I went there and was looking at multiple cars because I wasn t sure what I was really interested in. A Salesman came out and started yelling at me. He was upset that I was looking at a variety of vehicles. Very rude, not intelligent, staff.

Gave a $75 deposit on a car. Jen the owner refused to let us test drive the car till we were "ready to buy". Should have known from that minute something fishy was going on. But we decided to give a try anyway. Got there 2 days later with money to buy and to test drive it. My husband had to jump start it twice to get it started. The car wouldn't stay started, so we decided to not buy the car. They wouldn't give us our money back even though the car couldn't even run properly, no where does it state no refunds and the owner Jen didn't say anything either when we gave her the deposit. Most of the cars they have, have to be jumped or battery charged just to see if the car actually runs. This place is a huge joke! Do not trust them and DO NOT BUY from them.

Got ripped off by this lot bought an f 150 and by the second payment engine went out. Called lot and owner hung up on me and won't help with anything. Don't buy from them!!!!!

A car was purchased here and was complet junk. They didn't disclose that it was in an accident. Over $5000 was invested in the vehicle. The company finally agreed to take the vehicle back and pay put $2500. There was an issue with the check so they wrote another one, then stopped payment on the check! Zero stars!

One of the best places for a cheap car! I ve bought 5 cars over the last 12 years here. I currently still have 2 running perfect! Some of these reviews and people don t understand what a $500 car is or a $1,000 car. Russell is the owner and seems very friendly the few times I ve seen him. They have been in business for close to 30 years! I strongly suggest giving Russ s value used cars a look for your next budget car!

Have bought 4 cars here & never had a problem with any. Russ is great, he's always up front with you & the prices are very fair. There's always a variety of nice vehicles!

Bought a Chevy venture there because Jens assistant told me it was a great van drove it for pa to there shop but didn't tell me gas gauge was off radiator was held up by a rope head was blown two rotors were messed up and the battery could be bad had my van for a whole month and it got towed because drum roll please the van was not legally theirs to sell yet so I was in possession of a vehicle that was never gonna be mine!!!!! Worst place ever do not go there.

I definitely bought the best car on the lot it was a 07 dodge charger and I have to say the car is amazing its a blast to drive and the downside of the lot is majority of the cars have alot of rust damage but if you're ok with doing a little bit of body work you could find a Dimond in the rough if you're tight on cash and need a ride for cheap go there and take a few on a test drive it will definitely be worth your while I give this lot a 4 out of 5 Jen is super cool her customer service is great and she's upfront and honest if the car has a problem I wanted this subaru but she said it needed a blower motor some people would lie to you just so you would waste your money but that's not the case here go check them out sometimes you have to ignore what some of these reviews say and see for yourself thank you Jen I appreciate all the cars you showed us I'll be back if I'm in need of another ride

Wife purchased vehicle from this company. We were able to drive it a total of 44 miles with 4 stops for overheating issues the 44 miles took over 4 1/2 hrs. Contacted the dealership and for 2 days was given the run around about taking care of the issue, have had to get a tow to get vehicle home. If you want to buy a paper weight then by all means go to Russ's but if you want something more than that go somewhere else. Cars there should be junked not sold to public. Stay FAR AWAY from this business

This place is not a car lot it is a scam. Dont ever go here. If so be ready to get ripped off and get no money back if you take the car back. I had bough a 2002 nissain Maxima. We put 800 down. They wanted 3400 for the car. The car had 118k. Was not a bad car at first but then the tranny started slipping the shocks where all bad and the cv started clicking. We could not afford the payments no longer and the car was going to junk. So instead of letting them repo the car. We took and back. We waited 3 days of calling them 24/7 just to find out they where not giving us any money back bc we put 5,000 miles on the car. They said its 25 cents a mile. They said we owe them 1400. This place is a joke and i want people to know to never go threw them.

If you want a junk car for an exhorbinant price, its the place to go! They sold us a car with no brakes, locking lugs with no lug key, rotted out rocker panels and a rotted frame. Knowing we live in West Virginia. Took car to get checked before inspection and shop actually refused to work on it calling it a " ROLLING DEATH TRAP" we actually called Ohio attorney General on them

This place is the best! If your in a jam. You need a car and have No options left for you, and you NEED a new whip quick, You can solve you issues here. Good selection, for all budgets. ALL BUDGETS! GET A JOB, WORK HARD. IT IS POSSIBLE TO RECOVER FROM FINANCIAL ISSUES FROM COVID 19. GIVE THIS PLACE A LOOK.

There is always a locked door, or when I do talk to someone, they tell me how each car needs some kind of work, whether at that time, or in the upcoming foreseeable future. I'm trying to get a vehicle to get me for a little while before needing anything, other than regular maintenance, obviously. Just saying...

Cars are all junk. Will not last more than a month. Went there put money down and when we went back the added 1k on the price. They look at it a a rent to own and when it breaks down they don't care!!

The WORST car lot EVER!! No wonder his business got chased out of West Virginia!! Bought a 2000 Ford Contour with $600 down and $150 a month on July 20, 2015. It started falling apart 3 days later! They refuse to work with me, so I filed papers with the BBB since the car lot insists Ohio doesn't have a lemon law!!

Worse place i ever bought a car as a matter fact two cars... Bought one it lasted like a mo th then retransmission 3rd geer is slipping and then the second time i went and got another car but while looking at a different car there they pressured me into the car we got and as soon as we leave the place it over heats and has a crack in bell housing so i call them they say u got to buy the parts and they can put them in for so much a hour next week dont go here you r wasting ypur mmoney amd the only reason they got a star is so i could really let everyone know how Russ's is... All they car about is money...

Junk cars for RIP off prices. Owner is too cheap to hire mechanics. He obviously doesn't care about the business or customers. Go to Quality Motors in Martin's Ferry if you want a deal.

This place sells nothing but lemons.....they are terrible..... I don t know how they sleep at night selling my family a car that should of been junked frame was cracked....will never buy from them again

You see this place keep going don't stop got vehicle their started having issues with it as soon as we left only had it for a day had to have it jumped next day drove it parked it came back to leave would not start up had the lights came on but would not start had it towed had a garage look at it got it back up running paid to have tire fixed then left it started acting up again so Russ value car owner and girl friend picked it up to take it back to find out what was wrong with it instead of letting us know what was going they blamed us for it not working junked the vehicle with our plates on it never gave us our plates back don't buy anything here unless you want to be blamed for what's wrong with the vehicle and almost ever car their they have to jump for you to test drive.
