We are very happy with the customer service and the quality of the products we have purchased from Koenig. They are friendly and helpful and we especially like how they will come to the house to pick up the equipment for service and maintenance . Anyone looking for equipment should feel confident that you will be treated right.

This was my first experience dealing with Koenig Equipment Botkins location. Very nice dealership with excellant sales personal . Brian Hallway was a very personable and knowledgeable salesman. I made several trips to the dealership trying to figure out which series John Deere mower I wanted to purchase. Brian was interested in allowing me to figure it out and not try to sell me something just to make a sale. The X754/54" with the 14 bushel bagging system is what I purchased. Highly recomend Koenig of Botkins .

I manage rental properties with six acres that need mowed weekly. I have always taken my equipment to Botkins where they were always well maintained. Unfortunately, the last two times I had equipment serviced I had to take it back because it was done incorrectly.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This will be the last time I order parts from Koenig Equipment. I was charged $18.45 for freight on an already overpriced engine oil dipstick that weighed maybe 3 ounces. The parts guy that ordered it did not mention any additional freight at the time of ordering. I was hit with the surprise when I went in to pick up the part and the price had almost doubled. I explained that no one had said anything about any additional freight costs but they didn't seem to care. Maybe they will care if I take my business elsewhere. Maybe not.

Mower was in stock and ready to go. We set up a delivery time and they delivered right on time. The delivery driver went over all the safety and necessary items needed to operate the mower. All in all a very good experience.
