One employee is always very rude to customers, never a pleasant experience with her and heard others also complain about her rudeness.

Love the Colerain DG. Great store, clean, organized and friendly staff. Tom does a great job and has trained his staff wonderfully. They are always willing to help. You don t find this kind of service in any other local DG around here! Keep up the great work!

I like the store as it is very convenient. Idea location. Most items can be easily found. However, I did witness an employee (cashier) have what I can only call a "hissy fit". She swore at management, coworkers, and customers alike, dropping the f bomb left and right and after a 10 minute rant jumped up over and through the bagging area. Still swearing, she ran out of the store. All I could make out was something about a break. Us customers just stood there with our mouths hanging open. Someone else eventually rang us out and we left, still in shock. One week later, SHE'S STILL EMPLOYED BY DOLLAR GENERAL! She's easy to spot with her nose ring. Makes you wonder, I would have fired her on the spot. I've got no respect for management anymore, but will still get my dog snacks and beef jerky there, because it is that. It's there. LOL!

Store is so unorganized and the girl working the register today, 3-1-2019 was so very unfriendly and rude. She seemed to get agitated when i walked up to the register because she wanted to go out and smoke a cigarette. And this is while there are other people "shopping" in the store.

There is one female employee that has a personality of a cucumber!! She absolutely has the worst attitude of any cashier I have EVER dealt with. The store itself is very unorganized, but its your basic Dollar Store.

Undestaffed and waited 15 mins in line even when you could hear someone in the office counting change. The woulsnt come out and help ring people up on the other register.

Colerain dg is always a treat! Love it's expanded selection of clothes compared to the dillonvale store.

It's self explanatory where everything is, also the automotive isle has alot to make sure you can get what you need

Giant pile of merchandise right when you walk in that looks like they just threw it there. If you aren't waiting in a line, you're waiting for someone to notice you are at the register.

Location is very accessible. Good sale prices on products. Inexpensive products in the store brands

I like it cause it has a little of everything.I don't call it a dollar store.lots of parking spaces.
