I had a light pop up on my dash and stopped at advance auto parts across the street from here and the guys working were super rude. Didn t give me any recommendations for a shop and refused to see why my light was on my dash or check my dipstick for me. Called boiling auto shop and they recommended whichards oil. They found the problem immediately, they were so kind!!!! They saved the day. Thank you all! Also super affordable!

Charged me 12 dollars to tell me they can t patch a tire. Also would not stop trying to sell me a new ridiculous priced tire. This is not the same Wichards they once were. Don t waste your money here. Go somewhere else!

Prices are outrageous! Just paid $31.97 for a patch on a flat tire! That is more than I paid for the tire when it was new! Never again will I shop here!

Been using Wichard's for home heating oil for over 30 years now. Always been helpful and fast to provide service. Had a little bit of tire work done there over the years as well, never had a problem. Not a fancy shop but I actually like that, one of those old timeless kind of places.

I purchased one of those reconditioned batteries for my pickup truck. They only have a 6-month warranty. I have had this battery for 7 months and now it is bad and won't start my truck! So the battery is out of warranty. So I basically spent $42 for a battery that only lasted 7 months. I do not recommend these batteries!!

I m at Wichards 1 to 2 times a week. Fuel, Tires, Trailer parts. Always helpful, they always have what I need, prices are inline. I don t mind paying alittle more when Im in a pinch. Trailer brakes were actually cheaper than what I could find anywhere else. Support Local!!!

We love Wichards, you can't beat the service they offer! Besides fuel, they offer minor trailer work, tires w/ mounting and balancing, and we get lawnmower batteries, belts, and blades here too!

Terrible. I keep getting a flat in the same mower tire and I've been back three times and somehow it's always my fault. Even though I haven't even been able to use the mower due to the same tire being flat. The employees are akward as hell and they apparently don't know how to correctly change a tire. Save yourself the aggrevation.

Called about trailer fenders and I was told they weren't in stock they would need to order them. I picked up the fenders and they don't mount correctly. I took them back to return them and was told that I would have to oay a 30% return fee! WTH.... There wasn't anything stated when I ask to get them. There isn't ANYTHING on my receipt that states any fee or was even told when they were picked up! 30% on $166...... BBB here I am!

I bought a battery there. I tried to return batterry bacause it failed before it six month warranty was up. I took battery in with receipt and the receipt was so vague they wouldn't honor warranty then when I was gonna settle for just the core charge the guy working there was so rude to me I told him to keep his 15 dollars. My advice is to " not " shop or get any service done there. They are rude and obviously don't honor warrantees on anything. A person posted how they wouldn't take back trailer fenders that didn't fit there trailer and that is wrong! When someone spends there hard earn money they don't deserve to be treated rudely. Companies like that don't deserve to even be in buisness. They don't care mask in there either I'm not trying to get a virus from there employees

Great place. Propane, ethanol free gas, tractor tires (trick is to ask them to put in a tube). Also bought car tires and random repairs here over the years. Would recommend.

I just started using them this year(2022)and I am very pleased with them they are very nice and friendly and helpful people. I would highly recommend them for your fuel oil needs.I'm a new customer and I'm going to stay with them.

Was told it was going to be about 5-10$ to put a tire on a rim. Cost me 30$. Turns out it was a bad tire and they didn't bother to check before hand. Came back and asked if they'd refund. Nope. So I asked since they can't do that if I go get a new tire if they'd do it no charge like any normal good company. NOPE. Yeah F""K you. 0 stars for them.

First off i came down to check of they did tires. They said yes. Awesome. Then proceed to just take it and do my tire. Gave me no price and i went to pay. BAM! Almost 40 dollars down the drain. Really? Like jesus. I could get a used tire and all that done AND get the tire put on my care for that. They didnt even put it on my car. Just the rim. Almost 40$ just wow.

I have been going to Wichard's off and on for 20+ years, and have always found them to be helpful. Their prices are in line with others. People need to remember when dealing with businesses that they have expenses as well. no one is in business for the experience, they have to make money. I understand that and do not expect to pay my small local shops less than the big box chains, if anything I expect to pay a little more and will gladly do so to support them.

Was just doing some research on Google . Found some bad reviews that don't make sense. First you can't possibly check a tire to see if it's good without putting it on first unless it's obviously no good . And if it was why bring it up to be put on. Second I've never seen anyone bend a oil pan putting on an oil drain bolt. Third if price was such a big deal then why not ask how much it would be before hand. Just wondering

They changed the oil on my 2011 jeep patriot. They took over an hour to do it and they tightened my drain bolt so bad they bent my oil pan. The bolt wont come off and the oil pan was bent so badly that it's leaking. I have to get a new oil pan and gasket. I also have to pay for it.

I purchased the Is3100z and a landscape trailer.I am very satisfied with both.The mower with a huge 36hp briggs cuts right threw anything ive put it up against.The trailer is the perfect size for my needs and hauling mulch etc.Thanks again to the whole staff at Wichards oil in helping me make the decision to buy a ferris and my carry on trailer.
