Great experience working with them to lease a car for the first time! Previously have always purchased cars, and decided to lease. Went through lease terms with me and the nuts and bolts. Very thorough, kind, and transparent. Patrick specifically was great! Didn t feel pressured into anything, easiest experience I ve had with a car dealer. Highly recommend!

I wanted to wait a few months before I left my review to see how my new vehicle is. The sale associate was nice and did a good job. However, I wish I had wrote everything down that the we had discussed and that the vehicle would have. I got the premium edition thinking it was going to have heated seats and a sun roof. I also kind of felt it was going to be a little more blue. It has already been recalled once. I had to deal with the service department which was not the best. I was told when I purchased the vehicle that the dealership had a loaner vehicle if I had to bring my vehicle in for service. They do have this but it is first come first served. Recently the screen, which controls everything, decided to spend about 15-20 minutes thinking. I had to stop and shut the vehicle off and back on to reset it. There is also a popping noise coming from the front when I turn left. This is my first Subaru and I am not sure I will be buy another after this. My vehicle is only about 6 months old now.

Wonderful easy experience from start to finish. Saleswoman was helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Crosstrek color style and performance is beyond my expectations! Dealership is clean with wonderful employees. Will purchase from this particular dealership again and again! TY

Just purchased my third Subaru. I have a dealership 20 minutes away from me and another 45 minutes away. However, I am happy to drive 2 hours to Brunswick Subaru to get the very best deal, service and selection. I worked with Jake Filimon for this last purchase he worked hard to get me what I needed. It is refreshing to pick up your car and everything is EXACTLY as promised. Highly recommend Brunswick Subaru!

Excellent service. I ve previously had my head gaskets serviced at this location (@100,000mi) along with an oil sensor replacement when my engine was leaking. Both times, this team has been courteous and efficient. From service advisor to technician, this location has a team that is very honest and thorough.They have not once tried to slide an unnecessary repair to me or my family. This is in stark contrast to other Subaru dealers in the NE Ohio area who have tried to take advantage of me when I pretended to not know a lot about cars. I do what maintenance I can on my own, but anything engine-related I will always leave to a certified tech.I was helped by James McElwee who advised me on costs and maintenance when I wanted to maintain my engine ( 08 Legacy 146,000mi). I wanted to get the timing belt replaced, new diff/trans fluid, and new spark plugs since it had never been done on my car when I bought it used. James was very helpful/knowledgeable and has been at this location for several years. For certified Subaru techs and OEM parts, this is the best location I have found as a 7-year Subaru owner. I have directed friends and family here for years now.

Bought a new crosstrek. Home one day and engine light came on and computer crashed. Seriously, brand new off the truck. Took it in for service. Claimed they fixed the problem. Two days later, same issue. Over two weeks in service and new parts. They took all the joy out of getting a new car. Salesman was of no help. The service department didn t keep us informed. Was not happy with this situation. Obviously, the car was not checked out before I took it. Would not recommend them.

I am in the process of buying my 4th Subaru, all purchased from Brunswick Subaru. I m a Subaru fan, but not just because they make great cars, they do. I think it s also because I ve always had such good experiences with this dealership. They are considerate, respectful and fair, and seem to understand that Subarus are fun cars, buying one shouldn t be stressful. This particular purchase has been handled by Patrick, and it may be the best transaction I ve had. He s been kind, helpful, knowledgeable about the brand, and he s just a genuinely good natured, great guy. Of course everyone wants the best deal they can get when they buy a car, and he delivered on that as well. I m really grateful. I m getting a car I love and dealing with someone I like and trust. I couldn t be more pleased.

Wife purchased a vehicle through this dealer last year. We have been trying to reach someone in finance since Monday, February 26th, regarding her warranty. Will continue to leave negative reviews until someone reaches back out to her. She has left multiple messages.Edit: As of 2 March they've contacted my wife. Will update review once her issue has been resolved.

My transmission went out on my 2017 Forester . I took it to Brunswick to have it fixed. It was still under warranty. Everything went very well. They changed the transmission within a week and then I took it to Florida without any problems whatsoever. I would return to this dealership if I need any more repairs.

I went in for my 6000 mile oil change and tire rotation. The staff was friendly enough and it went rather quickly. .Unfortunately, when I started the car the next morning, on all of the notifications that I needed service appeared on my navigation screen time for an oil change time, for a filter change, time for service.I called the dealership and explained that I had just been in for service the day before (it s a 60 mile round-trip drive to get to that dealership) and all the service notifications were appearing on my dashboard. I was told that I needed to come back so they could reset the system. Not happy. It made me wonder if they couldn t even do this simple reset, did they really even change my oil and do the service? I did went back in a week later and the service representative (very nice and helpful, thank goodness) said I could ve reset it without coming in (he reset it and showed me how to do it). That frustrated me even more. Why didn t the service desk tell me that over the phone so I didn t have to drive another 60 miles round-trip for some thing I could ve done myself???????The Service rep did promised me a free oil change at my next 6000 miles service. I just hope he s still there 6000 miles later. It didn t make the unnecessary round trip any less painful.

