Dave literally saved me tonight! Called Bills towing because my wonderful blue heeler locked me out of my car, right before it was time to get my kids from school. Being brand new here from out of state, with no one to help me I was in a panic. The call taker dispatched a driver out to me immediately and in under 30 minutes I was in the car to get the kids. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!

I would give them zero stars. My husband had them come to calibrate his truck after replacing his actuator. He told them he had a Detroit engine. The guy came out, about 10 minutes away, messed with his computer on my husbands truck then told him . You have a Detroit engine and I don t have the code. Here is your bill for $393.15. Fixed nothing!!!! My husband told them everything over the phone. If they knew they couldn t calibrate a Detroit engine they should have said so. Total rip off.

I want to give a big shout out to Bills Towing for saving me yesterday. Not only did they pull my truck and trailer from a intersection but they also hauled my truck back home for me (194 miles ) Very fast and extremely nice people. Amy was a sweetheart on the phone. I would highly recommend this company !!!!

Absolutely wonderful company threw a bearing out on my boat trailer on the way home from the lake. Overall very good experience from start to finish. Pete was the tow truck driver very kind and polite awesome prices and even better service. I was about 45 minutes from their location and they were there within an hour. Highly recommend them.Service: Car towing

Broke down on I 470 this past Saturday on a bad turn where a semi caused a 5 hour shut down the previous week. Driver was there in 20-25 mins which was excellent. Rode me and my car home and was just the most pleasant person I've talked to. Even helped me troubleshoot the engine problem a little bit. I will always use Bill's Towing. Excellent service, excellent price, way beyond professional.

Dan saved the day . Had an unfortunate serpentine belt failure during one of the colder nights we've had in a few . Very respectful, very courteous took no time to get there and get me and my car back safe. Props to this company for hiring sure great staff

I have to give a huge shout out to Bill who towed my truck today. I really appreciate his help. He was worried about leaving me by myself in the dark while I waited for my ride and offered to wait with me. I'm really grateful for the concern shown. Good morning everyone.I usually don't write reviews if its not something very important.My name its Nick I do work for a trucking company which is in business already for almost 10 years. I'm in charge of the maintenance on our fleet. Last night this guys saved me around 10k !I had I issue with one of my trucks in the morning Cascadia 2020 engine don't want to start. Starter not cranking after checking everything we immorality assumed we have a issue with starter the part was never replaced before and it was about time to go bad which its a normal wear component. We called Flee pride services which we all know its a big company with many years on the sector. The service they provided me was horrible first they are not able to give us an ETA we all know sometimes its harder we agree on that but at least something 60 to 90 or 120 something they said they will call us .. unfortunately at that moment we didn't have many options so we decided to go ahead and work with them. Road service was requested at around 8am central time. As usual we explain them what was the issue and we asked to get a starter with them we provide them with the full vin of the truck. Short story they show up 4 hours later at our truck with the wrong part ... which okay can mistakes can happen not a big deal they went back to get the right part spent another 2 hours waiting which again we understand mistakes can happen. During all the time I was calling them Fleet pride and asking for a update as part of my job .. our truck was at Walmart distribution center at dock so you guys can imagine the broker manager of the walmart they blow my phone with calls. All the time I try to reach Fleet pride for a update the lady was keep telling me we are on the way I asked her do you have gps on your units are able to tell me at least some approximate ETA and she said the don't have no gps no way to see where the tech its on real life which okay I understand that as well so I asked her if shes able to provide me with tech phone so i call talk to him and get better ETA she refuses okay .. after 4 long hours I called driver and he said road service left without fixing truck... I called back lady she still idk what's happening we have to wait for tech .. I immediate called BIlls towing I explained the situation they give fear prices right away and acurrate ETA 60 to 90 minutes. After 67 minutes they were on site working on my unit . I was able to get the tech phone number his name is Mike Jackson very very very professional guys as soon he got there he was calling me every 20 30 minutes giving me updates what they are doing how they are doing it and what will be the plan after 1 hour the truck was back on the road !!!I really appreciate the work of this company and specially the tech MIKE JACKSON professionalism at the most higher level !!!I hope the owner of the company will see this review and give him a salary increase or at least a bonus for the excellent job provided !!!Communication A+Work ethics A+Fear prices A+For real I really support people that its out there knowing how to do the job !!!Thank you guys for all the help !!!and specially to Mike Jackson WE NEED PEOPLE AND COMPANYS LIKE YOURS !!!GOOD JOB GUYS !!!

