Outdated payment methods, hold bikes for months for non payment customers. But can't take a debit card to secure a bike. Or make payments. Worst shopping experience I've ever had

Well, for me when I bought my Raider from them,I was excited and happy I found one of these so close to my house. I have had them do a couple services on the bike, they got me right in,and took care of me,so I personally am happy with them. I will go back to them, and yes I have read the bad reviews, but they seem all decent to me,so from my experience I've been happy with the racers edge crew.

I've seen bad reviews about this place but I haven't ever had a problem here, if you're a first time buyer with not so much money this is a good place to start looking to see what the market has to offer and prices. Yes, most of the bikes have some kind of damage but usually not too noticeable and that's what makes them affordable.

I came here for new gloves and a helmet and I walked in and the lady at the counter was so nice and she helped me find the helmet I want and the gloves I wanted and when I was paying for it she gave me a discount. Really nice place and people will definitely be coming back and the people were so nice I have their name as my profile picture thanks racer s edge.

**2nd Update: 2/20/24.Bike is still on the website and not sold! From my last update, I was right, should have gambled lol. Let s see if it can hit a full year at this point.**Update 11/7/23:2 weeks turned into 6 months as I suspected haha. Bike is still on hold until 11/16, but I guarantee it s still waiting to be picked up in February 2024 by the person who put money down lol.DO NOT DEAL WITH:Absolutely terrible conduction of business. You can have money in hand and ready to purchase something they have but they go against their own reservation policy and allow people to hold a bike for months. May 10th a bike I wanted was supposed to become available but I get told a phony story about the person who reserved it had a family emergency. I get it, things happen. Another week is given for the bike to be picked up - doesn t happen, and again should be available for me to place a down payment to reserve as mine. This person is a really good customer of ours so we re working with them. At this point I started looking elsewhere (thankfully so -HUGE shoutout to the team at the Indian Dealership of Lexington, KY for getting me setup on a brand new Scout Bobber!) Apparently my money wasn t as valuable as the other party s. Here it is July 8th and the same motorcycle is still being held until July 20th. I would bet my year s salary on something happening and this big customer still not upholding their end of the company policy. Favoritism and tall tales all in one place - sure sounds enticing to customers!Blows my mind that you would rather not make a sale outright to someone who can and is willing to pay. Keep up the terrific practice and maybe some more fake reviews trying to praise this place for something it s not will appear on google.

Interact at your own RISKFront tire mount and balance, did not torque my caliper bolds or locktite like manual says, in face they must have been finger tight. After leaving about before I could get to the fist stop light past the Bethel High School I heard a cluck, when I got home below is what found. I called, they wanted me to ride the bike back. They refuse to admit this mistake, and the fact that it could end honorably for me, will not replace the bolt ( Ti hard to find ), will not give a partial refund on service. At least they "self Identified" early, I will stay away!!

I showed up 15 minutes before closing on a bike that had a bald back tire and they got me in that day, price was the best I could find and the service is unlike any other shop around. No apt. needed. He saw my tire change as an emergency job and asked his worker if he could stay over a little bit and help me out. Can't recommend this shop enough. It's over an hour from me but my go to place for my Harley now!

