Horrible customer service.,Extremely unhelpful. My dad has been doing business with this company for 20+ years, well NEVER AGAIN!!! They will never get another penny out of me. Allan (owners son) very rude. Also overpriced, dealership where I purchased my car is $70 less expensive for the same repair. Don t ever go here, unless you want poor customer service and be treated like an inconvenience!!!

Bought tires and oil changes from them on a number of occasions. Felt I was treated fairly and received good service. Mark was great to work with.

5/12/23 Update- Still awesome! I have received yet another excellent service experience at Parma Tire. The team here is terrific. I still highly recommend them... I wish I could give them 10 stars.Original review-We love the guys at Parma Tire! Always honest. Very reasonable rates and super friendly. They will always get our business.

Had two new tires and an alignment done a few weeks ago... very pleased with the work performed. My car feels great - price was unmatched. Also, very pleased with the customer service, Thank you so much Parma Tire!

Been going to them for 30+ years. Reasonable prices and excellent work. Never pushed for more work to build up the price. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tire or oil change services.

High marks for customer service and satisfaction. The managers listened to my needs and saw that all my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. I have dealt with them a few years now and have nothing but praise for the work performed on my vehicles. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs.

These guys are the best in town! Husband's car broke down, had an emergency tow to them and they fit it in no problems. They've even picked me and the little one up from the house when fixing my car. Can't say enough about the great service!!

After my car battery died in the driveway of a friend, I got a jump and drove straight to the shop. They tested the batter, determined I needed a new one, and took care of it right away. Did I mention I drove in about 10 minutes before they were to close? They stayed late to make sure I was safe. They're the best!

these guys are awesome, came in on a saturday morning with a tire problem and they went above and beyond to get me on the road again before they closed at noon. highly recommend them

Best place to deal with.Installed new set of tires, alignment and balance on my Mercedes S550.If you want great service and reasonable price, this is the place in town.

Honest and skilled. Disclaimer, my friend Pat works there. Other places may have skilled mechanics or a wrench monkey. Pat is like a PhD of cars. (Disclaimer: That Doctorate degree doesn't actually exist.) You will get a proper diagnosis first ... and of course it's part science, part art and wisdom. So I drove up from Akron.

I walked in and within 5 minutes my car was in the shop and my tire was being repaired. 30 minutes later I was on my way. Great service & great staff. Would definitely recommend their service.

Parma tire in Brunswick ohio is great. Hambden tire in chardon told me I had a slice in tire wall which ended up being a lie. I went to brunswick tire where I bought tires 3 months ago & it had a nail in it. They made proper repair from inside and I was on my way. Alan & the mechanics there are very professional. They rotated tires & set air pressure in all my tires & it runs very smoothly now. I would recommend never going go hambden tire in chardon as they where extremely dishonest. Parma tire is worth the ride to have your car repaired.

Don t bother stopping here if you need a quick, tire repair. They are too busy for such a small job.
