I needed the windsheild replaced on my Escape. Safety Auto Glass did a great job. It a reasonable price with quick service. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Exceptional! That is the only word I can use to describe the service, customer service and overall experience I had with this company. It started with a simple Google search and ended with a Toyota manufactured windshield (not the cheap glass other companies use) and completed at a Toyota dealership! It was great! The coolest part, even though it was a small gesture, was that our parking stickers (required by our housing complex) were transferred over! I HIGHLY recommend the team here, and will continue to refer and use them if I ever need to for all future windshield needs. Thank you Sandy and team! You re a rockstar!

Steer clear of this place. Took my Honda Pilot in to have leaking windshield repaired. They performed the work, I paid and went on my way. My windshield leaks just like it did before repair , so I took it back expecting them to warranty their work. Now their story has changed to leaks cannot be repaired and I need a new windshield or remove current one possibly breaking it . No mention of warranty, inconvenience of having to come back etc. Of course, none of this was mentioned when I paid them for initial work, just windshield is repaired, come pick your vehicle up . I am out the money I paid them and must now find a qualified shop to remedy the leaking. Very frustrating!

Was doing some work to my car Sunday. Accidentally cracked my windshield. Called Monday morning and was able to get it fixed that same day. They came to my apartment fixed it in about a half hour and then waited an hour for it to dry. Excllent customer service, good prices and fast service. Would recommend and will go back if needed.

I highly recommend Safety Auto Glass. Chris and Sandy were amazing and helpful when my windshield got cracked. They got me on the schedule right away and Nick came out and did an excellent job replacing it. They were reasonably priced and great to work with.

Horrible service. Was very frustrating for me and my insurance agent working with these guys. I wanted a refund but they refused. Not only because they did a bad job but they were extremely unprofessional. Sandy and the owner implied that I was lieing when I informed them of the window not being fit properly. You can see the space between the rubber and glass. You can also hear a loud whistling sound when driving on the highway.They didn't do a good job of cleaning the glass out of anywhere including the rubber that surrounds the frame and the inside of the door. You can hear crunching whenever the window goes up and down. The installer brought out a vacuum during the first failed installment. I don't know why because he didn't use it at all. After the third and last time he visited (yeah they made the same guy do this) I asked him why he didn't clean the glass off the rubber and inside the door. He said "they're not a detailing company." Also said "I'm not the one who left my wallet in the car and had it broken into." Last time I checked, as a car window installer it's your responsibility to remove all glass from the door. You leave glass in between the rubber you are asking for your window to get destroyed over time. Also that comment was uncalled for.

Had an UNUSUAL episode recently ... the glass on my closed sunroof spontaneously came completely off.� (2009 SUV, which I've owned for just 2 1/'2 years.)� No damage done to anyone, thank God.� My initial calls to local auto glass stores were fruitless.� (ie: "we don't do sunroofs" or "let us check and get back to you in a day or two" or "you have to go right to Toyota for that.")� Then I called Safety Auto Glass in Brunswick.� Their remarkable employee, Sandy, had stored in her memory bank information about an old sunroof recall.� She was able to give me exact info about how to research my model/serial to see if it was one of the defective sunroofs - and she was absolutely correct!� Mine WAS among the recalls, and the manufacturer had it replaced this week, at no cost to me.� Sandy went above and beyond expectations to help me resolve my sunroof issue, and I couldn't be more thankful!� Way to go, Sandy!

Excellent service! I missed my 10:00 am appt., NP getting me in @ 11:00 am. Waited for my service, as promised it took 2 hours, they also a great selection of magazines to help pass the time :)
