Let me start by saying Mr. Howell is a very nice guy and I would recommend him for any other service he offers.With that being said the quality of his paint work is sub standard. I had taken him a couple of bumpers for him to paint and the result was very disappointing.The bumpers had heavy orange peel as for whatever odd reason a wet sand and polish was not included in the $850 price of his work.He also did not paint the backsides of the bumpers I assume to save a couple bucks and while it may not bother some people it s now in the back of my mind and I will have to do the process my self.Other things I noted from this brand new panel was how light the clear was and the fact that there were particles trapped in the paint. During transport I laid the panels on top of each other separated by a piece of cardboard and somehow the top panel had some of the paint rubbed off. It is also incredibly easy to scratch this bumper.Once again Mr. Howell is a very nice man and if you have unrelated work to painting I would give him a call but otherwise I would probably stay away.

Let me start by saying this guy is amazing! I myself own a tow company just down the way in New Carlisle! But everybody breaks down. That being said this man helped us not only get going but save our trip to go grab a corvette for a friend of ours! He even went as far as to lend his truck to us. We are now on the way to Indiana to get the corvette that speaks volumes!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Welding

Please everyone if you ever need a tow!! Do not use Howells body shop and towing located on 274 in Botkins! This guy Rick Howell, holds your vehicle ignores your calls to pad the bill for storage fees! Also will lie right to your face!! That he set up for my car to be towed through my insurance company to my mechanic! I called about ten times my insurance company called about 8 times and my towing company several calls no answer towing company had to call with a unknown caller ID and he answered imagine that!! Big scammer!! Not a honest business man!! Avoid this business!!!
