Great experience with Marksman after a deer ran into me and dented the driver side door and fender. They did an awesome job taking care of the insurance claim and handling the entire process. The repair was flawless and literally got the car looking like new! Awesome customer service throughout with fast communication the entire way through. I would 1000% recommend them for repair work!

Really did a great job on my car. Car looks like it just came off the new car lot. Car was completed in a timely manner. Heard one employee worked on a day that was suppose to start his vacation. Seth and Lily provided excellent customer service and quickly buffed out a chip on my door. I truly appreciate their help in fixing my vehicle.Additionally, I have used them in the past for a damaged tailgate and had great service.I would highly recommend!

As always Marksman does excellent work! That s an understatement honestly they are excellent at what they do, From getting the estimate to getting the repairs Marksman is the place to go! Unfortunately I ve had to get my cars repaired and always know where I need to take them! The work is 2nd to none car will come back like it came off show room floor!I had a time crunch in getting my car back and Marksman made it happen without any promises it got done! Very impressive by the who team who made it happen!A special thanks to Ron who is really professional and very informative and helpful throughout the repair process as well as everyone!Thanks again for the great work on getting my car repaired looks great as expected!A side note, my car was in getting repaired and plates expired and asked the owner if he had a screwdriver he came out and took off plate and placed new plates on car! This is the exceptional customer service and work you ll receive from marksman!Thanks again for everything!

I just picked up my 4Runner from Marksman Auto today and they did an awesome job repairing my vehicle. It is a lease and it looks brand new again! Their front desk girls are kind and welcoming and helpful. The guys in back did a great job of repairing and cleaning the vehicle for me! Thank you guys!!!!

My family and I have had several of our cars serviced by Marksman and I cannot say enough good things about them. Not only is the communication from the team excellent, but you also would not be able to tell what they did to our vehicles as they look good as new! It took eight weeks to get my vehicle finished. I know that there was a wait of several weeks to get parts for my Hyundai, but actually doing the work seemed to take a long time. Once, when I called for a status someone told me they had over 100 vehicles on the lot in process. That seems like a huge number to me. I think they have more work than they can handle in a timely manner.When the bodywork is done, they do not do alignments onsite, but send vehicles to Brunswick Auto Mart instead. When I picked up my car, it was pulling to the right and I had to take it back to Brunswick Auto Mart to get realigned. Marksman never told me I specifically had to go to the BAM Subaru dealership for the alignment, so I spent some time trying to figure out where I needed to be to get it done. (I went to the Toyota/Chrysler side first, then to Volkswagon, where they took good care of me.) Only a few days later did I get a call from Marksman saying that I had missed my appointment at Subaru. Just as well, since Subaru screwed it up the first time, and Volkswagon got it right.The bodywork and painting seems to be fine. Hopefully I will never need bodywork again, but I probably will not take my vehicle back to Marksman if I do.Services: Auto side view mirror repair, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I have used Marksman on three other instances and have been thoroughly impressed with their work. Their work quality has always been showroom perfect. So when I hit a deer I knew where I'd take my car. I was lucky because my car was still drivable, but my luck ran out just a week later when someone broke into my car at work. They tried prying open the rear driver's side window and when that failed they just smashed out the driver's window.They worked diligently back and forth with my insurance company which fought them on everything, but they stayed the course and eventually got everything approved. Unfortunately, they couldn't take my car in for a month. The next problem was securing a rental car. While I was fighting with my insurance company about covering the rental, John at Marksman made arrangements for me to get their discount with Enterprise which saved me about 40%!Because we were going on vacation for a week, I was able to leave my car with them about 2 weeks earlier than waiting a full month. They said that they could do a little work each day over that week and have it ready when we returned. Because of supply chain issues, they were still waiting for some parts to complete the job, but they made the car drivable until then so I no longer needed the rental. With most of the work completed, I was a bit taken back that I very easily found several issues with the work. Most of them were small things, but one was with a small blemish in the hood's paint work. The biggest issue was that there inside of the car was never cleaned. The dash and console were covered in dust. Someone didn't do their job at all. John agreed with everything I found and said that he would make it right & he did. He also said that he will have a talk with his crew about these issues so that they don't occur again. Since the paint issue required being right on top of the spot in order to see it. I agreed to let it go. Even though I had some small issues, I will probably use them if needed down the road because I know that they can do showroom quality work. I just caught them on a bad day or two. I still highly recommend Marksman.Services: Installation, Painting, Auto side window replacement, Body & Trim

Marksman is the best place to go when you have any type of collision. I have used them for 20+ years and would not go anywhere else. Very professional group of people! Great work every time.

Had body work done to my 2019 F-150. Damage to lower door and slight damage to lower back door. The repairs were amazing! Truck looks great! I would recommend Marksman Auto body! They do fantastic work!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

John and the team did a great job repairing our Nissan. We had a fair amount of damage to the left and right quarter panel as well as the rear. The assessment and coordination with the insurance (USAA) was painless and the work was done surprisingly quickly. The work was immaculate and it honestly looks better than when we bought it. I have had Marksman do two jobs. One on my former SUV, and one on my current car. I can t say enough how professional, and great everyone is there. I came in, and then did an estimate right away, and got everything going. The work they do is outstanding. Pam in the office, and the other staff are fantastic. If you call in, they tell you what s going on, and push to get your vehicle done. I can t say enough of how great they really are. There is no other body shop that I will go too. Great job!

