I started my truck to find I had a loud exhaust. I was unable to get into any dealerships for them to even look at it. Annie s was able to get me in immediately and had a good idea of what the problem was before even getting it on the lift. The staff was very friendly and The work was completed in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable.

I have used Annie s twice since I bought my used car. They were fast efficient and more than reasonably priced. The people there are kind and pleasant to work with. I can t say enough about this place. If I have any more issues with my car I will definitely take it there.

Very happy with my experience at Annie s. Easy to schedule the appointment, professional and knowledgeable staff. I was advised to go to the dealer for my repair but Annie s was able to take care of the issue and at a much earlier time than the dealers. I ll go back when I need cars serviced.

My husband took his truck in here 2 days before Christmas we just got it back Thursday January 12th it needed a new transfer case but the one they ordered was no good so they ordered another that too was no good so we waited the new ordered one was good. But turns out he has to take the truck to somewhere. Cause of something to do with the oil. So now it's more out of pocket money. To me that's not good workman ship

Great service had engine noise, found the problem quickly and solved problem same day!!! Fast and budget friendly! Definitely will be going back if any other problems!!!

Great place to do business always helpful and friendly and most of all honest. They never overcharge and are completely upfront about work that needs to done and work that doesn t need to be done. So glad we found them

My coil spring was collapsed and the front weight of the car was falling on the front tire so I brought it here to be fixed. Not only did the repairs take longer than promised, but the quality of the work was very poor.The wheel alignment after the coil was replaced was uneven (and still is). When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they allowed me to bring the car back in for an adjustment. The wheel alignment is STILL skewed. Till now I have to hold my steering wheel slightly to the left or the car's direction will shift completely while driving.To make matters worse, the pricing was very unjust. With 3 different quotes and obvious attempts to upsell me extra parts and maintenance. I was charged a significantly high amount for the service I obtained.Overall, I would not recommend this auto body shop to anyone. The poor quality of the work and high prices are definitive red flags that make this a place to avoid.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was driving and my tire pressure warning light came on. I saw their sign and pulled in. They did not hesitate to help me (Chad) even though they were closing! He came right out and checked the tire, put air in it and I was on my way! Super friendly and kind and no charge! Thank you so much Chad for your kindness. It was a Friday evening and I doubt I could have gotten anyone else to help me.With gratitude the lady in the black Ford Explorer!Service: Tires

I stopped by late Thursday to see if the guys at Annie s could get an O2 sensor out of my catalytic converter. The apologized they could do it that night but by 10am Friday I had a call that the sensor was successfully removed. I appreciate their help and will be taking any of my vehicles to them when needed.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Ron at Annie s is an amazing mechanic and human being. They always do a wonderful job and I cannot express in words how wonderful they are. I will NEVER go anywhere else. If your looking for superb care, honest fair pricing and the best mechanics anywhere go here!! I ve been to many places over the years and no one comes close to here. My family, friends and anyone I know I refer them here and are always satisfied. This is the place you can depend on and you will never go to another place again. I had issues with my car that my social circle did not know how to fix. I took it here and they figured out what was wrong quickly. After visiting several auto repair shops in the Cleveland area and elsewhere, my daughter kindly referred me to Annie's Auto. Ron Paolella and his crew are truly the most wonderful, efficient and competent mechanics and people I have ever met in my life. I would refer Annie's Auto...and have... to anyone looking to have any type of service on their vehicle. Had a bunch of check engine lights come on the dash, turned out to be a failed wire to the ECM, did a good job finding the problem and getting it fixed without breaking the bank. Kevin and staff are very helpful. Got me backnon the road right away. Another shop had gave me a list of 4k in repairs that weren't even needed. I appreciate their honesty here.

Been going there for years when they were Super Lube. Now under new ownership, Ron, the Mannager went above and beyond to diagnose and fix a wheel balancing issue.
