Had new brakes and shoes put on in November by Wayne truck and trailer. Last month in February, I heard a loud nose coming from the tandems. Had a different mechanic look at it, and the brake drum on the driver side was almost cracked in half. How does a 3 month old brake drum do that. Called to get a warranty on it but they said manufacturers won't replace it so they want me to take off work bring the truck in to see what caused it well nothing caused it was a defective part. All I asked was a new drum, but they just gave me the runaround on it. Service advisor said maybe a bad air hose caused it or driver abuse. If it was a driver abuse, I would have issues with all the other brakes. I guess they would rather save one or two hundred dollars then have a life long customer.

I brought my truck in for a random starting problem that has been going on for months. I originally took my truck to a Freightliner shop in Huber Heights for the same problem and they couldn t figure out what was wrong with it within the 3-weeks they had my truck.Thank God for Zach at Wayne Truck and Trailer. He not only found what was wrong with my truck and fixed it, but he also did a PM, replaced my power steering fluid, and changed a tire all in 1-day!! He is an excellent tech, and did such a thorough job looking over my truck. I am so grateful! He even pointed out things that could become a problem later and told me to keep an eye on it. My truck starts like a champ now every time. Their rates are reasonable, too. They did not price gouge me like other places do.Natalie at the front desk is very knowledgeable, and she keeps things moving. She helped work me into the schedule that day after I explained how frustrated I was with having this truck problem for so long. What a great crew, and such a positive experience. It s clean and comfortable in the waiting area, too.I highly recommend this shop. Highly, highly recommend.Services: Tires, Electrical, Oil change

You will get in trap! Unprofessional job plus nonsense charges.My driver hit a deer, called them to fix it the same day. they accepted then delayed the repair for Friday. We missed the delivery appointment.They replaced many parts that would not needed plus charged for every breathe around the truck.at the end didn't accept credit card and had very unprofessional rude behavior with us.I recommend dealer repair !

Great place! We had an exhaust issue that we were dealing with through several states, and couldn t find anyone that would touch it. These guys not only fixed it, but inspected everything and found other problems too. They patiently explained everything, showed us the old parts, allowed us to stay in the parking lot over night and all was very reasonably priced. We plan on traveling back through next summer and will have them do the maintenance on Harvey the RV. (Hopefully maintenance is all that he will need, unlike this summer.) I can t say enough good about Wayne Truck and Trailer in Brookville, OH. Sandy s Towing recommended them and now we see why. They literally jumped right on our problem and did everything they could to get our Newell RV back on the road. Very knowledgeable and fair. drop my 2006 Dodge Sprinter van with 3.0 Mercedes engine in it on8/28/23 Talk to them on first on phone to make sure sure they could do programming on the Mercedes engine they assure me they could . they change brake pedal that was not the problem they did a code check did not show anything when to pick up Sprinter had to wait to change brake pedal back over 4 hours later went back to pick it up COST of $496. When to drive away engine light was on that came on after they worked on it and they new it was on but did not check it out did another code check on it show problem with a driver on it. told I would have to go to dealer ship they could not program it they did not have the soft ware THAT WAS MY FIRST QUESTION TO THEM BEFORE I WHEN THERE .

If you re from out of town and broke down run for the hills complete ripped off 10,000$ for a 5,000$ job I don t see how they sleep at night but take my advice and go somewhere else you ll thank me laterFYI I thought I was getting a fair deal until I searched around and found out that it was way too expensive I don t mind paying for quality work but got home and had to get bolts replaced that weren t long enough would have gotten put out of service and then tried to charge for a fuel filter that they took off and also gave me the run around when work was going to be done but anyway I ll know next time just to pay tow bill to get back home

(Inv#959584) I was here in January to get my power steering pump replaced on my Peterbilt because the shaft on the pump was broken. They replaced the pump and did not inspect the compressor on which the pump was mounted. There were broken bearings in the compressor by where the pump was mounted, so that cause the pump that they installed to only lasted two weeks. I found out the issue when the pump broke again after they had replaced it. This happened 100s of miles away from their shop, so I had have a shop close by get the work done. I called and explained everything before getting the work done at the other shop, and they agreed for me to get the work done there, and they would reimburse me part of the bill if it was related to the work that they did. The shop that did the repair even spoke to them, and explain the issue before doing the repair. Long story short, they switched up on me after the work got done, even after I returned the part to them with pictures a few days later. They said they can t say for certain what caused the pump to break after they replaced it, because they weren t the ones that looked at it, so they said that voided the warranty. They said they would talk to the manager above, and get back to me. It s 8 months later and still no word. They don t stand behind their work, and I think that s shady.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Stay away at all costs you will end up getting charged for things you didnt need and still leave with truck not running. This place is the scammiest shop I have ever seen

