Ravi and his supervisor were attentive, diligent, timely, and fair. They were responsive and courteous at all times during negotiations. Ravi has even assisted me with post purchase questions. I encourage any buyer to check with this dealership in his/her buying process before finalizing their purchase decision. My 70 mile drive was very worth it. Thanks, Brunswick! BTW, I love my new car!

Brunswick Automart is a Great dealership, We bought a 2021 Jeep Renegade there in 21 and they have done all our service work since then. The are Very nice people to deal with. The Shop Manager is very likable and nice to work with.

Coming off an EV lease, I was in the market for a gas or hybrid luxury sedan and my experience at Brunswick Auto Mart was by far the smoothest experience at a dealership I've ever had! Dave Oswald was an absolute pleasure to work with and Toyota was able to quickly track down the dream build on my 2024 Toyota Crown Platinum Hybrid.I can't say enough good things about both the dealership and the car itself. From the test drive to pickup, I had great communication along the way. The purchase process itself was incredibly smooth, stress free, and quick.The car is phenominal! I keep finding new safety and tech features about it daily. If you're in the market for a new sedan, you MUST take a look at the Toyota Crown! I opted for the platinum and am really glad I personally went with that trim level, but even the limited with the optional tech package would be a perfect option for someone that wanted more range out of their gas tank and all the safety and luxury features you'll find in a sedan in higher price ranges, with the added bonus of the reliability and part availability of the Toyota brand.The bi-tone color combination and 21" wheels stand out and I've been getting very positive comments about the styling everywhere I go. From the enhanced cruise control, stop and go traffic jam auto-drive, full 360 cameras, assisted parking, heated / vented front seats, heated rear seats and steering wheel, and even *face recognition* for driver seat settings, this car has everything I could ask for and more. It's also a very fun drive in the platinum trim with adjustive dampeners and 340 hp.I looked at the BMW 330e, Alfa Romeo Giulia, Lexus 300 F Sport, Cadillac CT5, and other luxury lines. I'm extremely happy with my 2024 Crown purchase and love my time in it behind the wheel. If you're in the market for a luxury sedan and want the reliability of the Toyota brand, go take a test drive in a Crown! I think you'll be very pleasantly surprised!

We purchased a car yesterday from Brunswick Auto Mart and let me tell you - our car buying experience was exceptional from start to finish. Our sale specialist, Ravi was a joy to deal with and Jacob (who provided the value of my trade-in) was amazing. They both were awesome and VERY HELPFUL!!!. Very easy to deal with and they willingly provided me when I asked for another discount to help me out, they willingly gave it to me without hesitation <3. If you are looking to buy a vehicle without anyone trying to nickel and dime you, give Brunswick Auto Mart a try. You won't be disappointed. Best place to shop for vehicle(s). I recently visited Brunswick Auto Mart to have my car serviced, and I must say that my experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was completed in a timely manner.Not only did they address the issue I brought my car in for, but they also performed a complimentary inspection and let me know about a couple of other things that needed attention. I truly appreciated the thoroughness and attention to detail.Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service I received at Brunswick Auto Mart. I will definitely be returning for any future automotive needs, and I highly recommend them to others.

I was super impressed with Josh Campbell s efficient service! He was ready with a test drive vehicle when I arrived and prepared to strike a deal knowing the offer I already had on the table. He was professional, down to earth, and easy to work with. It was a pleasure honestly. I was in and out with a lease deal, trading my current lease in and driving off the lot within an hour and a half lunch break. I will be back!

For the past 5 years I have always been very satisfied with the service department at Brunswick Subaru. They are very thorough and I have never experienced any high-pressure sales pitch about needing something fixed, that didn't need fixed in the first place. This time they even had my car washed and towel-dried. I am very happy that I purchased my used 2017 Outback here and will continue to drive the extra distance from Akron to have them service the car.

Took my 2023 highland to Brunswick Toyota for a service problem and service advisor Joffre Harry explain to me that the car needed to stay an extra couple days. Even gave us a rental car and was actually finished in time and I was very, very satisfied. Would definitely recommend Brunswick Toyota for great services!

Long story short. My subi threw multiple error indicators. Dealership determined w/ Subaru transmission at fault. Replaced under warranty! Had loaner subi for almost two weeks until trans. arrived & installed. Rear bearings also replaced due to elevated noise. Now all great once again. Subi now so much quieter. Great service at a great dealer. Worth the drive from bay village!

Had a surprisingly pleasant experience at the Toyota store here.Stopped in to look at a vehicle and ended up driving it home that night, Nanette (salesperson) was awesome, very helpful and laid back, no hard pressure stuff here.Sales manager (I believe his name was Mike) greeted us as soon as we walked in and set us up with Nanette.Couldn't have gone smoother of you tried.Finance manager was quick and awesome to deal with. Most people dread going to buy a new car... need more places like this.The whole team there knocked it out of the park for me and completely changed my outlook on dealing with "car salesman".Highly recommend Nanette and the team at Toyota sales in Brunswick.

