Service department is fantastic. Service on the car was completed quickly even though I wasn't waiting in the waiting room. Best customer service I've had at a car dealership. David is a great employee who went out of his way to help me with something he could have easily passed on to a different department.

The only thing more difficult than trying to get the rude women to book you an appointment is figuring out what exactly they did wrong during the service and getting them to fix it.Edit: This place fields a few outstanding employees that slightly offset the many other worse ones. My suggestion is to work with Mr. David at the service center because his care and attention to detail is the only reason I haven t forsaken the entire organization.

Our second lease from here and definitely recommend this dealership. I am far from having fun when I'm spending a lot money so they made me feel a little relaxed....Nick Hoffa was awesome to work with. Not only did he deal with my indecisiveness, but he helped us download our app for our phone! Deal was already done and signed but he spent extra time with us and made sure we had it working before we left. He also made sure we came up with a deal we were happy with. Love my new "wild girl"!

Checked out their used car areaNot much selection based on my price range.We were just nearby, and didn't check their inventory.The salesman was very nice to take us to certain locations of certain cars that we were interested in.We ended up buying a different car from a private seller.

Simply amazing experience!We ran into trouble on the Ohio turnpike and had to call for roadside assistance. They were able to get us restarted and pointed us to this dealership for the real repair.When we got there, the service advisor listened to us, got under the car, diagnosed the problem, and gave us a time and cost estimate.Understanding that we were traveling, they jumped us to the front of the line. They even drove us to a local restaurant to have lunch while they worked on the car!Repair was completed just as we finished lunch and their driver was waiting to take us back!Kudos to the whole staff and especially James!

Subaru service today went well. Our first experience and for the most part I m pleased. I arrived early and GPS took me to service area across the street. I could not get the attention of anyone even though I was standing in front of them. Finally someone responded and told me it s across the street I then went to Subaru service. Expected larger more organized looking maintenance area but I moved forward. I got basic service on our Crosstrek and came home. This car is in my name, David D but my partner is writing this. He was on the phone with me as I looked for service and showed me pictures of device bays. No exaggeration. I can't say enough about coming here!!! The salesman are awesome and made the process easy and painless they answered all our questions and took time with us and didn't make us feel rushed!!! They took the time to explain everything about our car and how it all worked. I absolutely recommend coming here and getting your next new car I cannot be more pleased than what I am and the professionalism was The very Best not like some other dealerships.

I have always been uncomfortable with dealer service because of the cost. When I bought my first Forester, I discovered that outstanding service is a high-value option. If you need great and honest Subaru service, this is the dealership to use.

Brunswick Subaru is the BEST car service we've ever received. In a world where it's hard to find mechanics you can trust, Brunswick Subaru is a gem. Consistently great and thorough service with the best rates. I love how they will only tell you what you need and will not over-shoot in the service they recommend. I have had bad experiences with other places saying you need a total overhaul and then I take it to Brunswick Subaru and they take a look and only do what's necessary and save me thousands of dollars!In particular there was an incident where I had a car issue on a vacation out of town and the local place gave me huge costly repair estimates. Then I called Brunswick Subaru as our trusty regular service folks, and they listened to the state of the car, what the other mechanic said was the issue, and walked me and my husband through our options. We saved thousands of dollars and a huge hassle by trusting Brunswick Subaru. It was a busy Monday morning and all the service advisors were busy, but I left a voice message with David Yang and he called me back within a half hour -- an amazing response time -- offering very concrete, practical help! I couldn't recommend Brunswick Subaru more highly.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Went in for a minor repair of a shared lug on a tire. Took me a little bit earlier than I was scheduled for got me out and better than expected time and a nice car wash to boot squeaky clean Love it!

Counter staff is cheerful and courteous. Routine maintenance was performed in a reasonable amount of time. Waiting room area is comfortable.

Brunswick Auto Mart always treats us right. Even now, when there's a worldwide chip shortage including stock of Subarus, we we're given the straight dope on what can and cannot be expected as this chip shortage plays out.

DO NOT GO HERE. What a joke these people are. I do not feel like the service center cared about my problem whatsoever. I was told I would be called and never heard from John Cross again. I left him message after message and never once did he return my call. I have a major factory defect on my 2018 outback (of which is less than a year old) and they claim it is a result of my own doing, which is ABSOLUTELY FALSE. Nothing was done, nothing further happened, and no one at Subaru cared. WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN. Tell your friends!
