Needed to replace my key fob battery and was asked as soon as I walked in if I needed help and they proceeded to find the battery and replace it for me immediately. So helpful and efficient

After being let down and treated pretty poorly at a lot of the other auto part stores in brunswick, auto zone saved the day! I was finally able to get what I needed for my truck. And it never would have happened but Mary went above and beyond to help get what I needed. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back here the next time I need something.

Didn't have what I needed. That's totally fine, but instead of simply saying that, I was told how "wrong" I was doing things, the worker very rudely proceeded to tell me I was "Jerry rigging cars" for wanting to buy mechanics wire in order to limp a car down the road TO A SHOP, rather than buying a overpriced exhaust hanger that I would need for 10 minutes. I went next door and O'Reillys sold me the wire easily.

My daughter's 'check engine soon' dummy light was on. I pulled into the Brunswick location and was assisted by Travis (I think) who got the error code from the car and diagnosed the problem. I purchased the part and was also given some good installation advice.

Ad stated bundle deal with oil, filter and air filter. Store wouldn t honor sale posted online for that specific store location!!! Bait and switch advertising alive and well. Associates didn t even offer an apology.

I had a tough time replacing my windshield wipers because it was my first time and David M was very helpful. My back windshield wiper wouldn t come off because it had broken at some point and he helped me fix it. Thank you.

As always, AutoZone knocks it out of the park. I was in need of a right rear caliper for my car had just like any other time they always have the part. Joe was the associate who helped me out at the counter and he went over thorough explanation of core charge and even about not worrying about losing a receipt because everything is on record under my account. He made sure that I got the right small can of brake fluid and got everything checked out quickly and sufficiently. If you are ever looking for a location to deal with Class Act people the AutoZone in Brunswick is fantastic. Thank you again Joe for all your help and everything went back together precisely and I'm back on the road safely again.

AutoZone to the rescue again! This time it was Casey s turn to step up and go above and beyond! The right rear blinker was out on my Ford Flex. Since I drive for a living, I can t afford to get pulled over for a headlight out or a blinker light out. Casey came out and replaced the bulb in 5 minutes and I was on my way! A simple fix goes a long way towards customer loyalty! Thank you, Casey!I have to disagree with the previous opinion on Aaron Petty. Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to change out my driver s side headlight in my 2010 Ford Flex. He took his time in not the best weather conditions to make sure my headlight was working, and also replaced the battery in my key fob that stopped working while I was there. I had gotten a ridiculous quote from Liberty Ford in Brunswick of $600 to replace my headlight, so to me Aaron was not only courteous, he saved me hundreds of dollars! Shame on Liberty Ford for trying to rip people off, but major kudos for AutoZone and Aaron Petty for a job well done! Thanks, Aaron!

I was looking for side window deflectors for my new car. Arron gave me some GOOD INFO. He did not have what I was looking for. He directed me to serpentini chevrolet. to my suprise, they had what I was looking for. BIG thanks for helping me find the item even if AUTOZONE didn't have it. best auto store in Brunswick. I only shop there for great products and customer service. thank you.David

