As the owner of a busy repair facility in Lima, customers and/or insurance companies often request used parts. Some salvage yards find a way to avoid honoring their warranty, not the team at OEM. Their prices are often a little higher than others, but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for". This is why OEM has become our go to for 3yrs now. I must stand behind my work in order to maintain loyal customers, the same is true for salvage yards, and OEM has my loyalty. Thanks to all of the hard working staff there!!!

Hunter has been great at finding the parts we need to rebuild our projects. Has worked with us on price when they receive parts ordered in from other yards that have damage. Really appreciate the attitudes of those that work there!

I ordered a few parts from here for an odyssey, it took them 2 days to pull them out. Last minute before picking up I was told accidentally that one of the ordered parts which is a fender is pulled out from an equinox. Connie lied and said I ordered that fender for an equinox! She has a nasty attitude, and I hope the owner can see this review. She needs to be retrained or fired. She didn t even apologize for her mistake but instead she blames me for ordering the wrong part even though she is the same person who verified the color code for a white honda odyssey before ordering. It can t be the same color code of an equinox.Don t let her deal with customers anymore. She is dangerous for your business

Fender listed with damage code 000. Went there and it had clearly visible exterior ding and scratch along with rust on bottom portion. No price adjustment offered. Place looking locked down like Fort Knox and an up tight service desk. This place thinks they have gold, not wrecksIn response to the reply below. It isn't my job to properly grade your parts, it also takes 15 seconds to look over a fender and determine if it has defects. 000 means no defects. This was a B at best and even had signs of damage from pulling. Would have been great to speak up when you know your selling a part that's less than advertised

Nice place! My buddy needed a motor for a project. Had it on a pallet and loaded it up. They put caps on all of the important stuff to keep anything from going into the motor. Property looked clean and managed. I've been to some junk yards and they will drag your motor through mud and water. Not this place. Definitely will be back.

I recently purchased an engine from OEM and after a little over a month, my car began to stop on me, and after I took my car to a mechanic, I was told that I have engine issues. I contacted OEM regarding my paid warranty and, let me just say, i've never experienced such terrible customer service. The women on the phone kept avoiding the warranty and refused to help my case. I was not looking for a refund, I was only trying to receive a replacement, but OEM did not want to follow through with their warranty. My engine issues met the warranty requirements but OEM wanted to avoid the warranty at all costs. Absolutely terrible.

Connie called to follow up with a previous order that was taken care of already. I explained the situation to her and she got an attitude with me and hung up on me. Would not work with Connie on anything. If you use oem ask for Alex. I d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I ve gotten parts for my 2017 ford explorer and my 1997 f250. They are very helpful and very knowledgeable. I ve talked to Hunter every time I ve called and she s been able to find everything I needed.

*Attention*. If u order from this place I m telling u now don t pay for the express delivery. I paid the extra $30 for delivery and my item was supposed 2 be delivered within 2day and I didn t get it until a week later. I emailed them 3 times and no response. I called all the phone # s that they had listed online and all u get is a busy signal. I will never order from this website ever again. Now if u don t care about getting your stuff a week later then ok but if u express order you are wasting your money and don t think u gonna get a response from them.

I needed help finding a rather obscure part for a 2020 Mazda CX5. Alex was helpful in determining that they had what I wanted. He made arrangments to get the part out of the car and for me to see a picture of it. We decided that the part was damaged and not usable for my purposes. As alex and I worked through this transaction he was always patient and acted very professional. Thought I didn't get the part I think that Alex and the business works for went above and beyond to accomidate me. Thanks

Kyle at OEM in Bluffton lacks follow up and follow through. I was told a part was available and I was charged for it immediately on Friday. After following up two days in a row and getting the run around I was finally told on Wednesday the part is not available. The car is tore apart and now down for another 3 days to purchase a part elsewhere.This is not the first time I have had the run around with OEM. But will be the last time as I this is the final straw.

Purchased a fusebox online thru OEM Auto Recyclers to receive a fusebox with heavy corrosion. MICU and fusebox was not usable but was contacted by the company, situation was resolved. Money was refunded. OEM Auto Recyclers are honest, communicative and I would be glad to do more future business with OEM Auto Recyclers. I appreciate the help and services provided, OEM Auto Recyclers.

Had to find a used rim for my wife s civic a while back. Low profile tires. Not only did they make sure the rim was in good shape, they had it out and delivered the next day. Not to mention it was half the price of the quotes I received locally. Top notch service from a top notch company!

OEM has been supplying my shop for over 5 years now. Most times things go quite smoothly; smiles, laughs, good service, the usual Good Business. Sometimes used parts aren't quite right. OEM backs their parts. Their goal is to see that I am pleased and satisfied. This is very important to me and the survival of my small business. OEM is my FIRST CALL every time. Bought a pair of right doors from Alex for my 14 Ridgeline. They were the same color I asked for. and in perfect condition just as he said. came with the trim panels and no rust. Great job Alex there needs to be more sales people like you...

My experience as a autobody shop manager for Elite Body Works puts me in constant contact with a variety of parts resellers. OEM is one of the best at giving prompt answers and quick turnaround for our requests. Hunter is especially good at customer service. I highly recommend OEM for all your part needs!

Only use this business as your last resort. Unprofessional, not knowledgeable regarding automotive vehicles, and extremely unorganized. The elderly lady working the desk was very rude, and nasty, and even worse to the customers that called in while we waited for our part to be pulled, because they have almost no idea what they are doing. She hung up on one person and acutally said "Well, probably going to get a bad google review now, but I don't care".....So, may your wish be my command. Boom!

Bought some coilovers from them through Ebay. After waiting for 3 full days for a response through Ebay and also email I found a phone number to call them. Kyle basically said I was lying about the order that I'd made on Ebay and said that the listing said 99-05 for the year model when in fact it said 90-05, but the parts are for 06-15. They offered nothing to compensate this terrible experience, and I'll receive my refund after the parts are returned.

I've been in the auto industry for 35+ years. Connie is the rudest woman I have ever ran into. She should be fired, and should not be allowed to deal with costumers. She should not have a job in any professional industry. She CAN NOT control herself even though I was always polite and never raised my voice. The guys are great to deal with. I will deal with them next time although Connie told me to never call the business again.
