patience to deal with the dealership that always tries to upsell me or trade in my vehicle (I get it my Tuscon has a ton of recalls - with no answers - but I'm holding out!)For me being mindful of the time and knowing that my schedule for the week of Thanksgiving was going to be maxed I stumbled upon the Brunswick location and was greeted with the best smiles a gal could ask for.The service/time/knowledge/laughter and overall service were top notch and I didn't feel pressured or anything but a part of the Valvoline appreciated customer base.Joseph, Lucas, River & Brayden - all stellar gentlemen and great service representatives. The overall feel of the workplace was that of a team and as a customer, I felt it.Welcoming, and price-conscious this team did the best they could for me as a consumer and a human.I will definitely be returning to this location and again Joseph, Lucas, River & Brayden - stay awesome! Gone to this location without a problem in the past for oil changes. Stopped for new wipers today. The employee said he would top my fluids off while I was in. So I popped my hood and let them. Well about 15mins after I left my car starts going off saying it's over heating. Stop and turn it off for a few. Start it back up after a few minutes, it began over heating again. Got back to the house and let it cool down. Went out and checked under the hood a few hours later. Well I was completely out of coolant and the cap was not all the way tightened. Luckily i was able to fix it, but I shouldn't have had to.

Overall GREAT experience and speedy service. The team was ready to rock and roll and were very personable when servicing my Cruze. I was very impressed by the team work, intelligence and leadership these guys all had. Tyler, Parker and the rest of the team was awesome, thank you fellas!

Been waiting on a delivery of windshield wipers. When they came in had them put on quickly. Only problem is for my make of car they didn't have the right tool for radiator service. Bummer
