Hands down the best placen in NE Ohio to do the alignment on your semi! Fast friendly professional service,go see Russ,he'll take care of your needs,of course along with everyone there who are very professional as well!

The guy caught an imbalance problem when he did the alignment and it was corrected. That's very good of him. As I was waiting in the lobby, someone on the phone was asking if the tires were made in America. The associate asked another worker, and he said "I don't know, just tell the guy that they are made here" and he laughed. Then....i heard a guy at a desk yelling at one of the other associates saying "you told me it's full now, but you said that yesterday, but it's not full." So they went back n forth and the associate tried to back out of his lie. The guy at the desk told him to get out of his face. The lack of honesty is sad. I wonder if there's been any dishonesty with my truck as I got it worked on. I won't be back, because I dont have the confidence in an honest business deal.

Had some tire problems on a cruise America rv. Russ and two other coworkers were right on it correcting the problem. Great job Goodyear Truck Tire. Great service!! Highly recommend this business to all. Thanks again.