**UPDATE* 2 MONTHS LATER THE HEAD GASKET BLEW...This is MY EXPERIENCE with RACERS EDGE 411. I recently sold my Yamaha R3 and was looking to get a bigger bike. I stumbled apon racers edge 411 online. They seemed to have good prices for the bikes available at the time. Clean titles, Salvage titles, BOS, and Rebuilt titles. I saw a 2006 honda cbr 1000rr for sale. Title status was "cleared" and description said "Runs and rides great, some light scratches from age. Sounds great runs strong". Bike had 30,000 miles on it. I immediately went the next day and put a down payment of $2100 on the bike. As they are counting the cash, I am talking about how excited I am for the bike and can't wait to bring it home. She counts everything and writes me up a paper showing what I've paid and how much I owe as well. Never once did we discuss what the monthly payment would be, interest rates, time frame to pay for the bike, late fees, penaltys, storage fees and more. None of that was discussed. It was just handed to me on a piece of paper and she said "Im good to go". As I start looking over the paper walking back to my car, I realized my monthly payment is $1100 a MONTH!!! I felt VERY deceived and trapped! Nothing i can do now. But I understand it is still partly my fault, as I should have asked. I was really excited for the bike, ok lol I live 2 hours from their shop. About a week later I came up with ALL the money to pay off the bike. I drove down on a Tuesday I believe. Got there. They counted the money and pushed the bike out for me. It's now my bike!!!!!! Super excited!! But also very nervous as it's a 1000cc bike coming from a 320cc and I'm driving it home 2 hours away. I get on the road. 5-10 mins down the road the gas light comes on. No big deal. I stop for gas. Put premium gas in and tried to start it. She did not want to start. Starter was working great but the bike would NOT fire up!! Sat there for a few minutes trying everything I could. I even called racers edge 411. They did not answer twice. But after several minutes of being broke down at a gas station 5 mins into the ride and she finally starts up. I get about 20 mins down the road and she dies on the road while I'm riding.... at this point I'm just pissed. Kinda hard to believe they had no clue this bike has had these issues. I get the bike started again and drive home. Lucky nothing else happened. Buuuuuuuuut that's not the end unfortunately. Got her home and took the bike to a shop. Found out the fork seals and completely blown. Leaking all over the front brakes!!! Rear brakes are non existent. Wont start first time, dies randomly while riding, back seat lock does not work, driver seat was held on by 1 bolt, zip ties everywhere and the clutch needs replaced bad. I'm sure I'm missing a few things as well. I only got to ride her for about 3 hours in total before bring her to a motorcycle shop to get the forks replaced. It's still currently in the shop. The bill is $650. On top of allllllllll that. They mailed my title to me per my request, as i live 2 hours away. It's been lost in the mail for a week in a half now. No tracking number. So that's also fantastic. Anyways this is my experience. I hope others have a more pleasant time here. I will say, they are very nice people. I don't think they had any ill intent and I believe they are nice genuine people, running a small business but big operation!! I hope the best for you guys! Take care.

Ill give em a 5 star, the staff was friendly and we never felt ignored while on the floor. Prices are great, the sales floor is packed, and the gear n parts they offer are of good qualityIf i didnt live literally on the other side of cinci, id happily frequent them. But, even then, its worth the hour ride to say hi and see whats newAs far as the paintball gear goes, me and my brother were excited to see the large selection they have aswell! We dont paintball much anymore, but i can say, these guys have a great selection and pricing

This place is awesome .would recommend for all paintball needs.. Went to get a paintball gun and tank for a gift and another tank and parts to rebuild an old Tippman 98 and the service was off the charts. The kid who worked the paintball counter knew his stuff! I've been doing sales and customer service for years and he nailed it. Keep up the good work.

Walk-in with cash items to trade and told the guy I wanted to leave with a bike. He spent the entire time in a yelling match with his mechanic. Sat there for over an hour and wasn t help. I drove a hour there to see a bike. Horrible service. They want you making payments and if you do you don t get the bike until the inflated price is paid. Wouldn t recommend this store to anyone. Bikes all damaged

Terrible experience there. They aren t in the business of making sales. Or buying bikes at this point. They are only interested in lowballing you and not budging on bikes that aren t even ready to be sold. They sell junk bikes. Lemons. I recently went there a couple days ago. And I filmed the whole thing on my blog. If you are interested check it out. It s at 103k views already. Sure to pass the 300k views mark by the weekend

Bought a bike with salvage title, waited 6 weeks to get appt. for inspection, it failed because they did not have a receipt for either a new one or replaced one nor and work done on it. Went there and she was giving us the run around about it. Took police next day and she had it typed up. Poor service

Showed up, bought a tire, got a oil change, all while we waited. Very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend them. Also a very impressive 6 year old genius, that is the owners son. So respectful and so cute.

They are very rude people! We just stood there for 3 hours for absolutely nothing just trying to talk to someone about a bike and a key. The women there was very snobby when talked to, an the employees were arguing right behind the counter! I would never buy anything from them or recommend them to anyone!!