We had a fabulous experience at Brunswick Subaru! Ramiz helped us select the Outback Limited and it has all of the features we wanted plus many more! We were downsizing from our minivan and the Outback was the perfect vehicle for that transition. The folks at Brunswick Subaru were professional, very knowledgeable of their products, and friendly. We walked away with a good deal and a great vehicle. Bill Hawkins who handled our paperwork was efficient and covered everything thoroughly with us. We highly recommend Ramiz, Bill, and Brunswick Subaru and will buy from them again.

Go to any Subaru dealership but this one. They tell you one monthly payment then go and get the most condescending, pompous, arrogant, rude person I have ever met who is apparently the finance manager. I won't ever buy a car here as long as he works there. Don't waste your time!

After emailing several dealers about ordering a BRZ, Nael at Brunswick was the only one to answer all the questions in my email and confirm they could still order one. A couple emails and a quick phone call got the car ordered and 4 months later it showed up. Brunswick was about 2.5 hours away and the BRZ is in high demand so I braced for possible last minute dealership tomfoolery as I drove down. The dealer experience could not have been better. Nael showed me the car as we waited a few minutes for the finance department to prepare documents. No high pressure warranty pitches, etc. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and we were soon back on the road headed home. Thanks!

Went in to test drive a wrx premium and the sales manager said I couldn t drive the car till I write up a deal garbage customer service. I m not gonna write up a deal without driving the car first. Sales manager also said he didn t want to put miles on the car. A test drive is like what, 5 miles? It s a Subaru, not a lambo. Guy didn t even ask for my name.

Purchased a used Outback elsewhere but wanted a Subaru dealer for service. I needed another key cut and programmed. Local dealer to me is horrible so I called Brunswick Subaru. They had the key in stock. I showed up for my appointment and David was my service associate. I could not have received better service anywhere else! David answered all my questions, and answered some questions I didn t even know I had! He walked me through some of the settings I had questions about. He was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I will be driving the extra 25 minutes further to see David and Brunswick Subaru from now on. Thanks David!I should add that the service I needed was done quicker than the quoted time frame and was very reasonably priced. Very satisfied.

I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek from Brunswick Subaru. My sales person, Patrick Kanieski, was amazing. I have not purchased an automobile for over 12 years. Patrick worked with me on what I was looking for and worked with my budget to place me in the perfect vehicle! Matt Cecil, the Finance Manager, thoroughly reviewed my optional packages for warranties, etc. and explained everything in easy to understand terms. The finance portion was easy and quick. Both Patrick and Matt were extremely personable, made me feel comfortable throughout the process and relieved a lot of my anticipated stresses. I cannot recommend Brunswick Subaru enough and definitely ask for Patrick and Matt. Thank you for the wonderful experience. John Helms at Brunswick Subaru is one of the few people here, who truly goes above and beyond for his customers. John treats you like family from the moment you walk in the door. He makes the car buying process so simple. He will do everything in his power to make sure you are one hundred percent satisfied before you walk out of the door. John makes sure he personally details the car before you drive it home just so it meets his expectations. There is no stress at all when you are working with John. Easy to get to with a capable parts department. I called ahead and my parts were ready and waiting for me when I got there. Very nice, new building with friendly and helpful staff. I felt the price of my small parts was reasonable, but bigger components can be expensive. Stop by if you need anything Subaru related.

My Forester service appointment at Auto Brunswick was very nice. The service personnel were polite, greeted me upon arrival, acknowledged services requested and gave initial price for said services. Waiting area was bright, comfortable with beverages and TV. When services were completed, the initial price remained the same. Wait time for services was less than two hours. Complimentary car wash given.

I knew I was going to buy a Subaru (fifth one since 1983). After a move cross country, I needed to find another Subaru dealership. I'm so grateful I found Brunswick Subaru. Patrick went on 3 separate trial runs with me; he was patient, knowledgeable and I really enjoyed our interaction. I decided on the Outback, which I had previously owned and although there was only one on the lot and it was not a color I could live with. Patrick took the time to investigate future inventory coming to Brunswick Subaru, confirmed I could get the features I wanted and my first choice of color. He kept me apprised of the progress and I got my beautiful Outback. I love this car! Best of all, Patrick spent a great deal of time going over all the new technology in today's Subaru and made sure this old lady felt informed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Brunswick Subaru; ask for Patrick.
