Took 2 days to diagnose my truck. Questionable diagnosis. Repaired without contacting me with diagnosis. $1600.3 days later 1 item replaced failed. 10 days after that another break down for the same thing they had allegedly diagnosed and repaired. Another 4k to get properly diagnosed and repaired.Chief complaint was motor lost all acceleration and power and would not restart.They said i needed oil and coolant and a cabin air bag. Topped of oil and coolant and replaced air bag and primed fuel line.Air line to air bag kept coming out. I had it replaced.Final and correct diagnosis for chief complaint was fuel pump which would seem to be something that they should have caught during the 8 hour diagnosis.I do not recommend.

We had a flat tire on our semi and Red s was able to get us in, fixed and back on the road in an hour. We appreciate the prices as well since we are owner/operators. Definitely recommend them.

Professional, honest, and fast. I had my truck at another shop. They told me I needed over 700 dollars in parts, so I purchased them at freightliner. After 1 week of sitting in their lot, they still had not even finished the estimate, so I called Reds Truck Center,and they got me in the next morning. He called me that same day, letting me know I didn't need the parts I had purchased and I could return them. Reds had my truck fixed and ready the next day.

Called this morningDescribed a problem I was having with my headlights. They said bring it in, and within 5 min of checking in they had a guy on it. A couple hrs later I was leaving with working lights. The Technician seemed very knowledgeable.

This is a good shop with good people, front desk, Ernie and the entire crew also. We had electrical work done, mechanical, regular preventive maintenance, always properly done. They also offer towing services and road side assistance but as i always say, I hope you and I never need

Red's is the best. Me and My Daughter , 4 Grandkids and 2 dogs broke down at Luvs' in Bidwell . I just had my brakes fixed like 2 weeks b4 but my brake caliber came off and left us stranded. We ended up having to get a hotel, get my car fixed, and cont our trip the next day. This ended up costing 700.00 not planned all because the guy in NC didn't do my brakes right. Talk about LIVID!!!!! SO reds and the guys John and Stephen from Luv's made sure we were all safe and took GREAT care of us. God was looking out for us and for that I am BLESSED. THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERYONE THAT HELPED US. RED'S IS THE best

My truck was down on the road, and I did google it. Definitely is a shop that I recommend 100%. Very reasonable prices, the customer service excellent, they do a great and fast job. Thank you guys!!!

Our truck wouldn t start they were there within an hour. Honest and didn t charge us an arm and a leg. Thank God there is still some honest businesses out there.

I had a breakdown on my camper in the area on a Saturday after all other services had closed (with no one who could get parts until Monday). It was over 90 degrees and I was traveling alone with my 4 dogs... and on a strict travel schedule to get to Colorado for a dog competition! John came out to repair what we thought was a bearing which ended up being a massive axel issue. He was able to retool a new axel to fit and and got me on my way before midnight. It was a scary experience and I am SO thankful to have someone like John to make sure that I could continue my journey safe... Thank you John for your professionalism and good care!! I am an owner operator, replaced cabin airbag and some air leaks. I got lucky they weren t busy , so they took me in couple hours and I am out. Will advise to all of your operators. It s my first time fixing here, but it definitely will be shop on my list to do repairs thank you guys

I parked at the Loves and I needed a fuel filter for my Cat engine checked with the loves they were out they recommended Reds, Loves provided a business card to Reds so I called and talked with Ernie he hooked me up with the filters and Loves went and got them and brought them to me! I highly recommend Reds if your in need of parts, Service or a towing! Great friendly people. You can also get a big truck into there facility.

