I have officially found my new Ford dealership. Recently purchased a used vehicle. Mike E. was outstanding from start to finish. If you go into the showroom ask for him specifically, you certainly won't be disappointed. I would also like to thank Sydney B. for answering all my questions from the time I saw the vehicle online to the time I started the buying process, without her efforts I think I could have easily moved on, or not even gotten the new vehicle at all. Ford almost lost me as a VERY loyal customer of many years, but Liberty Brunswick is keeping me around for the foreseeable future.

Rocco is a great salesman. I found the vehicle online and the photos provided by Liberty Ford Brunswick were detailed enough that with Rocco's help, I could complete the deal online. In today's market-based pricing, there doesn't seem to be any negotiating on price. What seems to be missing with this approach is the consideration for the condition of the vehicle. Rocco confirmed that the vehicle was in the condition that I expected. I called on Monday morning and signed the papers online by close of business. Liberty Ford Brunswick offers free delivery within 300 miles. The vehicle was delivered to my home on Wednesday and it was in the condition I expected. Haven't yet met Rocco but might someday on a road trip.

Marie was wonderful in helping us find a vehicle and in getting a good deal. She was informative and answered all questions we had. She even got into the vehicle and showed us how specific features worked. Very straightforward and not pressuring. Would definitely recommend her as a sales associate.

Howie worked with me two years ago to get me in a Ford Ranger 2022 when the crazy chip shortage was going on and everything was in limited supply. He personally went to go get the vehicle for me and even offered to pick me up from the dealership of the car I was dropping off. He was detail oriented and made sure that I got everything I wanted to the best of his ability. He was personable and easy to talk to, so of course I had to come back to work with him when I was about to go over my miles on the ranger. I told him what I was looking for and he delivered above and beyond my expectations. He was patient and answered all questions I had. Overall the process was smooth and going in to pick up the truck when it was ready was fast and easy. Again he was just as personable and brilliant as the first time I met him. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get into a car!

I toke my truck in for a oil change. They left my dipstick reading dry and empty. I had to stop to put the oil in myself! This place is a -5 star in my book. That could have made me blow my motor if I didn't catch it in time.The sales guy knows nothing whatsoever about vehicles. But trys to talk his way around one like he knows what he''s talking about.The manager will not return my calls, nor did they offer to make things right with me.There for I will never and I mean never buy a car from them nor use there service!!They need to close this place down or fire all of them and start over! Because if they can't remember to put oil back into my truck. They don't need to work there.When asked how much oil did they put in my truck. They couldn't even tell me. They had to look it up in a computer when they had just did my truck.To many red flags going on here.

Had a very positive experience with Cindy Smith at Liberty Ford Brunswick. She was very patient and consistently put in time and effort to get me exactly what I wanted. Cindy found ways to make our interaction a customer success story. Cindy was also very attentive in follow-up questions and concerns I had even after the deal was completed. In a market where every dealer is offering the same thing price-wise, my experience was enhanced by the efforts and dedication of the staff here.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I would not suggest buying a car through here. I have had nothing but issues, even after talking to 3 managers, still no one is giving me updates about the car that I just purchased not even 2 weeks ago. I do not have this car in my possession, I believe it is in the body shop...but again no one has given me an update. I took my car to the dealership over a week ago now and I have no idea when I will be getting the car back. Beyond frustrated.Marie Pfeiffer was the one who sold me the car, made the sale very frustrating and was hard to work with. Texting us late at night, the night before the car was supposed to be purchased letting us know the car was not in condition to be purchased. Lots of confusion.

I drove up from Cincinnati, OH to purchase my Mustang Mach E Premium from Liberty Ford Brunswick. They had the best price I could find with minimal markup. Mike Eisenhardt was my salesman and took great care of me! He was very responsive to all my questions and made sure that a couple small issues that I had got resolved (finance issue and dent that I found when I got home), and even touched base with me a month after the sale. Will be keeping the Mach E for a long time, but would definitely do business with Mike again...highly recommend!

As for the sales experience, Cindy was absolutely fantastic super flexible and diligent in finding me the exact car with the features and color and everything I wanted. Wow! As long as Cindy works here I will be recommending her to everyone I know. She was very accommodating of my schedule and willing to put in work, not pushy or overbearing and just an absolute sweetheart in every way. You are lucky to have her on your staff! Thanks so much Cindy!!!don't go to Liberty Ford for body work or paint etc as that is a 1-2* experience. This is not actually done at Brunswick location I believe they take them elsewhere for this. My girlfriend's car the door seal was not done properly and the inside of the door was not fully fixed (I'm guessing because it wasn't caught and added on the original insurance quote). This all after being in the shop for several months and hearing nothing. They also quoted 400$ to run a diagnostic on her radio....LOL.

My whole experience at Liberty Ford Brunswick was fabulous! I worked with Rich Shagovac and Dale Korecky and they didn t stop working until I was completely satisfied! They always made time for my questions and made sure I found the car I wanted at a price point I was comfortable with. I highly recommend this dealership and these two men!

