My brand new ford vehicle stock on the road towed it this location . Nobody helping they are very busy only working by appointment . If anyone have brand new ford and stock areound this ford don t make a mistake leaving it there . I am700km away needed to tow to other ford dealer

To leave a 2 star review means that this place has disappointed me in a few ways... first, when I called in and asked the parts the department if they had radius bolt arm bolts for an early 2000 ford van, they told me that they don't work on vans and told me to call Ganley because they were going to be closing soon and Ganley would be open later. So I decided to stop by since I wasn't too far and when I got there, Ganleys parts department was already closed yet Liberty ford was still open...

Terrible customer service. Have had my brand new Bronco parked there for days as it wont drive and nobody is willing to fix it.