Very friendly, and willing to work with you. I reviewed their inventory online, which was great, dropped them a note online, and negotiated with a salesman via text. It was easy, smooth, and they followed through. Went to the dealer, and everyone was nice, again, it was smooth. Met the manager, who was great. The only minor thing is the time to do the financing paper work is a bit long, but there were a few people ahead of me.

This was the second time I bought a car from Brunswick Subaru. I dealt with Patrick and he was great. They made me the best deal and were the easiest and most responsive of any place I contacted. Very seamless process. Definitely recommend.

While backing out of a food store parking lot my '18 Outback abruptly shutdown; after several attempts to restart it locked in PARK and wouldn't budge. The radio and headlights would come on and off without any input from me! My wife and I went into the store's restaurant to wait after calling our dealership (Brunswick Subaru) for advice. It was getting dark and colder but the receptionist gave us a number for Subaru road service and I also left a voicemail for Service Manager John Cross who has always worked with me on a few power window/tailgate/drained battery "Gremlins" in the past.Subaru's national road service advisor helped us order a flatbed tow. The driver was prompt in arriving (in 27 minutes as he thought) per his estimate.He felt a battery jump might be helpful so if the car could be shifted out of Park he wouldn't have to "horse it" up onto the flatbed.The jump worked and he said he'd follow us to our house nearby where we got it garaged. The driver said to let it idle for 45 min. then re-start it. If it didn't he gave us his phone number to have him return and flatbed it to Brunswick Subaru. It ran OK and started early in the next morning without any issues being evident.But right after that John Cross called following up on my voicemail help request from the prior evening.John listened to my story and pointed out that if there was a "flat spot" on the starter it wouldn't have started when the tow operator jumped it.That made sense to me but I was still concerned about either an alternator/charging system or an electrical "drain" issue(s). Mr. Cross advised me to bring it in for testing but he felt my 5.5 yr. old battery was likely the cause. Since my wife was supposed to drive the Outback to Buffalo and back for a family matter I couldn't attend soon, I drove to Brunswick Subaru where I was immediately greeted and helped out by Technician David Dang who identified the battery had a low output but also found the alternator & charging system were not below spec. He even further checked for any other type of electrical "drain" that might discharge the battery.Finding none, David then advised me that Subaru now specifies a higher cranking amp battery for replacement in Outback models.It was about $125 more than a similar rated battery for my Outback but I figured I'll recoup most of that higher cost when I trade my car in for another Outback.As I told David Dang, I respect a car company where the engineers win out over the cost accountants once in a while. Perhaps the higher-rated battery can eliminate the few electrical "gremlins" we've experienced in the past 2 years?Even if that's not so, once again John Cross and his staff have shown my family that they're there to back up our decision to drive a Subaru product and help out when needed.

Terri was very thorough and did a great job in getting back to me quickly with information. I enjoyed working with him. The service department and parts department were also able to work together to add a running board and other items before I actually picked it up two days later. Great teamwork!

The service dept was super. My 5 Day new car had issues which took over 2 and 1/2 hours to fix. I expected to be in and out in 20 minutes. I should have asked for a loaner but they said it wouldn't be long. Wasted the day there. The problem was fixed. Nice to deal with.

Great service. In addition to what I had brought the car in for, they found a problem with the rear wheel bearings and replaced them. I appreciate them looking over the vehicle to find other problems or issues as it has 89,000 miles on it, They did not pressure me to fix the bearings, I could have gotten a second opinion.

So, I wanted to trade in my truck. I had a great experience here in 2020 when I leased my wife's Jeep. I'm not even sure if the lovely gentleman still works there. So I inquired about another car, something more affordable. I was very precise about what I wanted to spend for a vehicle on a LEASE, not buy option. I texted back and forth with a rep Maybe come up with a plan, and last week, they had an ad that said jeeps start at $375 a month with money down, which I had both because my truck was worth way more, and I had money to put down together that price for a car they text me back with $575 for payment which made no sense mainly since I used to work in this field. Please don't waste your time on thieves, and my wife's lease is up in Teo more months. I'm going elsewhere where their ads are lies, and they don't work with you! Never again, Brunswick autothiefs!Also, I would like to add my truck was a 2019 way under miles with 40k; my truck was beautiful, but I wanted something around $450, and with money down, I still couldn't meet that with a lease!!However, I went to Chevy Amherst and got. a Blazer that met my needs and got it under $390 a month!!!Two more months left on my wife's Jeep there, and if she doesn't buy it, we will. Lease our next Jeep elsewhere worst experience ever!!!

I leased a new 2024 Outback from Janice. The process was easy. Janice was pleasant and professional. When I picked up the new vehicle, she spent considerable time showing me how everything worked and offered to meet with me again if I had more questions. I was very satisfied with the entire process.
