We recently came in here and a salesman greeted us with respect and was cheerful. His name was Andrew. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we wanted. It s amazing the travel lifestyle that he lived and now he is settling down! Mind you he is New to this, but still does an amazing job. The Manager was helpful and respectful and made great decisions! They were negotiable and made sure the process was smooth and pain free :).

Customers Beware! Not honest dealership. I wonder how much they try to rip off their normal customers when they also try to rip off a Toyota group employee member. I work for Toyota group and have a discount on my new vehicle purchase but the manager did not want to honor it since this is a rare vehicle that he can sell for more full price. I would go to a different Toyota dealership if you do not want to be ripped off.

This dealership is, by far, the best we ve ever experienced in all marks. The staff and sales department are always friendly and knowledgeable. Any information needed is communicated promptly and courteously. That explains why my wife and I buy/lease every time here for the last 20+ years!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff over at Brunswick Toyota. From Moe selling an awesome car, then from Mike the service advisor and Brian for going out their way helping with technical work would definitely recommend!

I see a lot of bad reviews for this dealership and I'll add mine. I had a very unfortunate experience shopping at Brunswick Toyota for a new Tundra. As I am looking to find a Tundra that best matches my needs, I have visited many dealers around me, but also called a few that are a bit further away if I see that they have something interesting. I talked to Andrew at Brunswick, mentioned that they have one that I find interesting, and if they make a similar kind of deal to what I've been offered so far, that I would be interested in buying it. The exchange took an unfortunate turn where I felt he was implying that I was lying about what other dealers had offered me. He was more interested in proving me wrong about my other offers than discussing numbers. His manager called me and didn't not apologize one bit but rather insisted that if I am seeing that kind of offers at other dealers, that I should go for it. If they could not match the offer, all they had to do is politely decline to match, no problem, we all move on. They didn't have to be disrespectful, and I felt insulted.If you are looking to buy Toyota around Ohio and want a great sales rep, go talk to Jacob at Coughlin Toyota. Great guy, straight shooter and super nice to work with.

Everyone I spoke with at the dealership was very kind and helpful. However, I was disappointed to learn during my meeting with the Toyota finance team that the interest rate advertised to me by the sales team was in fact not accurate (and the real rate was actually higher). At this time, after signing the retail buyers order, I also learned that I would not be receiving the recent college graduate discount that the sales team previously told me that I qualified for.

My vehicle was Serviced at this Toyota service center and they want me to pay 150 for a diagnostic fee to check to see what's wrong with it and see if it has anything to do with their work that's covered under warranty. I do not recommend this service center.

Best Toyota dealership in northeast Ohio by far!! Won t go anywhere else to get my vehicles and Mo is the best salesman. Gets me the best deal and not pushy at all. Highly recommend.

I love this dealership. I live in westlake and drove out to Brunswick after visiting 3 other Toyota dealerships! Mo Hannini was my salesman and his manager Mike talk about amazing service I bought my dream Tundra loved it so much can back same day and my brother inlaw bought same truck in a different color and a he bought a Hylander for my sister all from Mo and Mike. I can honestly say I have found my new dealership for life! Honest upfront gave me the best price before we even sat down! Thank you again Bruswick Toyota and Mo and Mike great job

I had a really good experience with the Toyota, Mazda and VW dealership in this place. Sales team is very careful and don t keep pushing you during the process to buy any car or deal that they have. They are open to negotiate prices, help finding the car and configuration you really wants and have an easy / smooth process to complete the purchasing process. Special thanks to Dave Muschweck that helped me out during my acquisition.

Walked in to view a Tundra. Was met by a salesman (older white haired male) who immediately turned us away. He didn't look interested in selling, or maybe he was being a bit too prejudice because of my appearance. I do not recommend this dealership.

In the market for a 4Runner, went and saw they had one on the lot that was available. Was walking around it and a sales guy came up and got talking to me about it. I'm currently still in the research process of getting a 4Runner and let him know this and that I wanted to sit in it and see how I fit. He offered to have me come in and get my information and start some paperwork. When I told him I'd rather continue looking before doing anything he said "Alright, well if you need anything else, I'll be inside, my name's Andrew." And then left. Won't be coming back here, I know he just wanted the sale but wasn't helpful with what I was requesting.

The only reason I m giving them a two is because car buying experience was relatively painless. My salesman was very patient and updated me regularly on the truck that I purchased. I had damage to a rim when it was delivered and they were very quick to replace that. Car buying experience four stars.Service department is a bit of a joke. I had a few issues with my brand new tundra and they brush all of them off saying there s no repair bulletin so they make a note of it and ignore it. When I left my front tires had 10 more pounds of pressure than my rear tires and I turned around to ask them to even them up, they proceeded to kind of make a mockery of that. One of the issues in particular were the window seals on the rear windows. They were basically falling off and I asked to have them replaced he said he would have to order the parts and he would make a note on my account. On my 10,000 mile warranty visit came around I called to make sure that the parts were ordered and they put me through to the Service manager where I left a message asking him to give me a ring regarding the window seals. I waited two weeks and did not receive a call back. I called to cancel my appointment and I scheduled a new appointment at metro Toyota. If you re looking to have a Toyota serviced it is a night and day experience. Did the service many more appointments available and had the window seals in two days where I am now scheduled to go back and have them installed. If you want professionalism take the extra drive and head up to Metro Toyota they were awesome.

I recently brought my car to this service center for an oil change and general check-up, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to explain everything that needed to be done and answering all of my questions.What really stood out to me about this service center was their commitment to customer service. Despite arriving after working hours, the staff were still waiting for me and ready to help. I really appreciated the fact that they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of.The work done on my car was top-notch, with everything completed quickly and efficiently. I left feeling confident that my car was in excellent condition and ready for whatever the road might bring.Overall, I highly recommend this service center to anyone looking for a reliable and professional car service. Their commitment to customer service and their expertise in automotive maintenance make them a five-star operation in my book!

I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS. I bought a 22 SXE Toyota Camry Top Of the Line brand new. I purchased my car in Pennsylvania. For less than a year I had nearly 20,000 miles. This car broke down in the middle of the road TWICE with all three of my children in the vehicle. The first time my vehicle broke down they told me it was good to go after working on it for a week . A few Days later It Broke down AGAIN and the car had to be towed to the dealership for the second time. When I asked the dealer for a loaner car for time being. The MANAGER I Had told me, His name is Mike; Told me that it was my fault for getting it in another state and told me that it wasn t his problem. As I tried to explain to him how his first mistake of telling me my car was fixed the first time risked the lives of my Children. He then tried kicking me out and told me I was unwelcomed and if I ever tried coming back the Police will be called. This dealership is unprofessional and disgusting. Mention, I Am an Asian Woman. I don t want to think this was a race issue but it felt very racially targeted. These people put the lives of my children in danger twice. He is a shameful manager and person himself. If you need help with your Toyota and want quality help, take your business somewhere else.

I ordered a RAV4 Prime from this Toyota dealership, and I am so pleased with their services! There is a long wait for this rare vehicle in the market, and I wouldn t have waited if it wasn t for their employee Alex Drescher. Alex helped me throughout the process, and consistently updated me with information so I was never left unsure of my situation. The manger Michael was exceptional helping my trade-in process go smoothly and in time! I am so grateful for all their help andhappy to be part of the Toyota family.Thank you, thank you, thank youuu!!

Don t even know where to start. I have taken two of my vehicles here, one that had major issues. Mike at service department has been by far the most knowledgeable and helpful person but the rest of the crew is also top notch. I live closer to the other Toyota dealership but I ll make the trip here for anything Toyota any time of any day. 10/10