Bill's towing does a great job, came to pick up my car November 23, the receptionist was very informative and professional. The tow truck was very professional in securing my car on the flatbed. Also they have a great garage. I've had a lot of car work done there. Recommend them 100%.

I broke down and I was over 650 miles away from home. I believe they over charged me on a temporary fix on my truck. I feel like I was taken advantaged of from being a long way from home. I know, I will never do business with them again.

They towed my perfectly running car to their car lot and 4 days later when I picked it up the serpentine belt was broken and they take no responsibility. They left me setting in the alley in my broken down car and ignored me. After I paid them $300 to get my car out that was running perfectly when they towed it away.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Late review so my apologies. Had work done on my Ford Focus after a nasty run in with a rock, they did an excellent job. They towed it safely to there shop. Did the work they said they'd do and very well while I might add. Also being very honest and up front about the price before and after all was said and done. I will call them anytime I need them. Thanks you guys.

I broke down on a trip from Texas to PA on a Sunday night. Had an alternator go bad while towing a travel trailer. They allowed my wife and I to camp in our trailer at their location until our truck could be fixed the next morning. Super fair price on the repair, and they saved me a whole lot of trouble with finding a place and getting the repairs I needed. Thanks for hospitality and great service!

My husband and I got a flat tire in a somewhat remote location, while we were traveling through the state. We were unable to use our spare and had a difficult time finding a tow truck at 8pm on a Sunday evening. However, we finally found Bill's Towing - the business was not super close to our location, but a very friendly and helpful driver found us and dropped us off at a hotel of our choosing. Our car was ready to go by 9am the next morning. We were extremely happy with the friendly, quick, and high quality service that we received. Thank you!

I wish that I could give less than 1 star on this review. In late February my son became seriously ill and had serious car problems. The car was towed into Bill's Towing. My son who is an adult was hospitalized and still is 2 months later. I called Bill's Towing on a regular basis and told them that I did not have the authority to have the car picked up and until my son was able give permission to do so or until I could get a court order that I would not be able to get the car I was told on ALL occasions by 3 different employees that under the circumstances that Bill was NOT charging storage.When I was finally able to get permission Bill informed me that he was charging $20 per day storage and the tow. This put the charges at over $1500. The bill was subsequently settled for much less, but it seems that Bill doesn't mind his employees lying to customers and after speaking with Bill I would recommend that EVERYONE steer clear of this business. I understand they are in the business of making money but they DO NOT CARE about their customers or how they make the money. My son is also disabled and receives $1200 a month. Bill was fully aware of this.

Excellent service and very professional. I called one tow company and they said "let me call you back." Waited 30 minutes and still no return call. Called Bills and they were there in 5 minutes. Very polite, quick, professional service. Won't go anywhere else next time. Oh.. the other tow company called me back when I was sitting at home with my vehicle already parked in the driveway!

On Saturday, our truck, attached with a 53ft trailer, broke down on I-70W. Bill's towing responded to our distress call and had a wrecker on site in less than thirty minutes. We notified that another tractor was heading by to pick up the trailer and make the delivery. Without notification, they pulled the tractor from the trailer to help expedite the process. If we ever break down, they are on speed dial. Staff was attentive and polite as well. Prices were 50% less then any nearby towing services. Highly recommended !

I don't even want to give them a 1 star. First, the receptionist told me they don't accept AAA, even though they are a AAA company. She forced my fiance to sign over the title to his car, charged us an outrageous fee for towing, and then charged us to clean out our own car. I am so disgusted by the treatment we received there.

Went to sign my car over to them because I don't have the money to get it out and it wasn't even drive able to take out. One guy was really nice about everything and the other one decided to scream at me and told me to get them 150$ by this week or there taking me to court. So I guess choose them if your a young girl and want to be screamed at.. I hate to even rate this 1 star.

Terrible out fit, to big for their own good. They was recommended by the sherrifs department. Then give me a snarky run around. Day 2, they said they was to busy. I asked them if they was gonna do it or I would find some one else. They hung up on me. I will never volenteeringly call or request them to do any work!
