My brakes locked up in my car on a Sunday. I called musics first thing Monday morning they had a cancellation and we re able to fix them on the same day. Vehicle was towed to them around 11 am. They had the car fixed and was able to pick up around 4pm. Great and quick service. They actually saved the day because it is my only car.

I took my truck to a big chain store to fix the power steering. They told me I needed to replace to whole system, and it would cost > $3,000. I then took my truck to Music s. They told me it was just a broken hose, and they fixed it that day for less than 1/3 the price quoted by the chain store. They are honest, do great work, and I never felt pressured to do any additional, add-on services. I will absolutely be going back for whatever else I need!

Great people and service. Sent detailed issues and even sent a video of an issue. Love this place. I have already recommended several family members and friends who agree. Very patient with my many questions, which were all answered. Thank you for doing the work for me!!! Recommend highly!

The folks at Music Automotive were incredible. I was from out of town visiting family. My car had issues, the folks from Music Automotive got me in right away and fixed my car, having it running great and safely for me to drive back home. Special thanks to Dustin and Zach for helping me out on such short notice.

Great service experience had breaks done and oil change. They sent me a detailed text message with pictures of my break condition mid service so I could review while on the phone making decisions on service for my vehicle. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Beginning with my initial call to Carly at Music s, the entire experience was positive. They did what they said they would do, charged me as quoted and provided my car back to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services.

They are the Bomb ! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable much better than " Get it Wrongert" place. Prices more than reasonable. !! Music's is where I'm spending my musical dollars. Great supporter of Brookville Athletics.

I was a little upset that you went ahead and did an oil change after you told me it was dangerous and to much to fix anything. I guess i was thinking nothing else was fixed that i requested and it wasn't really driveable so why do the oil change? Having said that i appreciate your getting in and looking.

Fixed a problem that I had been dealing with for years and had taken to other repair shops and never got answered. They diagnosed the problem immediately, explained to me what was going on and what my options were. Will be taking my vehicles here and here only going forward. Thank you!

Our first time going to Music s and we re incredibly impressed. We ran into some debris on the highway and our car was making some bad noises that we thought would be a big issue, but thankfully it was just some plastic that broke off and was loose. These guys quickly found the issue and patched it up for us and weren t even gonna charge us for it until we insisted. Very kind and professional experience, we strongly recommend!

I myself have not had any work done here, but had heard great things from them and sent a couple people over. My sisters car had the brakes all replaced. A tad expensive but comparable to others. They broke to lug bolts off and she had to go somewhere else to have them fixed. Fast forward a few weeks and all lugs were so loose they were near falling off.My daughter took both her cars in for repairs. One car she had taken to somewhere else for some work on it and when she took it in to this place they claimed all the same things needed replaced. She paid a lot, but was told it was fixed. Car kept having same problems, took somewhere else and found out it was the fuel pump.Second time she took a different vehicle in and they told her it was the starter and battery. They wanted way too much money so she opted to only have the battery replaced and we would replace the starter later. It died on the way home from work a few days later so she had it towed to them. They said it was the battery so they swapped it out. It was still acting up so I took it to my dad who got underneath and the wire from the starter on the bottom had been disconnected. This could have been a fluke, but it definitely made me question their work.She took this same vehicle in for shocks which they repaired. She kept hearing a squeaking grinding noise. Was going to take it into them to look at as they guaranteed their work, but I told her to go somewhere else due to prior problems and they found a screw was in the wrong spot and rubbing something it shouldn't have been touching.Maybe we had bad experiences, but I wouldn't trust them with any of our other repairs.

I was able to schedule online and get in rather quickly. Dustin handled my customer service portion and he was amazing. I told him that another mechanic told me I needed a ball joint as well. He informed me I didn t need it and they didn t try to replace it behind my back to get more money. They were very quick, honest and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back for all my future service needs. Thank you for treating me like an equal and not trying to get over on me because I am female. Much appreciated!Service: Brakes

Thank you. 8/01/22 Update: this review was at four stars but I m reducing it to two. I got my tires rotated and balanced on a Friday. I was driving to work a couple days later and every single one of my wheels had loose lug nuts. One of the wheels were so loose it was making a noise like a flat tire!! Good thing none of my wheels popped off while I was driving.7/29/22 I went there for the first time today. I got my tires rotated and balanced. I waited in the waiting room it was small but convenient. The front desk worker was nice. They only had one mechanic today, my car was in & out in under 36 minutes.

Amazing automotive shop. We were an hour in of a 8 hour road trip. My car started wobbling a bit more than usual. I called up 4 shops in the area and no one was available except for Music's. They told me they would take a quick look. They drove my car and instantly found the problem and confirmed it was a tire problem. They jacked up my car and swapped my tires around so the less stable one was in the back. Made a world of difference. Then they said it was free don't worry about it!!!! They had a full day of repairs lined up and they helped me out immediately and sent me on my way. Amazing place that knows their stuff and just wants to help.

Music's got us in quick when we needed an urgent brake repair on our primary vehicle. They got the job done very quick -beyond my expectations. Price was reasonable and the bottom line is they provide quality auto services for fair price and on time. Highly recommend.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

When I called in to make a appointment for my car to have the rear brakes done. The gentleman was very nice and made sure to fit it into my schedule. He explained the whole drop box option and made me feel secure in dropping dropping off my car. Not only was I informed every step of the way from when I dropped off the car the night before. But when they started the inspection of the car. They took pictures and documented every step the took. The text and emailing system they have is a great option in understanding things on the vehicle that are foreign to me. I felt comfortable and safe in the work and the quality of the products. I had a few things that they alerted me too that was coming up to be fix or changed. But I never felt pressured to more than I could at the time. I was in need of an alignment for my dually truck. I searched for months for a reliable and reputable shop that had the machine large enough to align my truck and get it done ASAP as I had new tires. Not only did they get me in within a couple of days they found a way to get my obnoxiously large truck on the rack. They done a wonderful job and had it done before their estimated time of completion. To top it off they quoted me a cheaper price than anyone else. Support small business for quality work.