Avoid them. Don t get fooled by the coffee table. They asked me $7000 for a job at max should been $4000. They will take advantage of your situationHad a busted radiator, damaged fan & clutch. They acted professionally yet to ask for $7000 maintenance. They acted like they were trying to save me money on parts & parts were not available, blah blah. Before I got to they I have made a call to freightliner & they had all the parts. Took my truck to Columbus, replaced all damaged parts for less than $3000 which includes the parts. I meant to send this feedback long time but only today I passed you & remembered the agony.

We have just recently used Wayne Truck and Travelers services, our semi truck broke down on W bond 70 , 30miles away from them. We called 5min before they closed the shop and received last minute assistance. Wunderkind team, they sent towing and told our loaded Truck to shop, next morning my truck was the 1st one in shop, by 1pm every was fixed and truck on the road. Wunderkind people great service, prices are Hervery competitive. I support 100% , will give 100 Thank you for getting my truck on road with such quick time.God Bless you and your company. start

I like coming here. The entire staff is always very courteous and exceptionally professional. They take care of anything you need with a smile and a handshake. Mr.ZACH Oldfield is the best. Mr. ZACH is the best master mechanic. He is not pushy or aggressive in any way. He is the best service representative. Very polite and reassuring. We had some electrical issues with our RV (dashboard lights displaying wrong indicators, turn signal and brake lights not working, etc) Wayne truck did a diagnostic and found some wiring issues and fixed it for us. They were also great with communication and customer service during every step of the way letting us know what they found what they would do to fix it and how much it was going to cost. Super easy to work with no hassle, I would definitely recommend Wayne Truck and Trailers!Service: Electrical

Very disappointed with this company. We brought our RV in because it had low power issue. We asked him to do a diagnostics on the bus and to change the fuel filters. We stopped back up today to check in and they told us that we owed them $320 and all they did was scan the bus for a check engine code which I could have done myself. And they didn't even change the fuel filters. They told us it would be another $1,600 for them to do anything to the bus to see if they can find out what was wrong with it. S***** company s***** way to do business would not recommend. We live 2 miles from this business and we wanted to support our local businesses. But when they want to rob from us and not do anything that's where I draw the line. Horrible business

Great customer service and knowledgeable people work here. I took my truck there to replace a bad NOX Sensor. Zac was very helpful with diagnosing and explaining what s really going on with the truck. They know what they are doing. Will recommend this place for future repairs!!

This is a very RV friendly shop. The service advisors and the techs are great. They were able to schedule my unit in quickly, get the problems diagnosed and get it fixed. Wow. Amazing service. If I could give 10 stars I would. I don't know what other reviewers are complaining about when it comes to their pricing. Trucks are hard to work on and expensive to repair in general, they're not your everyday F150. Honestly, the prices here are some of the better prices I've come across whenever I need work done. Professional service, quick repairs, knowledgeable employees. They were never condescending or rude when I asked a bazillion questions. They were patient and walked me through the whole process wothout making me feel like i was taking up too much of their time. They have a lifetime customer here!

My company travels all over the US with trucks and enclosed trailers. We had two equalizer straps tear off of the bolt/leaf spring on one side. Google suggested Wayne Track and Trailer nearby. Great choice! Norm was excellent at the front desk and the guys in the shop were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get us repaired and back on the road in a just a couple of hours. So had a coolant line go bad while on the road. The great TA wouldn't touch me and every shop in Ohio was booked for the next month or more. Called Wayne's and was told come on in and we can look at your truck today. Went in on a Monday and was rolling Wednesday afternoon. Great guys over here , I had no issues here other then no food place close by lol. Anytime I need a repair or a service this is where I'm going and I reside in Virginia . Best shop I have dealt with on the east coast period.

We are very pleased with the work completed on our 2004 Ford E-350 class B+ motorhome by Wayne Trucking in Brookville. They trouble shot/repaired the malfunction in our heating/cooling system which only worked in defrost mode. In addition they installed new shocks, new battery, corrected value stem issues, and replaced most of the cooling hoses on the lower half of the engine, a very extensive job. Special thanks to Natalie at the front desk who kept us apprised of work needed and completed. Now we know where we can take our motorhome for any future problems.
