Someone hit my truck and I had it repaired at Gerber. The service was great. I cannot believe how well they took care of me.I have been to many shops in the past and nothing like this.They even took the time to detail my interior which I have been meaning to get to.i will never use anyone else.10/10.exceptional.thank u gerber.

Great customer service and attention to detail. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs collision damage repaired.Friendly staff that updates you often, when the car will be complete, what parts need to be replaced, and if there is a delay in parts.I never felt out of the loop with them.

My 16 year old daughter was in a Fender Bender. We were recommended to Gerber's ....excellent customer service. Very satisfied with the work very fast turn around time highly recommend.

My insurance picked this place for me based on ratings and overall word of mouth. I have never been in an accident And had no clue where to go or who to trust with my Car. Gerber did a good job and when my car still had a small issue they fixed it and put me into a rental to make it right. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them for your car collision needs. Jackie at the front desk was so kind. Thank you Gerber.

Summary: Great place, been there multiple times, will continue to go back. 5 star service!!Details:Great place to get work done after a motor vehicle accident. I've taken a couple different vehicles here for insurance repairs. They are amazing and I will continue to go to Gerber in Brunswick. The staff is wonderful to work with, everyone seems experienced and knowledgable. My vehicles have been repaired beautifully. White glove service, working directly with the insurance carrier, coordinating rental car service, and they even detailed my car. Originally my repair appointment was scheduled 6 weeks out but they had an opening and got me in 5 weeks early. Minor sideswipe damage on the rear door, quarter panel, bumper, and trim took about a day and a half to complete on my Subaru Ascent SUV.I'm soapboxing but in a time where many customer service roles are struggling, Gerber in Brunswick shined throughout my entire experience. There was even a hiccup relating to the insurance company payment for the rental car but it felt like Gerber went out of their way to help even though this roadblock had nothing to do with them and ultimately, even though it wasn't their responsibility to resolve, they made sure this wasn't a concern of mine and ensured the issued was resolved.I also like the added touch of the text messages along the way to keep you in the loop as to the status of the repairs. Letting me know things like: we will give a status update soon, your car is ready for paint and is on track to be done tomorrow, we are nearing completion, it's clean and ready for pickup, and then confirmation that you've picked it up. There's also a link to digitally show you the estimate along with the Gerber Estimator and Insurance Contact person, with their respective contact information.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Gerber Collision is where my insurance told me to go to fix my bumper due to an accident. From the beginning to the end the customer service was excellent. They fixed my car properly and quickly. They promptly called me when my car was done. And they coordinated with Enterprise seamlessly. From the moment I left my house to the moment I came back, I was gone a total of almost 1 hour. That is excellent and every minute counts when you have a clingy 9 month old at home!

I was referred to Gerber after a front end collision with a deer. They came highly recommended and I now know why! The staff was polite and professional throughout the whole repair process from start to finish. They sent messages informing me of my vehicles progress. My vehicle looks great! You would never be able to tell there was work done. They also assisted me in getting into a rental. I would recommend Gerber to anyone in need of collision repair.Service: Body & Trim

State Farm recommended this facility after my daughter had her side mirror knocked off by another party. I'd never used Gerber before and had a great experience.The estimate was done quickly and professionally. Every step throughout the process was explained in detail. Every member of the staff I talked to ensured the repairs were up to my expectations.I would highly recommend Gerber and would absolutely use them again should I have the need.Service: Body & Trim

My car was in an accident and the whole front end was really torn up. My insurance recommended Gerber to us. I was so impressed with everything. They were super friendly and super professional from the first phone call to pick-up. The person I spoke with and went through for everything, Nick, was great. He would call with updates and give us a timeline. GM was on strike during my repair and some of the parts they needed were not available because of the strike. They searched and found parts and had them shipped in from other states to get it done quickly. Then to top it all off, I got my car back CLEANER then when I brought it. I definitely new I needed to clean and vacuum, but it was all done when I picked it up. Super awesome people. Amazing work. I highly recommend them! Thanks Nick and the team at Gerber.

