We took our car to the dealership and they told us we needed new brakes. We were Skeptical, as this is the first time we were hearing. Last visit multi point inspection everything was good. Now our brakes are bad?? We do maintenance like clock work. We have our RV service at TPS, so we decided to take our car there. Found out from TPS we didn't need brakes. They saved us a bunch of money and from now on will service our cars as well as our RV! Honest and have always had great service!

I don t know a thing about tires, but I do know a thing or two about customer service and the client experience; this place is excellent! Got my tire changed swiftly at a reasonable price, had a grand ol time in the waiting area (the recliners are very comfortable and they have refreshments!), and was gifted some lovely goodies at the end as a thank you. Will definitely be coming here for all of my future tire needs and will recommend to others!

First time customer at TPS and would definitely recommend. They fixed a leak in my tire quickly and at a good price. Friendly staff and service and very comfy waiting room. They also gave V-Day flowers to everybody as a thank you, which is a nice touch!

This is the most professional car shop I've been to in years! Shop is clean, mechanics do a thorough job, and it's not overpriced. Mark and Deanna made me feel most welcome. Highly recommend!

They were super sweet and informative there! They let me know exactly what they were doing and found the issue to my slowly deflating tire! Definitely would recommend them for your tire needs!!

This was a wonderful experience! They got our motor coach in very quickly and replaced the catalytic converter that had been stolen. Nice leather recliners in the lobby, with a popcorn machine and a Keurig. Restroom is immaculate. We would go back!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I got a full synthetic oil change at almost half the cost of Valvoline or Jiffy Lube. Plus they are extremely nice and inviting. They gave my son a sucker, flowers for my wife. Hot fresh popcorn and Keurig coffee maker very nice electric reclining chairs and TV while you wait or a nice picnic table area outside. Plus the work they do seems real good. They take pictures and go over everything and send to you in text so you see what they see. Awesome experience, I will definitely be taking both our vehicles there again.Service: Oil change

I had to get my Honda Cylinder Locks replaced, and one of the retaining cables had to be repaired after. I have had the most outstanding experience at TPS Auto Service Center. Mark and his team are excellent, thorough, and honest. They have been extremely fair on their prices. They have excellent communication, with Mark following up with all my inquiries in a professional, and timely manner. Also, TPS has courtesy cars, and if you are able to borrow one of their cars and do your shopping/errands while you wait - just fill up the tank for what you used. I don t think I ll be going anywhere else.

Tps has done several jobs for us, but every single time we have to avoid the guy in the office as he turns down most of the work. we always have to call and come back when he's not there so we can actually get stuff done. i'm not sure what his name is but he's always been pretty rude/had a bad attitude with us. not sure why he doesn't want his company to make the money but he turns down 90% of our work that's needed. pretty weird. it's almostlike he has a vendetta against his own job lolEdit: Tyler called and was awesome. love this company just had one super small flaw, seems to be fixed. definitely recommend this place as they do excellent work.

When I recently had a flat tire TPS was suggested as a good place to either replace or repair the tires. Unfortunately the tire was not repairable so I purchased a new one. The price was quite fair and the service was great! When I inquired about replacing 2 or all 4 they honestly told me the others were perfectly fine so just the 1 was needed! I would definitely go back again!Service: Tires

Needed my tire patched. Said it would be done about 4pm. (I brought it around 10am.) They had 2 cars in front of me and I was not in a hurry. As I was walking out gentlemen at the front desk said they will get it done right away. Great service as always!

Great service! Fast and honest. I got my oil changed and tires rotated, but also found two tires had nails in them. They were able to patch them up and get me on my way.

Best kept car service secret around. This place is awesome. Very responsive, excellent technicians, friendly and reasonable. Everything you want in a car and motorcycle service center. Did not try to upsell. Applied alignment coupon without me even asking. Mark and Tyler were a pleasure to work with.My wife got a flat tire on her Tesla on the way to work on 71 in front of TPS. I called them at 9:00 am and the car was fixed and in my garage by 6 pm. And for less than the dealership. My neighbor and his wife are also happy customers.The search is over for excellent car service, from people you can trust, at very reasonable prices. I recently went to TPS for tires. I asked them to check a couple things that another place told me I needed to have done. Once they looked at everything they told me that I don t need to have those things done as of now. Mark helped me choose tires and made me feel comfortable working with them. They could have easily told me that I needed to have the work done. I appreciate the honesty which seems so hard to fine these days. I would definitely refer TPS to anyone that needs or asks for a good car place! I will use TPS for any car needs that I have going forward!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection

I was told that I had a nail in my tire and that I needed to purchase a whole new tire. My tires were purchased a year ago from this place I was skeptical but anxious knowing I was leaving for the beach this weekend. Impulsively I stopped at TPS down the street for a second opinion. I was taken in right away and told they would repair my tire, on the spot. The employees here were thorough and quick and I was treated with the utmost respect.Thnk you TPS for your service in my time of need!

Second time going toTPS!Have been having issues since an accident back in February. they were the third shop I brought it to and finally they were the ones to fix my Pilot. Costumer service is great! My girls love the candy and flowers they hand out as a thank you!