Before noon on 1/25/23 I arrived at autozone pressed for time, pressed for money, you name it. Most of us are these days. The wiper I purchased from this location less than 1 month ago broke and fell off my wiper arm. Coincidentally, the same thing happened to the customer in the store with me. It's strange the comradery you find with complete strangers.Anyways, the only gentleman associate in the store stepped outside to help a customer install a new set of wipers. Keep this mind as I describe my proceeding interactions with the female associate in the store. After being consumed with other matters in the store, the female associate, who, for the story's sake we well call Becky, came to the counter asking how she could help. At this point, my visit was headed in the right direction but quickly took a nosedive. I should've left and walked next door to O'Reilly. I told Becky that I needed just 1 wiper and the cheapest one at that. By the way, your associates act weird when someone wants to buy just 1 blade. Who's in the business of wasting money? Anyways, Becky had the nerve to tell me, "That's your decision. I'll just give you the wiper number, and you can make THAT decision on your own." I wonder what would've happened if I had said I wanted 2 of the most expensive wipers. Here, you have one associate outside completing a wiper install, and inside, we have Becky, who doesn't want to be bothered with providing the cheapest alternative in wipers that Autozone has available. What a contrast. I believe Becky sensed my disdain for her approach. She quickly pointed to the area of the wiper section that I needed to search and then went back to filling shelves. Her one only desire and apparently only calling in life. The male associate, who we will call Bob, came back inside offering to help. "Thank god!" I thought to myself. I explained my situation all over again, and he walked with me to my car to look at my wipers. He had the nerve to recommend that I go to a Ford dealer for wipers. "Who the hell does that?" I thought. I couldn't help but get extremely annoyed. I replied that the wipers on the car were purchased from this autozone less than 1 month prior. It was at this point that Bob knew to keep the conversation brief, and I knew that I had been dealing with both the slowest and laziest that autozone had to offer. One of the few things that can put Brunswick autozone on the map.After experiencing the lackadaisical approach on the part of your workers and crapy quality of your products, I've made the conscious decision to take my business elsewhere in the future. What happened? This location has definitely gone downhill.

Being a woman in the male-dominated auto repair industry is a struggle whether you are an employee or customer. I could not have asked for a better, more friendly, competent, knowledgeable, time-efficient, person to help me with my needs. Brooke deserves huge recognition for her impeccable customer service. I am tired of feeling ignorant and scammed by gender biased individuals and she completely surpasses those people. I highly recommend her!

They cracked my windshield putting my wiper blades on. Said they would replace the windshield. It's been a month-and-a-half and still nothing. Their ads never say if something happens they're not responsible. Called the manager who said he would get back to me and nothing.

Aaron Petty was really rude and arrogant to me when I came in and I was really shocked by how impatient he was to help me resolve the issues that I had been dealing with the store, I ve been coming to this store for years but won t giving them business anymore. Had multiple issues getting my order to the right store, I had to drive to a different location to go pick up the parts myself. The employees even referred to this location as one of their bad store locations . This was the last and final straw for me with this Autozone location.

Great place for auto parts and help. Had to buy a new battery, and they installed it quickly for free! The young man that did it was very friendly and courteous, and very professional for someone of his age. Very encouraging to see that!

Brook here at AutoZone is awesome. The veterinary clinic nearby closed and I needed a place to wait with my old rabbit that wasn't out in the cold. She let me. She's awesome and you get 5 stars

I went to Auto Zone today, January 16, 2022. I needed to buy a new battery for my car. The man I got (older guy), acted like I was inconveniencing him. He checked my battery and said it was fine, and there was nothing he could do. He told me to go to my car dealership and talk to them. So what I did after I left there, I went right next door to O'Rielly's Auto Parts store. And they totally helped me!! Got a new battery there, and everything's perfect!! I will NOT go to that Auto Zone again, in Brunswick Ohio!!

My husband bought wipers for our 2017 Silverado K1500. He told the sales person what the year, make, and model. He went home later that Saturday (3/7) to install, only to find out they were incorrect. He packaged everything and returned with the wipers and receipt on Sunday (3/8). He came home super frustrated because he was told the system was down. Understandable with technology. However, he was told by the associate he could buy the correct ones at that time and return the incorrect ones at another time. He questioned why he would spend another $64 when he hadn t been returned his money from the incorrectly sold purchase. He also questioned why the system was down for returning but operational for purchasing. All he was told was sorry. My question is in light of what s going on with COVID-19 and us having family members with weakened immune systems, are we going to have an issue when we eventually return these for the (hopefully) correct ones? I m not sure if your return policy is 30 days or 60, but we aren t putting ourselves at risk at this time to return them, yet it wouldn t be unfair for us to be out $64.03 when we tried to correct the issue.Looking forward to your response. Thank you.Still waiting for a response...you have responded to others who have posted after me. We will NEVER shop there again.

They were marvelous!! I needed a new battery and since I was clueless about changing it out, they helped me. So now I know how if I have to do it in the future!!! Super nice, didn't talk down to me, very helpful!!
