Came in to get a new battery. Lucas took care of me. When him and I looked under the hood you could tell the battery exploded. you could see yellow stuff everywhere. Lucas helped me out big time. It was a struggle to get the terminals off the old battery. Lucas was kind and was not upset about the pain it was to replace the battery. He took care of me like he was my best friend. Good Job.

My license plate was really stuck on and I needed to install a protective cover on it and I took it to O Reillys and Nathan was a huge help! I asked if they had a tool specific to the bolts my license plate was using so I could take it off, and instead of getting me the tool he spent what seemed like 20 minutes personally getting it off for me!Thank you so much! I ll be going here for future needs.

Manager here went way above and beyond to help me. I needed a new battery and he installed it quickly and properly. I can tell you from past batteries that Auto Zone and Advance will often say I don t know when asked if they can put your battery in. I have for years been finding any O Reilly s I go inside to have someone who understands how to treat a customer. As a consumer I really appreciate that because let s be honest, even tho it s 2023 and you d think most companies have a good training program for customer service, it s hardly a thing. I m definitely using this store next time I need anything car parts related!!! Also I called around and no joke but the battery at O Reilly s was 120$ vs 260 at Advance and 250 at Auto Zone, granted the charge of the battery - I wanted a 1 year specifically and in the end I got treated awesome and spent 130$ less to boot!

I want to give a big huge thank you to Lucas over at the Brunswick O'Reilly Auto Parts Store. He sold me a headlight bulb for my jeep at a reasonable price then took his socket set and placed the bulb into my car. As a single lady I can't thank him enough for his help that day. I've learned to fix a lot of things, but he took one more learning curve off my plate that day. Thanks again!

So there s a guy on second shift here, I think his name is Nathan? He s literally the most unhelpful and uncaring person to work in a place like this! A few weeks ago I was driving thru Brunswick and one of my headlights went out. It was literally 10 minutes before closing time. I run inside and tell the person at the counter (guy mentioned above) my issue and my car year make and model. His very first reaction wasn t to smile and start searching for a new bulb for me, it was to look at his watch, scoff, roll his eyes then proceed to rush thru the transaction. He never gave me any kind of tools to help me never even offered me a hand while I very clearly struggled for almost half an hour. He pulled out of the parking lot while I was still struggling with getting my bulb to fit ONLY to find out finally had had given me the wrong one altogether. I m pleased to say I ll be stopping there for sure the next time I m in Brunswick.

Time and time again O'Riely has the exact part I need. This time it was those giant flat plastic push retaining pins you use on trunk liners. Not only did they have many to pick from... they had my exact sized Ford Taurus version ! Very well done O'Riely !!

Bill, Rich and Larry are absolutely the best customer service in business. It's always pleasure to walk in and get what I want. One stop shop for automotive needs. They set the bar very high for the competition....

Today, January 16,2022 I went to Auto Zone to get a new battery for my car. The guy there acted inconvenienced by me! He checked the battery and said it was fine, & there was nothing he could do for me! So I then went right next door to O'Reilly's Auto Parts store! They were absolutely GREAT!! The guy there totally helped me, with a very nice demeanor! From now I'm going to O'Reilly's in Brunswick Ohio!!!

This is my favorite auto parts store, the guys are always super quick to carry heavy parts out for me, they don't give me a hard time about changing light bulbs or windshield wiper blades like I've expirenced at local competitors. Ill never go anywhere else for parts. This the store.

Had to go out in this terrible snowstorm. Thank God O Reillys was open. Roy was super helpful and fast he really did save the day for me. Grateful for the store and the employees being there for me today.

I just wanted to share a great experience with Rich from the Brunswick O'Reilly. I had a burned out headlight. Rich identified the bulb and helped my try to replace. The problem was that the temperature was below zero. Rich and I were extremely cold trying to replace and we accidentally dropped an important part that was needed for the replacement. I told Rich that we should try again when it would be warmer. I stopped by this morning and Rich had already special ordered the part that was needed and installed the light in five minutes. Great service with Rich making sure to follow up on the special order part. I appreciate the effort and follow up

Fantastic..looked all day for an air filter that's 40 years old. Auto Zone was zero help they basically didn't care. O'Reilly got out a tape measure got the measurements looked it up ordered it. Think it was Adam. It was for an old tractor. Good job thanks

Larry (monster truck guy) is one of the main reasons I come back.Also bring back woody, the store isn t the same without woody.In all seriousness, autozone treats you like you re stupid if you don t know exactly what you re talking about, where o reiley s has always been helpful and patient. 100 times out of 100 I go here even though they re 50 feet apart.

Staff here is always super helpful with finding parts for your vehicle. If it s something minor they ll even let you try the part on your car first to see if it fits before you pay for it (in my experience, it was a gas cap).

Their radio ad says "better parts"; I mentally add "and better people too". Their parts people are generally far above and beyond those of most auto parts places and I can generally get what I need there. Highly recommend!!!

Horrible service I'm standing at the service desk and the one guy just keeps helping everyone else and I back again cause they sold me the wrong part after spending $800 in 2 days 20 minutes later I'm still standing here waiting wish I didn't buy the parts from here or I would have walked next door to AutoZone and bought them never again don't shop here walk next door to AutoZone!!!