I had a breakdown last week on Highway 35 and Chris and John came out to save me! They were definitely without a doubt, two of the nicest and most knowledgeable service men I ve ever had to deal with!! They got me all hooked up and safely off of the side of the road and back to their shop in a very timely manner and once there I met Ernie, who was equally as nice and accommodating as Chris and John.! They wasted no time in getting my truck fixed and getting me back on the road so that I did not miss my load appointment. They made everything about this horrible experience of me breaking down goal as smooth as it possibly could have!! I would recommend these boys in this company to anyone and everyone.!!! Reds always saves the day. Every time I call they come no matter what it is they re there to help me out very reliable company and they have all the trucks to get a job done and the guys in the shop they really know their stuff they pulled me out mini holes

I drive an international 4300 box truck,got oil change,trans filter change and fixed my pallet jack,did me right and they have a good attention to detail,been everywhere across nationwide,no one could do it,I will be using them again for sure

Can't say enough nice things. Red's is a family business (like ours), and it shows. One of our delivery trucks broke down. We were in a jam. Spoke to Karen and Dinah, they got in touch with their driver, Chris who detoured out of his way to help us out! Super friendly and professional. Rate was just what I expected - very fair. They turned a crummy morning for me into a much better day! If you need help, these are the folks to call.

Had to get a wrecker service for one of our Rigs that took a curvy road to detour a rock slide. Found Red's on NTTS. Spoke with Samantha and Kat who were both awesome in getting the details, pricing and driver on the way. They were there in no time. Found out through my driver that Chris was the wrecker driver and he did everything right not to damage the truck in the process of getting him back on the road and rolling. They even took the time to make sure he got the rest of the way thru and back to where he needed to be. They did not overcharge, had reasonable rates. Great group of people and would recommend them to anyone. We are out of NC so had not even heard of them until we called. Thank you Samantha, Kat, and Chris for the amazing job you did!

We were experienced an engine issue with our Class c, Ford 350 with the Godzilla V-8. A Loud ticking noise coming from engine when we were going uphill and engine breaking going down. Turns out we had a nick on the oil filter that was leaking oil which was swapped out and refilled oil the day before. Obviously, we were very concerned that there was engine damage in the heads. We called Reds to get an oil change and replace the filter again after we drove about 160 miles. Asked them to look for shavings from damaged components on oil plug and in filter. Reds got us in a bay immediately. Very professional and understood our concern. We were fortunate that it was caught on time. They performed their inspection checklist and got us on our way in just over 1 hour.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I hav spent thousands of dollars at Reds very professional and everyone I came in connect with was very nice. Most of all the mechanics cared abt my semi & they price was good. Reds is worth the trip and the do good work

I was en route to Kansas on a charter bus when a wheel bearing caught fire and blew out a tire on the freeway. Red s came out as soon as we called and inspected the vehicle, chained up the axle and got us limped off the highway in just a couple hours. They were polite the whole time and did their job safely and expertly.

(Bidwell Ohio) They are very professional and honest. I needed my box truck fixed. It wasn t able to get fixed until the next day. So they gave me and my wife a ride to the nearest hotel and picked me back up the following day when the truck was done. . John and Chris did great work. I highly recommend RED S to every trucker . Great people.

We were returning home from vacation pulling our camper when our turbo boot blew apart on our truck. We were about 30 minutes away from the shop and they were closing in 15 minutes. Tony answered my call and said to come on in and that they would wait for us to get there. We were able to finally get to the shop where John and Ned took great care of us. They didn't have the exact part we needed however they were able to come up with something similar to get us back on the road. Everyone was super nice there. Today, I called Red's towing to tow my car home, 2hrs away. The lady who took my call was very kind and patient. The tow truck arrived at the estimated time, rather quickly. Daniel, the driver, was very patient and understanding as well. I hope to never need the services again but if I do I know I'll be a repeat customer. A couple days before Christmas I was trying to get a load delivered to NC and head home for Christmas. My truck broke down in Ohio and Reds Truck Center came and towed my truck to their shop and Ernie and his crew worked well into the night trying to get my truck up and running but were unsuccessful due to truck throwing computer codes so it had to go to dealership for repairs which dealership was closed until after Christmas. Ernie was kind enough to take me to a hotel that night and he also came and picked me up the next morning and took me an hour away to airport for me to get a rental car so I could be home for Christmas. After Christmas when dealership fixed my truck he came and picked me back up from rental car place and took me an hour to dealership to get my truck. I really appreciate what Ernie and his crew did for me during my downtime, he didn't have to do that but he was kind enough to do it and I am greatful for that. He went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely recommend this guys if you are needing any service,repairs, or towing. Thanks again Ernie and crew!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Car towing