All the repair shops I called told me they couldn't get me in for 1 to 2 months. Gerber got me in the same day two hours before closing, arranged a rental car to be there, and still sent me my estimate the same day and ordered the parts that were needed. They kept me in the loop the whole time and had my car back to me in a week looking brand new even after bumper was on back order. We have used Gerber Brunswick twice now. Once for a minor self paid repair for a shopping cart dent someone was nice enough to leave us with, and a second time with a major front end collision after hitting a deer. Both times the work has come out so fantastic the car looked like new and you could never even tell anything was repaired. They send text message status throughout the repair process to keep you updated. Always a pleasant experience!Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I had the best experience with Gerber! The people are friendly and professional. Very well organized and efficient. Informed me of what to expect regarding timeline. Followed up with an update. Handled the rental car reservation and return for me. I probably spent 30min of my time dropping off and 10 min picking up. Thank you Bob and Sarah for making this easy breezy for me!!

Called in the morning scheduled an appointment to have my glass replaced. Set up the appointment over the phone time frame an address confirmed it would be done this afternoon then received a text message 45 minutes later (well after leaving for work) stating that they were unable to come out to my location and that they would have to order the glass and do it monday or I could drive to Akron to get it done. NO I CANT DRIVE TO AKRON. None of these things are an available option for me now. Why wouldn't the person setting up the appointment make me aware of this? How hard can his or her job be, suggestion maybe put me on hold and see if the details that are spewing out of his or her mouth are accurate. Now here I am at work with no way of getting my car to Akron. It's wild how poorly businesses can operate these days and still keep there doors open. But then again why would they care I'm the one with a busted out window and they just have one less thing to do.

I got into a minor accident last week with my brand new mini van. Gerber was incredibly professional, easy to work with, and great with communication!I really appreciated that they fit me in so quickly and were able to get my vehicle taken care of throughly right away!I highly recommend!

Michael Paul was a great help and kept us informed on the progress of our repair. We felt very comfortable with Gerber and the guidance we received. If ever the need arises for a body shop again I wouldn't hesitate to go to Gerber's!

Missed a damaged radiator, got glue on my seat and ruined it. Then scratched my hood and windshield. Paint job was vary poor has dirt in it as well. Suggest that you stay away.

I was able to stop in and get a free estimate without an appointment. The body work I needed was done in three days instead of four which was excellent and I was also able to leave my rental car at the shop instead of drop it off at the rental agency saving me an extra trip. Everyone was very kind and helpful even replacing a front headlight bulb that was flickering after all the work was done at their expense. They don't do more than body work otherwise I'd use them for my other auto needs. Thank you Schade's!

My boyfriend and his family recommended Schades after they did fantastic work on their Mustang, Fusion, and Wrangler. The employees were very friendly and my car looks good as new. Even got done sooner than expected! Some other shops are a little closer to my house but it's worth the drive for such great results. Thanks!

Each and every team member at Shade's Auto Body strives for excellent service and it shows. The staff is friendly and their skill is unsurpassed! They kept me totally updated through the entire process. The extensive work they did to my car is invisible and my car looks AWESOME! A great big giant THANK YOU! to the entire team at Shade's!!

Bob from shades Auto body knows what he is doing. Very professional and the bodywork is one of the best shops in North East Ohio. Shades has a paint baker right in the paint booth which is cutting edge to cure the paint on the car. It's not the old days of leaving it in the sun to cure. They use modern practices and work very well with insurance and car rental agencies. A+++ price is fair and they do it right the first time, lifetime warranty on work and offer a free car detail after 30 days when your paint is fully dry.

I have had my truck fixed here twice. My family has had their vehicles fixed here as well. They are always friendly and courteous! I highly recommend them if you need work done!