Don't buy from here, they lie about the conditions of bikes. Bought a bike that was only to have some cosmetic damage to fairings & a dead battery. Get the bike home & take the seat off & all the ECU wires were cut in half. Not to mention a bunch of other things that weren't disclosed or even mentioned when I was at the shop. The day I picked the bike up it took the guy over 40 minutes to bring my bike up to the front from the garage out back. He brings it up with a broken mirror & all he does is apologize for breaking the mirror, when he should of taken money off my bill. I should of known when I showed up the first day & saw the male workers wearing affliction T-shirts to turn away & shop elsewhere.

Definitely will not go back. We've had to fix everything you can imagine on this bike. It wasn't even safe to ride. So disappointed. Everything on it was rigged. Horrible!

5 star +. Such friendly staff. Bought our first Harley Davidson here on payments sight unseen. Just viewed pics online. Sent payments in by bank transfer. Great bike for the price. Picked bike up and it was 100% as pictured and described. The staff even helped us load it. Title work was quickly done and we received it in less than a week. Highly recommend them! If we ever decide to buy another bike, they will definitely be the place we purchase from. Thank you for a great deal and experience Racers Edge!

Called these guys a week prior to get a quote on my motorcycle before I made the 2hr drive from Indiana. The lady on the phone quoted me a fair price of $3000 without even seeing the bike, but said the price could go down if the bike wasn t as nice as I described...which it is very nice! I finally made the drive and met with a lady at the desk. I explained to her about when I had called and the price I was quoted. Another lady behind the counter asked what kind of bike I had so I told her and she gave me a quote for $2500-$2800. Then they send a guy, I m guessing he was a mechanic up to look at my bike and gave me many compliments on how nice it was and then offered me $2000 for it. I explained to him that wasn t going to happen. Guy told me that he couldn t even sell the bike for $3000. I tried to explain to the guy what I was quoted and he just said $2000 take it or leave it, so I packed up and made the 2hr drive back home! On the way home I called a Yamaha dealership and asked them what they would give me for my bike and they said in good condition $3100 in poor/rough condition $2400...the Yamaha dealership told me if it was in excellent condition they would give me more! Not sure what happened here with racers edge but I will not come back anytime soon!**********************Response to Owners Comment*****************Not sure which bike you were referring to with a salvage title, but my bike had a free and clear title. I purchased the bike from a family friend who was the original owner, so "You Lied About That One". Also, I sold the bike privately for almost $4,000. With that being said, I would make sure you know what you are talking about before you put false information out there. Thanks!

I came to this Racers Edge because I was interested in a bike they had. Met a gentlemen by the name of Frank, they weren't even open yet because I came a little early. He let me view the bike I was interested in, basically game me a grand tour he was very kind and informative. I didn't even buy anything that day. Also saw a scrap motor and parts, called spoke with young lady over the phone didn't catch her name however she was very friendly and nice. And provided me with all the info I needed. Those parts had actually been sold waiting for customer pickup. Long story short if the staff is this nice and respectful, what's the owner like I bet you anything short of amazing. Definitely going to purchase my next bike from this place. It's small businesses like this that make america great.

I wouldn't buy a Huffy single speed from this so-called establishment!!I drove about 45 minutes, one-way and with 5K in my pocket and couldn't get anyone to serve me. I was there for about 45 minutes and not one person asked if I needed help. This would have been my first motorcycle and I was needing someone that was knowledgeable. After 45 minutes I was aggravated and left!!I got me a motorcycle, but not from there!!Never will go back!!!!!!!!

Staff here was really slow. I walked into the place and I wondered if I was in the correct location. It seemed to be a paintball store but I did see bike gear on the back wall. I asked where the bikes were and was pointed in the direction of bikes. I walked in the room waited 10 minutes then walked back out and asked to be helped. They said the guy was working on a bike and would help me soon. 10 minutes later another guest walked in and we each thought the other was a employee. 5 minutes later 2 guys walk in and I have to address them. They refuse to accept card or check only cash. By the way you can not drive until you buy and there is no returns. They will buy back the bike at a $1,500 cost to you even if you return it immediately.

Been wanting to check the place out...RUN. from misrepresenting the bikes to terrible customer service. Bikes are so close together looking them over is impossible even though there is plenty if room to spread out. Pricing is very deceptive,, 2 bikes same year and options priced the same but a 100k diff? And you claim runs awesome? Something is fishey. A pawn shop and check cashing place would complete their ensemble. Think buy here pay here kinda garbage. BUYER BEWARE
