We will only take our cars to Costa, Avon costa is my favorite, they all ( especially Mike) Always make sure the vehicles are tip top shape, and the price is absolutely unbeatable. Brunswicks newest location is also amazing!!!! The grand opening is super exciting. Great location as are the others. Costa will be the only company to get our business. No extra charges, no one trying to sell something you don t need but if you do need something they almost always have it in stock and if it s ordered it s usually there with in a few hours. We just can not say enough to explain how much we love this company! 10/10 always

If living paycheck to paycheck was a company, then you found the right place. The quality of oils, tools and employee comfort are all sidelined to provide cheaper prices to the customer but with a lack of knowledgeable management and employees your chances of having a vehicle serviced or servicing it correctly here is very small. A decent amount of their 5 star reviews come from managers and affiliates within the company posing as customers.Update To the OWNERS response Feb. 29th 2024No, what does that say about a company that fires a guy with over 15+ years on the job experience with minimal returns and complaints but stands by another employee that had only a couple years under his belt and wasn't replacing items back onto cars and that's only part of it. Also, Its not my fault the sense of humor department was out that day when I said that to the Owner.Do you see that picture I posted with this review? That's a guy who was bouncing off the walls happy about getting that store open again, just to have it taken away at the last minute even after I told my manager and the owner about how the city is with its paperwork. Even after I was let go I was still telling my manager things that needed buttoned up before it opened while getting my things(ask him). You guys have my number if you'd like to discuss this further because this isn't the proper medium to talk this out.

I just picked up my car from Roger's Pearl Oil Change and I cannot believe how good it looks. My car is black and had some surface scratches that are gone now. The interior had a good amount of dog hair, but now it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I went with the Ultra Detailing package, so that's interior, exterior, and the engine. I couldn't be happier! I'll be back after the winter for the same deal!

Stopped in the other day for an oil change on my SUV. I was going to go to a Lube Stop and I thought that was what this was. It was not and I asked him if they had any coupons like Lube Stop did. He told me it was in the Town Money Saver. I went online to find the coupon and found a $24.99 19-point oil change & service. I asked him about this and he told me it was only for junker cars like a 1985 Buick. I'm sure not many 1985 Buick's roll in these days so I figured this coupon was total garbage. After my oil change and fluid top off I drove out with a $53.00 bill. I understand that my vehicle took 6.5 quarts and it would be a little extra, but I just felt that they really didn't give a crap either way. I will never return to this place.

Use to be my go to place for oil changes. Went there today and stopped at the "stop here sign" for over 15 minutes. Was never acknowledge.