I was rear-ended in a collision and Subaru and State Farm both recommended Marksman Auto Body. Everything was explained to me in detail, all questions were answered, they helped me set up the schedule to have my rental there for me the morning I had to drop off my car and it was a smooth, fast process. The work they did was amazing, you cannot tell the rear panel was replaced, and they cleaned up my car, which was totally NOT expected, but obviously appreciated. I was able to leave the rental with them and take my car and get back on with my life. Highly recommended.

We had work done on two of our cars at Marksman due to accidents.I can not speak highly enough of the place. They are professional, courteous, and most importantly do great work in the timeline they discuss and after an accident the last thing you need is to worry about how and when your car will be fixed. Peace of mind is another statement that describes them well. Mark, the owner, explained the work they needed to do and the time it will take and kept they word. Pam and all of the front desk associates were awesome too.They work with all the insurance companies and arrange car rental pick up and drop off seamlessly. Every time I hear someone got into an accident I tell them "I know a great place that will fix your car". Highly, highly recommend!

Had to get my truck repaired. Marksman Auto Body not only fixed my truck, but worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Mark the owner explained everything to me and the work was flawlessly and looks great. It is nice to know that there are people and businesses still out there that care about you and wants to make sure your getting taking care of when you need it the most. I highly recommend Marksman Auto Body.

Was pleasantly surprised with how helpful , and knowledgeable marksman staff was. Made me feel very comfortable by explaining to me the timing of my vehicles repairs would be done. Also helped me with my insurance and rental car . Quality of body repairs were impressive. Would recommend this shop.

These guys were great. They fixed the front fender on my 2014 Chrysler 300c which had scrapes, scuffs and dents from hitting a tire retread which was laying in the highway, in the dark. My work was done on time and well within budget. They contacted me regularly to let me know that I could expect the vehicle back and even that I'd need an additional $75 item, which was appreciated. When I went to pickup the car, they were holding the door open for an elderly couple, which sums up the people at Marksman. Great experience, highly recommended.

Took 2022 f150 after some one backed into it to get repaired to marksman expressed my concerns about a certain bed support part getting replaced when we dropped it off and they said it would be replaced. Went to pick it up and the bed support was not replaced and they only painted part of the panel instead of the entire panel so the place they painted had orange peal going on wasn t buffed out enough so they said that orange peal can be seen on any new car which is a lie the car don t have any orange peal goin on anywhere else. Came back next day and they replaced the bed support and the orange peal is still there also they buffed thru the paint in a couple spots also noticed a scratch on my tail gate that wasn t there. When I went to pick up both days the truck was left unlocked and when I asked why they said the neighbor hood is safe enough to leave unlocked and not to worry. I am very upset with their service and I will be taking my truck to another body shop to fix it correctly.

I needed a quick repair done on my vehicle and decided to stop at Marksman Auto Body. Everyone there was very nice and accommodating! They were able to fix the part that was "broke" and re-attach it to keep the cost down for me. I definitely recommend them!

Took my car in to repair a door ding about a month ago. They were professional and very nice but the job done was subpar. I can easily tell where the repair was made. Couple weeks after it was done i notice the chrome trim on the door under the window had a couple dings in it. I took it back to them and they apologized and replaced it but i noticed it crooked now. I just let it go and left. The weather has been bad lately so today was the first time i washed the car and there's swirl marks all over the door they repaired. Swirl marks i assume from the buffer they used. Their attention to detail is nonexistent!! They used to have a good reputation. I would never take my vehicle there again. I gave them 2 stars because they were polite but otherwise im very unsatisfied.

Wow . . . 100% impressed with Mark and everyone at Marksman Auto Body! When my boyfriend and I came to pick-up my truck, he was outside putting the finishing touches . . . Tire Wet and all, as if I just detailed it myself. Mark was a joy to get to know and had spectacular stories about his powerboat racing career! Truck looks like brand new which I am thankful for -- considering it is a lease. Would not hesitate to refer anyone to this conscientious, friendly and meticulous auto body shop. Never heard a word about delays and/or issues or from State Farm during entire process. Truck back in time frame they promised, no delays.

I have to say I was truly impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at Marksman. It's refreshing to know that there are still businesses out there that do great work and are complete professionals to their craft. Thank you to the staff at Marksman for making my experience much easier to deal with. I would highly recommend Marksman to anyone in search of a top notch auto body repair shop. Marksman Auto Body has done work on my personal cars and company vehicles. His staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of their work is excellent. They understood the damage and costs involved in repairing it better than the insurance company adjuster! An older plastic part on the door broke when they were taking it apart and they replaced it for free; even though it was old and brittle and really not their fault that it broke. You can take your car here and relax....Marksman will take good care of you and your car. Thank You Mark, Lisa, Dennis and the rest of the crew!
