Good luck trying to get them to pick up the phone. I probably called every number on the contact page and no one picks up. I e-mailed like 4 different people and only Holly Mock replied just to say they can't help me. Kayaba SSS are better and Kayaba picked up the phone on the first try. I won't ever buy Showa stuff again because of customer service sucks.

I have worked at American Showa Inc. as a summer co-op.Excellent work culture. People like what they do here. My manager, supervisor and colleagues were super helpful during the entire period. They will tell you everything about what you ask for and if they don't they will direct you towards the one who know. Not a single person complained about their manager or the org while working. One incident: I was working late and when I found cafeteria coffee machine at one end went wrong, the Dept. Manager walked with me to the other end of the company just to show me where the other coffee machine is...It doesn't get better than this. If you ever get a chance to work with them, it's a lifetime opportunity.

Originally America Showa a poor company to work for. Bought out by Hitachi and now it's even worse place to work. Highly recommend NOT to work here. They are as corrupt as our government and run the place in the same manner.
