We were looking to purchase a used vehicle for our 16 year old daughter. Found a 2019 Nissan Rogue online and reached out. Tre got back to us to set up a time to come in and test drive it. Tre was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. It was a multi day process to complete the sale and bring our daughter in to surprise her. He was readily available to answer any text or call and even put the big red bow on the car that we brought. Tre was very professional along with the dealershhip. Couldn't be happier and my daughter was completely surprised and extremely happy. Tre and Chuck our finance guy made everything a breeze from start to finish. Will definitely be back. I recommend Brunswick Auto Mart and Tre for your next car purchase.

Everyone was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles. The sales team was not pushy when I originally went when I was looking. When I went back the following week and the original sales person was busy and another associate asked if they could help but when we told them that we were already working with someone they just asked if they could get us anything while we waited to work with Ted after he finished up with the other customers.

Ted Sahl is the best VW salesperson I have experienced so far over 10 years of being a VW customer. The team at Brunswick VW understands prompt and professional customer service. It made my drive to Cleveland from NY to pick up the vehicle truly worthwhile!

All people I interacted with were nice and helpful. The waiting area is clean spacious and part of the dealership showroom. I can look at new vehicles, find a chair at a table or a comfy chair near the TV. at about the time my car was to be finished someone from service drop-off came to me to tell me it would be ready soon and what had been performed, and answered any questions. As soon as I paid my bill, I walked right out to service area and my car was cued up and ready for me to leave with no one in front of me.

By far the worst experience I ve ever had in my life concerning buying a car. I was lied to on multiple occasions during the closing of the deal, in addition to this not more than 15 days later my car needs moderate service repair I called the salesman concerning this he said he d put in a order with service and I never received a call back. Currently my hood won t shut seems to be an emergency I would think but I guess because I m black it s not important. Also he alluded to me going through the extended warranty for repairs when I haven t had the vehicle 30 days I wouldn t recommend this dealership to anyone. Especially the salesman Dave, Jacob the dealership manager is wise when it come to dealing with people but I can tell he ll do the bare minimum to de-escalate a situation at least for me.

Wow! These guys are impressive. Their service department is very attentive and polite. They go above and beyond for the customer. I dealt with Jeff, the service manager and couldn t say enough good things about them!!

The orientation for the vehicle, especially the digital cockpit needs to be improved. There should be a tutorial on-board. You can't expect the sales person to provide comprehensive direction. I am still trying to figure out some basics a week later.

Shopping for vehicles is usually a stressful process for me. Brunswick Auto Mart made it friendly, easy and confident. Tre Cabell in sales and Charles Clark in financing did a great job of listening, helping and guiding the process with knowledge, ease and understanding!

The people did not seem very knowledgeable about my ID.4. Also, communication of timing was not great. But everyone was nice, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the process was easy.

This is probably one of the worst dealerships I ve ever been to if I didn t get a good deal from a good friend I would not have bought my car here. I called two weeks ago to request a call back on multiple occasions and nobody ever gets back to me here it s impossible that they are that busy. It s just the lack of care and customer service. I Even mentioned this the representative and she said they would call me back the Same day It s been two weeks.

went in to get a new key programmed and cut for my jetta. apparently you guys don t cut the keys even though i had asked over the phone if you provide that service and i was told yes. so they weren t able to do anything with the key, they wouldn t even at least program it so i could take it somewhere else to get cut.so they ended up fixing my old key (did not ask for my permission to do so) and still charged me even though i wasn t asked if that was something i wanted to be done.

I had the best experience to date on the purchase of my new VW Tiguan at Brunswick Auto Mart with the help and kindness of Andy Ganda and Ravi Patel. If you are looking for a used car, please take a look at the this dealer and ask for Ravi Patel. My older car would have cost more each day and no amount of money would justify driving it while getting a new (to me) car is just as economical. After I arrived at the dealer, a new car was mine in just hours. I did lots of research on Carfax, Carvana, CR, etc. The vehicle I wanted was sold (they go fast at Brunswick.) Ravi help get me into another model year that was even more appropriate for my budget and expectation. Test Drive and Sign.

I can't say enough about my experience here. The salesman was top notch (Wayne). Absolutely no pressure to buy and very patient with me on choosing the right vehicle. The showroom is very bright and clean. The selection of new Volkswagens plentiful. Very fair on my trade in value. The financing experience was quick and simple. There was no pressure to buy any extra warranties. I do wish it was easier to call in and talk to the service department instead of the automated phone system. Can't wait to buy my next car here!

Everything was done well and the waiting area at this store is very convenient. However, I was told my oil change would take "up to 45 minutes" and I was there for 1.5 hours. Completely understand things can take time, but I would've appreciated the heads up as I made an appointment at 7:30 AM so I would be able to be somewhere by 9 AM. The staff was all very kind! Would still recommend Brunswick Volkswagen :)

I always get receive reliable and quick service at Brunswick Volkswagen. Have had good service with this dealership ever since I set foot in the door in October of 2015 after purchasing my first VW. Even during a long-term service issue with my 2018 Golf Alltrack, while VW customer service nationally was difficult, the dealership/service dept did it's best to help me out.

Ever since I got my Jetta I've had nothing but trouble with it. I keep getting excuses about what's wrong. If I use the remote start and it will work I have trouble with the cruise control. Finally got it fixed after probably 6 times going there. Of course it didn't work when I went to use it the other day. Well see how long it lasts this time. I have gone in there and been treated like "a dumb blonde" a number of times. I DO NOT TOLERATE that. Ever! I don't think I will be leading from them again.
