There s a guy named Tony helped me so much. He went over and beyond to make sure he gave me what knowledge he knew. About my situation and proved to me there are still good employees that are for the customer! Thank you Tony I sincerely appreciate your service! You fixed my car without even touching it !

I needed a new battery for my key fob and had no idea how or what I was doing. Alicia took excellent care of me by replacing my battery for me as well as testing to ensure my problem was solved. Thank you so much, Alicia! I will be back to see her the next time I need anything automotive!!!

Mostly useless staff. Asked where a specific product I was trying to locate was (abrasive glass cleaner), got told 'if it's not where I was just looking, they probably don't have it' never bothered to get up or look to see if they carried it. Another clerk insisted on looking up my wiper blade size instead of measuring the one I had in my hand (there was no tape measure by the wiper blades) I reluctantly agreed, and lo and behold it was the wrong one for one of them I don't typically expect much out of the big box automotive stores to begin with, and I was still let down

Had a friend order parts for me so as to get better service. The service was poor. They never ordered the parts. It's a shame because they used to be my preferred parts store.

poor quality of service out of every third order. i cant express my frustrations with my commercial account with autozone. autozone does not care for there customers at all, cant answer phones, take orders and do paper work properly. advance auto parts, O'reilly and auto value will be getting my business. your service sucks just like koi.

Great place for parts! As a mechanic I do a vast majority of my own work and this is the first place I come! These guys beat any advanced auto I ve ever been into all day long! They stock parts better, have great customer service, and fair prices!

A great experience came in because my check engine light came on ask them to put it on the computer tell me what was going on not only that they do that they gave me a printout at Diagnostics on how to fix the problem give me and a price comparison of the different thermostats that I needed.

Walked in store grabbed the item I needed. There was only one customer in the store besides me. The cashier walked out to help that customer. When I stepped up to register, I asked if someone could put the brake fluid in my car the man that rang me up did just that. This is the way an auto parts store should be ran. Acknowledge your customers & and help them with their needs. Maybe someone at Auto Zone could go teach them at Adavanced Auto that.

Great service, I have been told to avoid AutoZone and use KOI or other auto part places. Seems best deals here. Customer service helpful. If one does not know, they ask the head manager. I bought most parts here. Now if I come across any problems, I will readjust the 5 down to a proper average

Stop in there on the way home coming in off the road or on my way back out again plenty of room to turn around back behind the building...use to be an old Kroger store

Usually quick to get parts but last time they said 1/2 hour to get part and after 3 days I cancelled my order.

I been in this store several times everyone is nice and will laugh talk with you. Good customer service and It's clean and well maintained.

Love the workers some are definitely better than others. Whenever I have a question I ask Elwood he's a store manager at Blanchester Autozone. I recommend him.

Typically get what you need, sometimes has to debate the correctness of your purchase. Typical auto parts store. Decent prices and normally have what I need that day.
