Crash Champions did amazing work on my car. My car looked as if it had never been rear-ended after they fixed it. They were always providing a status update and answering any questions I had. It was even ready a couple days earlier then expected. They coordinated with the rental car company to meet me at their shop. The staff is always so helpful.

My truck was broken into in Jan of 2022.Via insurance preference, this place replaced the rear glass, did the cleanup, and had to replace the rear window regulator (tacoma power window)Seems like they did a fine job with the repairs in general, but during a tear down to do some car audio upgrades I discovered a couple problems.One is, the rear trim behind the rear seats they had to remove to replace the window regulator. Beneath this rear trim there was giant piles of broken glass remaining. Like, why not vacuum it up even a little bit? You already had the panel removed and were right there.The second is - there is a felt insulation type of piece behind the trim, I presume to act as some sound deadening or something. It is just held on with some interior clips and they would have had to remove it to replace the window regulator.They re-installed this carpet piece with clips that were too small, so the carpet piece just fell out and the clips rattled. I replaced them with the correct toyota clips.Generally speaking, I wouldn't choose this body shop. It's the insurance pick and their business is in and out as fast as possible (some of the better Cleveland body shops usually have much longer wait times for an appointment, these guys are always available).They also solicit reviews in exchange for compensation (like leave a review for a chance to win $100 type of thing), a practice I don't agree with.Overall, lazy and sloppy work. You can tell their business is just to crank the vehicles out as fast as possible. Not even vacuuming up broken glass when they have the panels removed. is pretty crazy levels of laziness.

Crash champions in Brunswick did a awesome job on my car. Some wild little children were vandalizing some cars. My got kid, I will take a picture. It looks beautiful. Thank you, by the way, If you have an issue you call up there, amanda will talk to you She's very nice, and then one of the guys on the team personally with me. Marcus and Brandon, the whole team's great. They'll help you out, don't hesitate.

This place is incredible. I got my car back yesterday , and it looked show room ready. I was shocked to be honest on how good it looked. You guys rock! Unbelievable service, communication, professionalism and friendliness. My car was even done a day early. Which was unexpected and really nice! Thank you! I couldn t be happier with the results and service I got here. It s rare these days to find that. I appreciate everything you all have done and thank you so much for taking care of me and taking such good care of my car. 10/10 5 ., wouldn t recommend any other place if your car needs body work. Thanks again !!!!

Took my truck to the shop today. Had the initial consult. Very knowable and professional. I'm sure they will earn the 5th star.Well, I would like to chat with somebody at Crash Champions. I am confused as to what happened with my vehicle.I went in for a consultation. The person took a few pictures and made a comment that I needed to replace my bumper cover. I told him that the item wasn't damaged during my accident. It turns out that they replaced it anyway. He also said the technician spray painted the receiver for my trailer hitch.I had to pay for these unnecessary repairs. I also don't recall getting any notifications that they were going to replace these parts.I will be taking my truck to another repair shop to see if Crash Champions missed anything that should have been repaired. 1/27/24Turns out the receiver was out of square.Additional unnecessary expense.

Have used in the past with no issues, recently contacted to fix my vehicle and was told they wouldn t take my car to fix for insurance reasons (even though my insurance has been used there before). Then they tell me they are a small shop with limited staff. So not sure what the true story is but definitely wasted my time with this shop.

I brought my vehicle in for an insurance claimed right corner repair. The work performed exceeded my expectations. Fit, color match, and workmanship were all great. Communication was good as well. Picked my car up on Saturday. It was as if I were driving it off the dealer's lot for the first time. It was beautiful and spotless inside and out! I had a lot of damage to the passenger's side of the car but no one could ever guess that now. I'm beyond thrilled with their work! I had the option of taking my car anywhere, including back to the dealership for repairs. My insurance company recommended CARSTAR. So glad I listened to them!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Crash Champions refused business to me. The manager and district manager said that since I am a State Farm customer and that I was unhappy with the quoting process that they would rather not have me as a customer because it could potentially lower their customer service rating with State Farm. This is a horrible way to do business and everyone involved should be embarrassed.

A big NO!! Progressive recommended them to do the repairs on my vehicle. My first choice was a month out so I trusted Progressive and went with these people. Bad decision. After having my vehicle for one day they called to tell me it was done. I thought Wow that was fast. I asked to have someone walk around the vehicle with me. She was just as shocked as I was with the horrible job they did. She took a marker and circled all the spots they either missed or left dirt/dust in the paint. Needless to say my vehicle had to stay to have all the mistakes fixed. I'm shocked that not one person inspects cars after they are done . Not a company I would ever use again or recommend to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