The purchase experience overall was quite painless, and relatively quick. My sales manager did not know very much about the vehicle I was purchasing, but I did research prior to going. Unfortunately it was dark when I could make it to see the vehicle, and didn't notice the lack of cleaning and detail of the interior, which had quite a bit of dog hair, and some minor stains, even with the interior lights on I couldn't see it. So For a 2020 $60k expedition, that in daylight did not look to have had an interior detail, and that I have to now pay for a detail, I would not recommend this dealer. But my finance Manger was A+ terrific, he went over all kinds of things and thoroughly explained warranties and everything and showed me where every dime was going, he was fantastic. Pictures posted of dirty interior.Update, after having the car in the daylight, and exploring the interior, both front doors are damaged from claw marks, the push buttons around the gear selection stick down, the driver side seat makes a terrible noise when adjusting forward and back, when air is turned on it smells and animal hair comes out, at this rate I'm sure there's more.Ps, it's funny that the dealer only replies to positive reviews.

EDIT: I ll go from 1 star to 5 because of how Mike and Rich fixed the problem.This review is to be to upper management who needs guidance on vision and purpose.As a multi million dollar business, or any business, success for the client should be your end goal. Stop focusing on the money that can be made today(transactional) and start building relationships with your clients through service.I would be loyal to Liberty Ford if when trouble erupts, they put me first. We are a growing business and are adding trucks every year. The cost of fixing a mistake to a lifetime of buying vehicles is minuscule. Not to mention how happy I d be to tell my other business friends that Liberty takes care of their own.Mike called me today and said he was going to pay for the equipment out of his own pocket. After telling Rich(The GM), he refused for Mike to pay from his pocket and is reimbursing for the amount owed.ORIGINAL REVIEW:After that, stay away from Liberty Ford as they don t put their customers first.I have bought two new trucks in a year from them and both times have had problems.The first time, they applied a discount for the new order as I had a plan with a company I worked with.However, they messed something up on their end after signing and tried to coerce and threaten me into paying them more money for their mistake.Now the second time, a truck was traded in with equipment that was to be OWED to me and would be removed and given to me. Well, months of not even a single update, I finally asked to receive what was stated.They didn t have it. It was removed, I was not notified, and now, they won t try to make things right.I ll be clear here, in Fine Print, it says you must receive within 30 days to take ownership on the WE OWE document, but during signing, I recall being told I would be given this back asap as the truck couldn t be sold with the equipment on it.So it seems that when it s their money, they ll threaten to sue, lie, and harass to breach a contract when it s their mistake.But when they fail to notify you and take your money, not a word.PS. Mike did buy a $810 piece of equipment before knowing he wasn t supposed to. Once again, Mike is a great guy.Total Equipment $1452After two situations like this, I d rather take the business else where but I tried to give as many facts as possible so make your own decision with it.

If you re ever in the search for a new vehicle don t pass up your opportunity to visit Randy at Liberty Ford! 2 women (me being one of them) went car buying with the dreadful feeling of I just don t want to get someone who is pushy! Randy was not only attentive and thoughtful with the process, he never once made us feel like our decisions weren t our own. I would have given more stars than 5 if I had the chance! My fianc� has been shopping for that perfect Chevy Tahoe Premier with the best price for maybe 2 years now!! And we finally found one she liked, and with a amazing price tag!!! From start to finish, Ms Sydney was so nice and helpful! My fianc� is ridiculously busy at work all the time, so was tedious even getting in there to test drive the truck! But even with our ridiculously busy schedules, Sydney still made sure to follow up and keep us informed about the truck! We ended making it down there and also had the pleasure of dealing with a young man named Alan who was very informative about the vehicle, along with being very personable and nice as well! They definitely made my fianc� and I feel extremely comfortable with this whole process! She ended up loving the truck and went ahead with the purchase!! Scott from financing was also a pleasure to deal with! He definitely took his time explaining everything and also helped figure out the best option for us to go with!! If you decide to browse here for a new vehicle and get the chance to deal with Sydney or Alan, you won't be disappointed!! Just bring your wallet because after dealing with this great team your gonna definitely want to buy a new vehicle!! Buying the vehicle was easy. I purchased a tonneau cover with the truck. I wasted a full day waiting for them to install it just to get a call saying it's not the right one. I scheduled a second appointment for 9am a week later and they told me it would be all day before I got my truck back. So now I have to reschedule for a 3rd time. Unacceptable :)Update - the service manager reached out to me and was able to pick up my truck from my office. All the work was completed and they returned my truck within a few hours

If there was a 10 star rating I would ve have given it. Historically, car shopping has been a traumatic experience for me but not at Liberty Ford Brunswick. Rich Shagovac and Randy Hudak are amazing to work with. They asked all the right questions, gave me straight answers and worked hard to find me the car I was looking for. They treated me with respect and really listened. I won t buy a car from anyone else. They ll have my business and referrals as long as they want them. I love my new Bronco Heritage! THANK YOU!!!

Went in to look at a truck from their website. Once they looked it up, there was no time wasted of getting the keys, going over the truck and taking it for a drive. Financing was a breeze, and everyone couldn't have been nicer. Would recommend.

4 recalls on my Lightning and scheduled for service on 12/4. They changed the appointment to at home appointment and never show at 8:15. I call and now they re coming after lunch and not doing all of the recall work because it s too cold to due the work. I took a day off work for this. Now I ll have to take another day off to get the work done again. Feel I m being lied to and that s never a good way to start business with a new customer. Just be honest and say you forgot and you don t have the parts available.
