Very rude and inconsiderate owner!!!!My semi broke down , water belt broke it was midnight they were closed so I backed it in-between the road and one fuel pump . In the morning the owner came out didn't bother to offer any help and demanded that I leave his place his exact words pull out and park on the side of the road your blocking my fuel pump have you know yes I was just one side of his pump like really you have 4 more pumps that I'm not interfering with at all. That's the problem with the world today not willing to offer a hand to no one in need

My teenage daughters car tire blew out today right before the gas station. She was able to get pulled into their lot and an employee came right out and replaced it with her spare. A very nice gesture that helped her out and I will definitely remember that and use them more frequently!

Great place to get ice cream nice size scoop for the money!! Joyce is one of the nicest person you'll ever meet!!!

When my son's car broke down far from home, I used Google Maps to find a towing service. Marshall's Shell took my info over the phone and had my car moved to a repair shop quickly and at a fair price. Very happy customer.

Owner is very rude. For being in such a small town like West Alex, you'd think he'd be nice and welcome every transaction he can get. Don't ask for change on a bill without expecting to purchase something. Very disappointing

Just a good place to get gas family-owned you can get mechanical work done there kind of like the gas stations of old and good customer service there too

ok - not super friendly but that's ok - American owned so you can at least communicate - handy location

Full service gas station, with bays to work on your car, great ice cream in their convenience store that also has a drive-thru
