Top notch garage! Some could call me opinionated so I got a job here to gain trust in the team. No step is overshot by Andy s Auto Body! They are quick and very thorough with repairs and the cars get shined up when repaired before going back to the customer. I cannot say enough good!

Andy Auto body. Does nice job fix your car or truck. My 2008 Silverado Chevy Pickup Truck was hit by other driver. He has to fix is truck And my truck too. It's going to cost him $1748.00 to get it fix. That's why Andy Auto Body Shop is top number one. Right nowSee you soon..Scott Otcovsky

Went in to get a quote on a piece of my front bumper near my tire. They said they were able to fix it right then and there and it only took them five minutes. They even charged me way under than I thiught it d be. Other body shops I ve been to don t even match with this place! They were so kind and so quick, highly recommend!

I hadn t been in an accident before and didn t know where to go. A couple people recommended Andy s. And I m so glad I did! They were very kind to me. They were honest and did what was best for me. I highly recommend them.

Front bumper was broke, windshield was shattered roof was bent. All that said got my car back like nothing ever happened

This place is amazing. I was in an accident in January where someone hit me at an angle from behind and bent my rear axle. Repairs were done at another shop. Months later, I noticed one of my rear wheel wells had come unbolted from the frame and my tire was rubbing against (and wearing away) my one rear mudflap. When I got my oil changed, I asked my dealer if they could fix it (it was through them that I'd found the repair shop in the first place). The guy told me he'd "pushed it back in but there was no guarantee it would stay." Of course it didn't, and I had to drive 3 hours to and from a wedding with it that way.. Just today I took it to Andy's over my lunch break (found them on Google). Their 5-star rating is no joke. The receptionist came right out to greet me with no appointment, took one look at my wheel well and knew right away what it needed. Took her literally 5 minutes to fix it, and she didn't charge me a dime. It's not easy to find a good, honest company like this one, run by people who genuinely care about their customers. If I ever need auto body work, I know where to go!

I have to say I was extremely disappointed in my service and experience with this company. After having my vehicle for three days and calling me to pick it up I was ready to have my car. I arrived to wait 10 min before being talked to then waited another 10 to pay and get my keys. No print out of work done just the credit card receipt. Only to go out and see that the damage and paint had not been taken care of.Now after three days and almost 700 I was upset. So I went in and asked for it to be fixed correctly. Only to receive attitude from the office person. When they went out with me they said it must have touched something. When it looked like the exactly how I dropped it off. I said to them didn t you paint the bumper and they informed me only the middle of the bumper had been painted. Then with attitude they took my car to the back to fix it saying it was just 10 min needed.So I waited 20 min before they asked me if there was a problem because I was standing. That I could come back the next day for my car. I had no way to get home! I did inform them I was upset I left work early only to find my car not done and waiting almost and hour and still not have it back. So another 20 min was needed. I understand this may not be the norm. Unfortunately I was unhappy at the cost and service given. I will not be returning here nor recommend them. I feel like I was taken advantage of with the cost of the repair and treated with unnecessary attitude for a service I paid for.

Andy s is the best auto body shop! They took care of me. I have a 2008 trailblazer and my drivers door got smashed up pretty good. I picked it up today and I m really impressed! It s exactly like it was before it got hit. Andy s is where I m going anytime I need body work.

I've been to Andy's severaltimes. They do great work. However, when my last repair called for replacement front fenders, whatever cheap replacement parts they used started to rust out after less than 2 years. Both fenders completely rusted out in the same spot and no other car the same as mine has any rust in that area for it's age.On a different car, they said the bumper needed removal for them to do a good job but that it would cost $400 more to do that. When I got the car back the taillights did not work. They tried to deny responsibility and wanted me to drive to the dealer. I said that it's illegal to drive it without taillights and was getting ready to have it towed. Then they called to say they forgot to reconnect a plug!!!

Andy s has done several various repairs on our cars, from body work to interior door mechanics. They are always very good, and good communicators. I highly recommend.

I never, ever post online reviews, but Andy's did such a great job I really felt compelled. Quite simply, they were amazing. Offered to fix a small panel gap problem I was having for free while they were painting other areas of my car, mounted a new 3rd party side mirror I brought in for free, and the really large area I needed work done on (from an accident) was much cheaper than I expected.If you're in the Parma/Brecksville area and need work done, don't even hesitate, give them a call.

Remember that anyone can write these reviews, so keep that in mind when reading the positive reviews as to whether they are authentic or not.Do not go to Andy's. The quality of work was extremely low. Repairs were not finished, there were multiple mistakes made that had to be corrected as I waited, the car was filthy, and they keep no record of the work they do to the car nor the associated charges. Do not give them your insurance estimate if you got one from an insurance company before you take it in. They will charge the full amount of the estimate no matter if they actually fulfilled all the required work.What they do here, is take the estimate from the insurance company, and charge exactly what it says on there. However, the quality of work and actual time spent on the work is much lower than what will be in your estimate. Here is what that all means: Say the insurance company gave you $3,000 as their estimate for the repair. Andy's gets the job and it costs them $2,900. They'll charge the full $3,000. If the job costs them $2,000, they'll still charge $3,000. If the job costs $1,000... THEY'LL STILL CHARGE $3,000. They have absolutely no relation to the price they charge with the parts and labor they actually put into the job when they know they can collect the full insurance amount. This is known as a scam. Insurance companies should be auditing them. They just adjust their margin to take as much as possible no matter the actual cost. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.Here is something to take form all of this. They could not provide an itemized list of labor, parts, and costs because they did not have one. In they state of Ohio, you are required by law to produce this itemized list. And they couldn't do it, they just happily took what the insurance quoted, because they knew it's more than they would get had they just quoted it themselves.

Andy's body shop has fixed two of my cars! They do a FANTASTIC job! I got into a bad accident in my old Honda and it didn't even look like a car when it was towed into their lot. A few weeks later I picked up what looked like a brand new car! I would recommend Andy's for anyone needing some body work. They will work with your insurance company and you to ensure you are getting the best deal. Thanks Andy's!

I did have to wait a bit to get my car back, but when I did it honestly never looked better. They washed and waxed it so it even looked better than when I bought my car brand new from the lot!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My family members have used Andy Auto Body on three occasions over the years with great results. Courtesy and Quality are two words that describe our experiences. A friendly, family business should be your first stop for auto body repair and painting estimates.

DO NOT BRING UR CAR HERE!! They had car in there shop for 2 months get told it s ready to be picked up when I got here now they wanna keep it for longer they are very inconsistent
